2x verifiably been at home, but no delivery took place. Then selected "in front of the front door" as the storage location. Even this was acknowledged with undeliverable. Obviously one is not able to deliver the parcel properly, neither personally nor the shipment (weight 100g!) In front of the front door. 1 is already too much here.
DPD is really the most unreliable parcel carrier I know. Today I was waiting for a package again. Again the information came by email that it was parked at the desired location and again that was not true. So I went looking for it like at Easter and this time I could actually find my package at least in the stairwell with the right house number (that was also different). Since I am liable if the package is taken by a stranger, it would be desirable if the drivers at least put the package where it is supposed to be (the desired location was on the ground floor in front of my apartment door) and did not unsuspectingly leave it somewhere. Customer service is unfortunately not interested in such feedback, as a customer got the feeling of being annoying. I usually don't order when I know that shipping is done with DPD, but unfortunately some sellers keep it a secret ...

The program can be followed very precisely with the app. The times given are correct. This is what service should look like these days. If offered, I will prefer to have my orders shipped with DPD.

I have had a delivery of my parcel and they have given it off to my neighbor with just the last name given. No address, just name. When going exploring the neighborhood and the houses on my street, the neighbor doesn t exist. So now my parcel is with someone in lord knows what destination.

The delivery was announced twice and repeatedly canceled. Allegedly the address was incorrect, it was clearly written down by the sender, only the handwritten number abbreviation (assume for your tour) was crossed out and replaced by another number. There are no excuses for being a shame and not accepting it in this day and age. Other providers solve this much better!

Absolutely unreliable. Never delivers on time, only rings sporadically. Nobody can be found at the storage location. Nobody replies to emails, so the support is not useful for anything. If you want to call they gamble you with 0.60 .
Good specification for delivery and otherwise everything online well adjustable / selectable. Although the deliverers are not always friendly, "hello" and "goodbye" is always said! The customer service I do not include in my review, since I have never had to use it. - but can also be seen positively .

It took a full 8 days until the package was delivered from 29699 Bomlitz to 29683 Bad Fallingbostel after several phone calls! DPD is totally overwhelmed and does not provide any precise information. The driver is the most unfriendly I have ever experienced. Always yelling at customers and complaining when his instructions are not clear. How am I to know he isn't leaving the package inside the door? Every time I have encountered this driver he has yelled at me. Last time he expected me to carry two 20kg packages across the road because he couldn't find the door.

Get a star because zero doesn't work. Leave the package at the front door of the building without bothering to ring the doorbell and then happily announce by email that you have successfully delivered the package. And they ALWAYS do that.
