Room was dirty and staff was rude. Please dress in formals only if you want the staff to treat you like a human. I am appalled that the people could consider there behavior as anything that resembled customer service. You should be able to walk from the shower to your bed without getting dirty feet. The ice machines rarely worked, and vending machines were not found. You have to pay for basic things you would get at many economy hotels for free. I can handle dirt, and inconvience, but please train your staff in basic skills of how to treat people... you know the ones you learn in pre- school. NEVER AGAIN!!!
