I get very personable people and efficient people ...

I get very personable people and efficient people to work with. However when I bring the car in I have had for 4 years and about 40,000 miles on it a 2015 car they don t listen to what I worry about and just go about their check up. Being disabled and on very fixed income they charge WAY too much for repairs, parts and labor. I can get the same repairs for at least 40-50% less at other reputable repair shops. Very disappointing as I would like to do everything at the dealership. I spent over 3000 on service extended warranty which doesn t seem to cover anything and today I got a notice in the mail the price of the extended warranty is going up. How can that be I already paid for it in full?
