Service is fast and friendly. My only issue with the service was receiving non-functional room keys when I first arrived. The front desk attendant actually brought me new keys on the 4th floor. I did not allow housekeeping to clean my room during my stay, but the maids were quite nice. The room/amenities are severely lacking. The room is nice, but no better than many cheaper hotels. The WiFi is not free. No fridge or microwave in the room. The TV is locked down like Fort Knox. Couldn't connect my own HDMI device to watch what I wanted to watch. The shower water pressure is non-existent.The walls are paper thin. I could hear my neighbors doing pretty much everything they did. Was awoken by noise in the hallways several times (and I'm a heavy sleeper).
