We have had a very unreliable DPD delivery agent here for a few months now, whom we have complained about recently, but no improvement is in sight. We have seen him before, and he makes no secret of it, in front of our eyes and in front of several witnesses of how he throws and kicks the parcels through the transporter. Apparently he doesn't enjoy his job. He also races through our difficult to see and winding road. Many children live here. Again, we politely asked him to slow down. He doesn't care (literally). We always get our packages at the end of the tour and sometimes he doesn't bring them until the 3rd day, even though they're on the schedule. We have already complained about this at DPD. The packages and their contents were damaged.
