We attempted to take our CRV in for service regarding a technical bulletin. When we called in, we were scheduled for a one hour diagnostic test. When we took our car to the service department, we received a completely different answer, they wanted to do an oil change, monitor every 1000 miles, etc. Much different answer. Ron Passmore, the service manager became extremely rude and belligerent when we questioned why the difference in approaches. His employee, Brad, at the service desk was quite polite, but Ron (in front of us) told Brad that he was "wrong and didn't know what he was talking about and had been told this 100 times." He continued to be extremely rude to us, and his employee, and I've never seen a service manager behave like this to either customers or his employees. I will certainly not take a Honda here for service.
