Even though I'm at home, my package didn't arrive....

Even though I'm at home, my package didn't arrive.
And not just once, but more times.
Had to pick it up in a 0815 parcel shop which was the size of a 10 square meter room. And then in the Corona period.
I would always want my packages to be sent by DHL but unfortunately I can't decide that.
