We purchased a brand new 2019 Honda Fit EX-L. While my interaction on first purchase was quite cordial, when we finally got the car delivered, we noticed a small dent in what is supposed to be a pristine new car. We immediately contacted the seller w/ photos on the very next day and were lead to believe that they would get back in touch with us with what they wanted to do to remedy the problem.

It has literally been over 3 weeks and I have yet to hear from the dealership on what they want to do, from the people who were designated to get back to me. I've have tried to call numerous times with essentially no effort on their part to get back to me. I would beware of purchasing anything from this dealership without first inspecting the vehicle closely.

Should they actually get in contact with me to resolve my issue, I'll update with their response.

UPDATE: I was able to get in touch with the general manager, and he has been very gracious. My car has been fixed and I was quickly compensated for the repairs. I am glad things were resolved.
