The delivery time changed at least six times, and although he was around the corner, he went elsewhere.
The worst part was that he simply put the package, an Emma mattress weighing approx. 20 kg, down on the ground floor and left.
I'm over 50 years old and carried it up on my own, so it was definitely not too difficult.
