Today an extremely unfriendly and aggressive deliverer delivered a package. Never again DPD.

Fast and reliable delivery. Pretty punctual, exactly in the time window specified by DPD.

The minor neighbor child came to meet the deliverer and he simply handed the package to the child without checking whether the child was part of the recipient's household. Something like that shouldn't have happened if I hadn't looked out of the window by accident I wouldn't have noticed that the package had been delivered. And the package would have been lost. I will still complain to him personally

The messenger drove past me and then just went to the neighbors without ringing the bell etc. the parquet was put in the geraje and from then on there was no notification in my mailbox. I was at home.

Delivered fairly accurately. Unfortunately there is a name that I could not assign to anyone. So the package could disappear.

Delivery is a lottery game every time! Frequent non-delivery with the claim that no one has been home or the package is parked somewhere without authorization even though someone is at home because you don't want to climb stairs.
Today the highlight. It rings. Parcel carrier: "DPD here is a parcel." Me: "Yes, please bring it up." I operate the door opener. Parcel carrier: "Can't you come down." Me: "No, please bring it up". The DPD man then turns around with the parcel and walks away. Shortly afterwards I get the DPD status: "Delivery attempted" ... a little later I get the message that I can pick up the package from a DPD shop. From now on I will avoid dealers who only deliver with DPD ...

Stayed extra at home because delivery was announced, but DPD Botte did not ring the bell, the package was simply handed over to the neighbors.

Unfortunately not the first time with DPD deliveries, generally some bad experiences with DPD.

I wonder why you choose a storage location when it is thrown out the door, especially since there is a parking lot of the Sparkasse right there and it was raining. Fortunately it was still there and luckily the plastic packaging was .. .

worst company ever! I was at home, they delivered my parcel to someone else without even leaving a card in my mail box so that I could at least understand who has my parcel! Unbelievable.

Don't rely on them , you will just waste your money!

As always, the package was simply put down defenseless. It would have been nice if you had rung the doorbell at the front door. There was someone at home, but no, we just put it down and is now completely soaked. It works perfectly with other delivery services, except for DPD Spacken. Dirty shop. Unfortunately you have to click on a star to be able to submit a rating. This star is not merit.

For 3 deliveries on 09/10/2020, a storage OK with storage location was specified in good time and approved by me. The storage location was clearly indicated by me.
All 3 parcels were not deposited at the storage location but in a place provided by the parcel carrier. Poor performance ...

It has not been rung lately. I don't even know how they get into the house. The package was once again parked in front of the door without my permission, we were at home. The employee is lucky that I don't meet him. Thank goodness no package has been sent so far. Once I got an email saying that I had consented to the parking permit. I don't know anything about that. It's crazy what is happening with the delivery people. None of them really want to work!

So far only had negative experiences with DPD, deliveries were delayed, were allegedly undeliverable, although one was at home. I haven't received any items at all because they supposedly couldn't be delivered. Or another incident where Sturm was ringing the doorbell and asked whether he could ring "normally", he then simply threw the ordered item at my feet.
Perhaps it is simply due to the current driver for my area, but I have always panic when an item that has been ordered comes from DPD ... it just doesn't work at all!

DPD rarely delivers even though someone is at home! Called and complained dozen times! DPD has poor service. You always have to make calls behind your packages and even then you get put off and often get empty promises. The difference between the entrance gate and front door is often not clear to the deliverers. Old people have to torture themselves down floors because the delivery person refuses to bring the package to the front door. These are often cheeky and insolent, it is not uncommon to be insulted or shown the middle finger. All in all I am happy every time a package is not delivered by DPD. As supposedly in the mailbox today, but there is nothing. Absolutely bad performance !!!

Didn't deliver the package to my door step. Just left it at the entrance to the building where anyone could have taken the package.

My package was parked at the front door without ringing. I live in the middle of the city center. The front door is clearly visible from the main street, the sidewalks of which are very busy.

Absolute insolence, what this delivery company is taking out lately. It was first noted online that the customer had "refused to accept the goods" (although the deliverer was not even with me!) And for the current delivery I have been waiting for the package for almost a month (!!!!!). Again, there were dubious reports online ("Customer not found, leave message" - there was neither a message in the box nor did anyone try to drive NEAR THE HOUSE.

Right on time and good service to keep me informed about the delivery!

The messenger simply left two packages with dangerous goods outside without ringing the bell and without my consent, no storage location agreement. I waited especially for the messenger, unbelievable something. The neighbors were also allowed to collect your parcels outside on the street.

Supposedly the package was delivered, someone was at home and a filing permit was issued. The deliverer is not interested in either and a card is inserted. Full of anger in the car to the station, but even there it can not be found. Since it was not the first time, it seems to me that the lady has no desire to work. That is rude. Unfortunately, one tries to make it easy for the deliverer and gives a desired location, unfortunately this does NOT work with any other parcel service, only with DPD.

