I ve been in the process of buying a car and these guys can not get it together. Now I understand I m not inside their dealership, and having them ship me a car, but they have been dropping the ball af every step! And when we take two steps forward they taken ten back. I finally get the paperwork to sign in the mail, great right? Nope they put the date 6/18/2018?! That s nearly a year and half ago?!? Com on man! Get it together already. I am trying to spend 28k and I feel like I have to initiate everything! How is this taking weeks instead of days???
