Packages are announced & never delivered on the day of delivery. Always at least one day later! Completely unreliable. Mostly found parcel deliverers unfriendly, so in midsummer you don't feel like handing over cool water or ice as a thank you

The name mentioned on the notification does not exist. The parking permit is not taken into account. The real DPD guy obviously doesn't speak a word of German, comes and goes and is silent ...

There were times when dpd was really better, faster and more reliable. You can't blame everything on the current situation, because other parcel services also manage to deliver quickly. The packages are sometimes on the move for days and the app also lags behind. Everything was much better before but it has dropped a lot!

The parcel driver simply threw the parcel onto our granite floor. There was wood paint where it leaked. I'm curious to see who is coming for the damage. That will probably clarify the very last thing about my lawyer DPD

Catastrophe. Package (approx. Cubic meters) just put in front of the door even though nobody was at home. No notification. Fortunately, there are attentive neighbors who saved the package! Without words!

I was at home all the time and also specified a storage location in the house. So either the doorbell could have been rung or the package could have been put down in the hallway. It was apparently too lazy for both. Now I can search for the dpd point where I can pick up my parcel. I'm happy !!!!

Hello, so unfortunately we always have bad luck with the DPD deliverer!
At first the doorbell does not ring although we were there.
And after a complaint that we submitted, it works now.
But this time the bell only rings and it is placed in the hallway and expects us to come downstairs although we live on the third floor with a child.
Should I leave my child alone in the apartment or should I leave it in the hallway downstairs for fear that it will be stolen ?!

They never deliver properly at home. They always leave the package unattended near the main door without informing.

In order to avoid problems and inconsistencies due to loss of the shipments, it is imperative to install the DpD app. I can only recommend it. Since, because of the Corona Virus, the shipments are not properly parked or handed in, a deposit OK should be given on the app, then set up on the app as an alternative so that it can be handed over to a parking shop.

Just received a delivery from DPD. The supplier was connected to the intercom very briefly and was difficult to understand. No answer came to my statement "3rd floor, left please" and none came up. I only heard how the car drove away at full throttle. The package was in the hallway, on the stairs (obviously just thrown there).

Honest,! It annoys animal! I come home from work extra early, then nobody even rings the bell and there is a neighbor whom I have never read on a bell in my life here in the house. Great now I don't know where my package is ...

It was nice .. To get constant emails with different dates when the delivery is coming. Then you come home and open the automatic gate and then the package tips over on the even large "Caution glass" on it. Because it was not accepted, but simply pushed through the fence and parked. Would be damaged and wait 1 week for free. A lot of trouble and more are waiting for me. Incidentally, a parking permit was never granted. Thank you so much for bad service and broken goods.

On Tuesday, July 21st, 20 I delivered my parcel to Pickup Parcelshop and on Friday, July 24th, 20 the parcel was delivered. I only had problems with parcel tracking. Kind regards from Unna.

How cheap are the contracts with DPD that the companies still have as a contractual partner? The delivery with DPD was in no order for two years. It really doesn't get any worse than this. The drivers are unable to ring the doorbell. Now you sit and wait for an express delivery, which is not delivered because the driver decides against delivery and simply drops the package somewhere or even takes it ... Seen so often that the driver does not get out of the vehicle, and If you speak to the drivers, they quickly leave or tell that the bell is broken or similar kindergarten rubbish. Most of the time they don't speak German either ... Awesome ...

Parcel was not delivered several times in Cologne, although someone was at home. Deliverer never came around, but nevertheless stated that the package could not be delivered. An impudence!

Notification of delivery came 2 hours in advance, so it was no longer possible to organize a personal reception! The package was simply thrown over the garden gate regardless of loss! The box was damaged and a corner of the goods pushed through the box! The condition of the goods is still to be checked!

I really like the system with mails and scheduling, it provides flexibility and piece of mind to the customer.

The mail arrived on Monday night at 1:44 a.m .: Your parcel will arrive tomorrow between 12:34 and 13:34. The parcel was delivered at 12:54 p.m. So it works without problems and misdirections or other excuses like address not found etc. So this time a big compliment to the whole process. Ordered Monday 4:35 p.m., delivered Tuesday 12:54 p.m. I wouldn't be able to do that in time if I had driven myself.