Simply put the package in front of the door and cut it. We were at home. Even in Corona times you can at least ring the bell and let me know that my package is at the door.

Never again I sent 1 package, after 2 days it was delivered to ME. I.e. It was placed in front of the door in a parallel street with the same house number. We haven't lived here that long, so it took a while until it reached me. We gave up again. Now it has reached the recipient, but the content is now corrupted. So my conclusion: NEVER AGAIN

One star for on-time delivery and another star for ensuring that the package was intact. Unfortunately, other stars would not be justified. The messenger rang the bell and simply parked the package in front of the door without a personal handover. Since it was a large parcel, it would have been more customer-friendly to hand over the parcel personally and - as is common with other service providers - to bring it to the front door. Not all people are able to carry large packages up stairs - so some things are also delivered.

Unfortunately, this is not an isolated case at DPD. Parcels - of all sizes - have often just been put on the doorstep without waiting to see if someone is home.

As soon as the messenger has "briskly left the dust", you will receive an email informing you that the package has been successfully delivered. To whom??? What is new to me is that house doors are considered a "safe place to park" or even a "neighbor" or "natural person" ...

Of course, I am aware that the parcel carriers are under enormous time pressure. It's just a shame that this is also at the expense of the customers ... Perhaps the concept should be worked on, as competing service providers can offer better service ...

Specially stated that the package should be placed in front of the apartment door (apartment building) and it was beautifully in front of the front door, where every citizen could have taken it.

Parcel was delivered as announced, time and all. But it was just left at my doorstep, bell rang once and when I opened I just saw the backlights of the delivery truck. Thx DPD! If I hadn't been at home or didn't hear the doorbell, my brand-new smartphone would've been sitting on my doorstep, right next to the street, for everyone to see and anyone to snatch. That's NOT how you make a delivery!

What is wrong with you? Just the last one! Drivers who don't speak German or English! Can't find streets or house numbers, parcels are simply delivered to the shop even though you are at home!

Package was delivered, it says in the mail. No package, no card even though you are at home. Ground floor and the driver could stop 1 meter in front of the garden gate.
But even that is still too much for them.

Why, you never manage to deliver a package to us. We live on a main street that everyone knows and is easy to find. We never even received a package. I always have to pick up the parcels. Worst parcel service I know.

Delivery is once again a cheek. The delivery is announced one day in advance and the next day is called a time window. You sit at home and wait. Delivery announced by 3:30 p.m. Hours later "... unfortunately could not be delivered".
DHL is smarter ... "Your shipment will probably be delivered today".
Specifying a time window of one hour and then not delivering again at all is simply impossible.

Driver stole package. Customer service allegedly can't do anything. Too bad ... will probably result in a lawsuit.

The delivery to the agreed storage location did not take place. However, DPD marks the delivery as delivered in its system. So now I have the damage because I cannot prove the opposite, although DPD cannot prove the delivery either.
So: never choose a storage location! Otherwise the recipient bears the loss!

The deliverer with us is just bad! Deliveries are simply thrown at the door or thrown at the neighbors even though they said that I am at home! Absolutely cheeky just because they don't need signatures they think they can do everything just to save 3 meters

Package just wasn't brought to the right house and I had to ask around the neighborhood. DPD is just the last snot!

Unfortunately, you keep returning my parcels to my neighbor. I have a house number and so do my neighbor. I am very annoyed and would like you to pick up the package there and bring it to me, because the neighbor is my ex-husband and we are already under a lot of stress. It wasn't the first time that you put a package from me there.

I never get my package delivered to my home. I always have to pick up my parcel from the parcel shop despite waiting at home for the postman, he throws all the parcels into the parcel shop

Friendly and competent as well as punctual delivery. I am super satisfied every time. Packages have always been okay so far. I have no complaints.

Parcels are simply placed somewhere in a high-rise building despite precise instructions on where to park them .... always have problems with DPD!

Our parcels were left at the garbage house, near the paper bins, without any information, even though someone was at home.
I was only made aware of the fact that the parcels had been deposited there through a tip from an employee at Hermes Shipping.

I was and still am not satisfied with this way of working.
For me the delivery isn't even worth a star.

So far, 99% of the time everything went great. Never experienced anything like this. I will never order anywhere that dpd delivers. My package (which was also a little more expensive) was simply pushed into the narrow mailbox (any stranger could take it with me !!) even though I was at home, nobody rang the bell. The package only came out by force. Now the complete package is broken. Best 0 stars!

It would be very nice if the parcel could be deposited at the desired storage location and not just at the front door, accessible to everyone. I will no longer allow the storage location.

Parcels are not delivered if the address entered (recipient) is simply brought to the pickup parcel shop or sometimes you don't know yourself where the packet has landed. You have to call 3-4 times yourself and that costs 60 ct per minute.

