The most unfriendly driver ever! Leaves the goods on the street (not sidewalk) under the rain! In the future I will pay attention to who delivers the goods before I order. Basically, I would always buy on-site - but were forced to order online due to the Covid 19 measures!
Unbelievable how bad DPD is. Hardly any delivery is successful. We now have a surveillance camera to prove that no delivery attempts are being made ... I can only recommend it to everyone.
DPD is wrong logistics company is not on time please do not send with dpd parcels or anything else with workers cannot work and steal parcels I'm not satisfied.

Customer service is friendly but not helpful at all, as I am given different information than the seller. I was told that the package was left at a storage location but not where and there was no notification in the mailbox, the dealer was informed that the package would be sent back to the dealer. And that although dpd have already delivered to the same address in the last 3 years.
Stayed at home extra because of 2 parcels. An email was sent to me that it was successfully delivered to me. Nobody rang the bell at home and now it's in the parcel shop. Cheek!

DPD delivery in Berlin Wedding. The package should have been brought to the 3rd floor. Contactless is definitely possible. If you are a senior citizen and then order a mattress, it is simply put down below and the friendly request to carry it up is refused. I can only advise against using DPD!
Delivery guy was so unfriendly and so unprofessional during his call to me before delivery. He also left the package in the building entrance and just left.

Nice that you can name a storage location for packages. I ordered a rather heavy cabinet (28kg). When I saw that dpd would be the deliverer, it was already clear that it would go wrong. At least the doorbell rang. Before I opened the front door, I asked the gentleman about the doorbell whether the package would be very heavy and whether he could help me carry it. He claimed the package was 15 kg and put it down in front of the "Abstellort" (which was not specified by me) mailbox and he was gone. At dpd, parcels are NEVER delivered to the apartment door, but only to where the respective messenger wants to. Why actually!? !!? I live in the rear building on the 3rd floor and I am alone. Now I wanted to get the package. Several stickers say "caution> 15kg" and that the package weighs 28kg. You can tell whether something weighs 15 or 30 kg !? I didn't manage to carry the package into my apartment by myself, now it's standing around in the stairwell. Thanks for nothing dpd! For me, dpd is by far the worst delivery company in Germany. You experience this again and again. If you could give minus stars, you would get them all !!!

We have been supplied by a very correct and friendly DPD driver for over a year. The times in the life tracking are now correct. There have often been problems with the previous delivery agent.

Do not leave a notification card. Not specified in the internet tracking delivery location. A call to the Serviceline revealed that the package had been returned 20 houses away. We expected several packages after moving. The deliverer simply dumped it at the wrong house and took off. House number is wrong, name is not on the mailbox. So I understand Corona times etc. but that does not mean that my delivery will be left with neighbors.

Fast and friendly delivery, I don't understand all the negative reviews, maybe the weak people should be at home when they order something. Or just give a parking permit so that the deliverer can also deliver the things. But most of them are just too stupid for that. I have almost exclusively had bad experiences with DPD, here is the summary: 1. Package (40 Euro value of goods) was, according to the notification that came one day later, put in the mailbox, no trace of the package, after all, after 1 1/2 months and an affidavit not to have received the package, the goods were replaced. 2. The deliverer obviously did not bother to deliver the parcel personally twice, even though someone was always at home, but instead dropped it off at the pick-up station which is a 15-minute walk away. 6. Parcels are simply parked repeatedly in front of the house or in the middle of the entrance area of a multi-party house, even though someone was at home AND a storage location in front of the apartment was specified on the 6th floor. Anyone else could just take the packages with them! It has nothing to do with Corona! A bottomless cheek and laziness.
I give the customer service a smooth grade 6, if I had to issue the driver with a job reference, the grade "always tried" would still be the best grade. I ask myself very seriously what some parcel services can imagine under the heading service-oriented.

Worst parcel service in Germany. 2 packages have disappeared without a trace, as they were apparently parked in front of the front door. Extremely rude courier. The woman had just come out of the hospital and only asked the messenger to put the 21kg package on the top step. One star is too much. It happens again and again that the parcels are not delivered and you get a message that the delivery was not successful. I am always at home and live on the ground floor, so that I get 100% when someone rings the doorbell or when a car pulls up. No note in the mailbox either. It was like this again. After I angrily called Amazon, the next working day was delivered. But was too late for my needs. My acquaintances had similar experiences with DPD.
The messenger rang my doorbell on the 7th floor and then simply deposited the package on the 1st floor with the namesake in front of the apartment door. This logic is somehow incomprehensible.

The doorbell is only rung and then left straight away, not waiting. A parcel has already been stolen in front of the door, but DPD is not interested in that either.
Our DPD messenger is great. Always friendly and trying to find solutions for its customers. That's why I always tip 2 euros for heavy packages. DHL, on the other hand, is a disaster. 3 consecutive deliveries in the pants.

DPD delivery in our region is a disaster! countless parcels are almost destroyed somewhere in front of our house !!! put down / thrown down.