Auxiliary driver has parked the package at the right front door. So that's perfect.

The driver (M / S / D) simply leaves the parcel in the ground floor hall of the building where dozen of people come and go every hour.

mess bunch! I get a message that the package has been delivered - wasn't at home. no note. i go on tracking and tracing, it says that they would try to deliver it again 2 days later. Checked again today, it was supposedly delivered. called dpd, was delivered in the parcel shop - ELSE WHERE! we have one around the corner, why not there ?! Why not a note? Why no info by email? According to the online link, my package was delivered today, Saturday at 940 a.m. Unfortunately I just don't have a package, not in front of my front door, not with my subtenant and also no message where it was delivered.

Finding a phone number on the website where you can speak to a living person is more of a detective work. I gave up and asked google. There is a hotline that I could not call with my cell phone and a landline number, which was already closed. The hotline, it turned out, was already closed. So it is Saturday afternoon, I do not have my goods, nobody can reach where it was delivered and could not complete the project for which I ordered the goods because DPD failed at all levels. Welcome to the 21st century! ... uh not stop otherwise I could have reached someone in the CUSTOMER SERVICE to get my goods.

The parcel carrier simply threw my book package over the fence into a gravel bed, even though I had specified a storage location in advance. Everyone who walks by sees a package lying there = an invitation to steal, and one corner of the book is also damaged by the fall! DPD is doing it. That was not always so. In the past I have noticed a plus in reliability. The drivers are all briefly connected (this is certainly due to the GPS tracking), but so far they have made a friendly impression. The handling of the shipments is particularly important to the customer. As a service provider, DPD should therefore clearly focus on the delivery of intact parcels or small parcels - and, in the worst-case scenario, also pay compensation. In the event of a claim, many service providers often start discussions in order to avoid it. If DPD can reduce the number of damaged parcels, this service provider is a great alternative to the competition.

I am shocked by this company. Two of my parcels are said to have been deposited in one place. This statement is wrong both times. Both Nike deliveries have disappeared. I don't want to assume anything, but it looks difficult here after the driver's misappropriation. Never again DPD !!!!!!

My shipments are always parked in the front house because the deliverer is too lazy to walk / drive to the back of the yard! If I didn't have such nice neighbors, I would never have received anything. This is how you can do your job. A bottomless insolence!

I think it's good if a time window for delivery is given. Unfortunately, this is very stressful for the messenger. The delivery worked perfectly, including the very short-term change in the delivery location on my part. Although there was a note on the door stating which neighbor the package should be delivered to, the messenger took it back. He couldn't read. Or it was too annoying for him.

Pretty much the worst parcel service in the world, drivers sign delivery notes themselves, parcels are always handed over to a kiosk, etc. Insanity that catastrophically operates this company.

Was not at the specified location but the delivery person found a better location. Would only have been nice if he had left a clue. I'm still happy with the delivery.

For the second time within a few weeks, DPD did not deliver the package correctly. Once at the neighbor's on his terrace in winter and once a village further. If you write to customer service via email, there is no response. In the future I will choose a different parcel delivery company if possible.

My experiences with DPD are stored shipments (which I urgently expect) in a branch, even if someone was present at the recipient's address or, even worse, handing them somewhere unknown! And I've had this experience for years.

Such a solid post does not ring the bell but squeezes the package into the mailbox so that it no longer came out of it intact. Such idiots here in Arnsberg who deliver that is even UPS better and that is difficult to beat.

Parcel was simply thrown over the property fence and then only reported as delivered to the AO (alternative storage location) in the tracking. AO would have been the NKD branch. No notification in the mailbox. Didn't discover the package until the following day. My experiences with DPD from the past are a good 50% not good.

Poor Service and the customer service was unfriendly and unhelpful.

The shipment tracking is ingenious and precise. Many better than other companies. The deliverer is always friendly. I am always happy when the delivery is made by DPD
