My first and hopefully last experience !!!

My first and hopefully last experience !!!
Today the door opener rang when I was down on the ground floor, the door was closed, no messenger, no signature, just leave my order on the stairs !!!!!! It could be that someone comes and takes my order and if I complain they say that the package was delivered !!!!!! You should take your time to give the order to the correct person and not just leave the order somewhere !!! You paid money for it !!!!!
