Never experienced anything like this. I will never order anywhere that dpd delivers. My package (which was also a little more expensive) was simply pushed into the narrow mailbox (any stranger could take it with me !!) even though I was at home, nobody rang the bell. The package only came out by force. Now the complete package is broken. Best 0 stars!
