Just an all around disappointing experience. We bought my wife's CR-V from the dealership in the valley and have had it serviced there for the past 5 years. Being that we live about 20 blocks from LHM I decided to have the oil changed close to home instead of out in the valley. What should've been a 40-50 minute service wound up taking 2+ hours. Tyler, the service rep, was actually fantastic. He let me borrow a car to go pick up my wife from work. Due to the fact they couldn't handle a simple oil change means I will be heading back out to the valley again. Too bad.