Very irresponsible delivery. It was an expensive equipment and though someone was in the office for collection he delivered to another location. I guess he didn't tried to come upstairs

My packages were crumpled up and torn open. The deliverer said it was indirectly my fault because I changed the delivery day.
When I pointed out to him that one package even said fragile and a picture of a glass, he said he always transports glass in front. He didn't know why not this package.
I think it's an absolute cheek to deliver such a package. If you don't feel like delivering or transporting or sorting parcels then you shouldn't. And by that I mean the entire process at DPD.

We are very unhappy with dpd.
Something is entered where the package is said to have been dropped off. (then you should be so smart and name names that really exist), it was personally confirmed again that it was definitely handed in. In the defect, packages are then under a huge mountain of other packages, so that you can bag everything. Top!

The package was completely damaged with a lamp in it. Unfortunately, this no longer needed, then the package was hidden in the garbage can with an open note on the door where the package is because nobody was at home.

The packages contained mattresses and each weighed 24kg. We live on the 3rd floor and I am not allowed to carry heavily due to an injury. Despite the request, the packages were placed on the ground floor and I was allowed to carry them up the 3 stairs myself .. alone. I'm really disappointed with the service.

How difficult can it be to leave a note with the name of the neighbor who received my package. Again and again the same now I wait until hopefully this neighbor answers otherwise I have to ring all the doors again until I find it. Always the same with you.

The packages had been left in the family house and the driver had gone away.
So of course I can tell if the package had not been delivered but I am not doing it.

Delivery people do not attempt to deliver package when when everyone is home all due due to COVID. The delivery person gave my package to a neighbor and recorded a name that is not on our residence list. There is no way to find the package and it is effectively gone.

For me, too, the package was simply put in front of my door. Since the goods were of high quality, there was no storage contract. I followed the driver to the next house and asked him what that was about. His answer ... he doesn't understand any English or German! Got into his van and drove off. The next time I will state that the package was not delivered to me. Then the driver can explain what happened to it. Perhaps they don't want to see it any other way than at DPD.

DPD, I'm not happy with that. Last time I had to get the package where else, which I didn't do. And what about people who don't have a cell phone to scan the code. Not nice.

Delivery marked as delivered, although only one of the two-parcel deliveries was parked in front of the door without ringing. We have had a very unreliable DPD delivery agent here for a few months now, whom we have complained about recently, but no improvement is in sight. We have seen him before, and he makes no secret of it, in front of our eyes and in front of several witnesses of how he throws and kicks the parcels through the transporter. Apparently he doesn't enjoy his job. He also races through our difficult to see and winding road. Many children live here. Again, we politely asked him to slow down. He doesn't care (literally). We always get our packages at the end of the tour and sometimes he doesn't bring them until the 3rd day, even though they're on the schedule. We have already complained about this at DPD. The packages and their contents were damaged.

PaketeTwo packages had to come on the same day (dining table and chairs), only the table came by mistake and now they let me wait a week for the other package (the chairs). I am really disappointed. We have just moved and are going to eat standing at the table for a week ... Thank you!

Very quick and efficient delivery to the DPD parcel shop. The parcel was immediately ready for collection from the DPD parcel shop. Package undamaged and the contents as well. Live tracking from delivery to the DPD parcel shop was also possible without a hitch. Thank you DPD and would love to do it again! Definitely recommendable!

the 4 wheels of my car arrived safely. In the morning I got the message that they would arrive between 3:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. and so it was.
I always give the parcel carriers a small tip because they don't earn too much, that makes them happy and it doesn't hurt!

I received two packages this week and both were open when they arrived at my place. One was simply put on the doorstep, although I was at home.

Delivery came on time as announced. Was handed over without contact and I was able to pick up the package in the stairwell. Everything went great. Thanks to DPD!

He said to me (in an aggressive tone): I won't bring the parcels to the front door of anyone here in the house, if people don't pick it up at my house entrance they get a pick-up slip.

Not ringing again, package therefore unsecured in the public stairwell. Since we are a company, there is always someone there. You can ring the bell even in times of Corona. We will inform our suppliers accordingly.

The package came 2 to 3 days earlier, but that was all positive to report. Without a precise announcement when exactly the delivery will take place (could have let my neighbor know) it was simply put in front of the door when it rained. We live on a busy road and our house is freely accessible. So besides that it could have gotten soaked, everyone who comes by could have taken it with them. Thank goodness my neighbor saw it hours later and got it to safety. Even if DPD doesn't seem to care how you think about them, I will inform Amazon accordingly and, if necessary, cancel my subscription there. Bad and absolutely not to be recommended. At least I'll never ship anything with this store.

I actually want to give stars in the minus range. A delivery has never been correctly delivered to us. Either we find a notification in the mailbox, even though someone has been home all day, or the delivery is put in front of the house (apartment building on a street) without ringing and only found by chance - sometimes by neighbors who are fortunately honest - or how Today: the doorbell rings, rings again after three seconds, I press the door buzzer, I hear something slapping on the ground on the ground floor and the front door slamming again.
