So far I have refrained from a rating because the service was so bad that even the one star was too generous. In the last year the service and also the possibility of controlling the parcels has improved significantly. Now the setbacks again. Package (32 kg) announced for Saturday. Nothing happens in tracking. Then around 1:30 p.m. the message "Delivery did not work".
A call to the service line reveals that the driver is still in delivery and the package will be delivered by 4 p.m. The package then arrived on Monday at noon. The driver only mentioned that a temporary worker was on the way on Saturday.

Now another package was in the delivery, the package was left at an unauthorized address in front of the door and the recipient's name was entered as AO ... without any authorization.
A week has now passed and the package has still not been delivered to the correct address.
