My packages were crumpled up and torn open. The deliverer said it was indirectly my fault because I changed the delivery day.
When I pointed out to him that one package even said fragile and a picture of a glass, he said he always transports glass in front. He didn't know why not this package.
I think it's an absolute cheek to deliver such a package. If you don't feel like delivering or transporting or sorting parcels then you shouldn't. And by that I mean the entire process at DPD.
