I cannot say enough good things about the hotel and the staff here. I am an IHG Platinum Card member, soon to be their top Elite Spire level, and in 30 seconds the staff here made me feel more welcomed and that my business was more valued than I have experienced at any IHG hotel, even though my sister was the one who booked the reservation. If I did more business with Hilton and their credit card and rewards offer was better, I would have been all over it.

The room was spacious, well cleaned, and looked after. My sister's room was even larger with a great view of the mountains, although one of the windows was in desperate need of cleaning.

If I had to be nitpicky the area does seem a little sketchy and the hotel is in a very, very odd spot with a very odd layout and foot print. I also noticed that like a lot of hotels I've stayed in recently, the hotel store has gone dry. I assume this is to make people go to the bar inside the hotel, but I really just wanted a beer with none of the restaurant/bar bs.

That being said, the staff made my stay special and I would gladly stay here again.
