Everything was good. Only deduction was the heat didn't work, it just spit out A/C no matter what I did.

Our suite was really nice and spacious. We enjoyed our stay.

The employees at the front door very serviceable. The Front desk was always attentive and helpful. I like to specially recognize the Front Desk Manager Hector Santos.
Will definitively recommend to friends and family.

Paid Parking....an Amenity?
My family met me here for the Thanksgiving holiday....and I am paying $22/per day/per car....$44 per day!!!! Riduculous.... I am one very displeased Hilton Honors Member!!! Arrived 11/22/17 - departing on 11/25/17.

Very clean and modern. Great service and warm chocolate chip cookies at check-in. Beds could be more cushioned, woke up with a stiff back every morning.

Double tree is a great hotel, it is the only one in the disney resort area that has enough space in one room for a family of 6! It has a really nice look and feel, and the wifi is pretty quick to boot!

Updated throughout. Very clean rooms and common areas. Excellent and very friendly service.

Best value with Disney benefits for larger families/groups. The staff and room size were the highlights of our stay. Two separate rooms and a occupancy of 6 with transportation to Disney was perfect for our family. Getting fastpasses 60 days out is also a big advantage for optimizing our park experience. We had some housekeeping issues, but the staff was quick to address concerns and make things right. Free breakfast (we opted for the continental, and found it to be satisfying) for Diamond was a nice bonus. Nothing special about the pool compared to other properties in the area, but we didn't spend much time there anyways. Overall, a great value if you have Hinton points or get a good deal on room rate. Of course, the cookies were a hit with the whole family.

Great place to stay, wonderful pool and accommodations.

It was good , but they made us pay for a second cookie . Where every other Doubletree will give you it for free . And the parking was raised up.

Very friendly staff and a good breakfast buffet but that was the only highlights of our stay. Our first room had black mold and peeling paint in the bathroom and wasn't very clean. We requested a different room without peeling paint and we were moved into another suite but this one also had black mold growing in the bathroom.
Several occasions during our stay there was no hot water so your only option was a cold shower.

The rooms are very dated and in need of remodeling. I would guess the rooms were last renovated in the late 90s. The lounge, dinning, and pool areas are also very dated and need to be updated.
Transportation to the Disney parks is horrible, congested, and unorganized.

If this was just a typical hotel not advertised as a Disney Resort hotel it would probably be a 2 star rating but since it is registered as a Disney hotel it does not meet the expectations of other Disney Resorts.

If you have ever stayed at a Disney owned resort you will want to skip staying here. It has a completely different atmosphere and will damper the excitement you expect during a Disney Vacation.

Really great amenities. I just really wished there was a continental breakfast.

Extremely disappointed in my last stay. Only people friendly were valet. Everyone I spoke to seemed like a was being a bother. $20 bucks for overnight parking? Doesn't matter if your a Gold or Diamond member. Free continental breakfast but $5 bucks for buffet breakfast? Things that seem that they are nickle and diming. The TV remote didn't work and the new one they gave me didn't work either. If you want to stay near Disney and don't want to break the bank, then this is the place for you. Don't expect more than that. I've stayed at two Doubletrees in Florida... one in Orlando near UCF and near Clearwater and I've been treated amazing at both those places. Maybe the staff needs Disney training. Or just hire from those Hilton's. It's a shame.

It was a great experience here. Everyone was really nice and the bartender was helpful in finding us a place to eat.

My church was there for a convention July 22 - July 27,2014. The service was amazing for my family and others. The staff was very attentive to our every need. Pleasantries all day.. My family has choosen to make The Double Tree Suites our vacation hotel for next year as well... Thank you guys for and awesome stay.. I forgot also that the housekeeping attendant Theresa was so sweet and helpful...

The rooms are nice and spacious and the staff are very helpful, but the A/C in the rooms is like sleeping with a tractor and there is barely any water pressure in the showers

If you are looking for a family oriented hotel within the area your search will be over with this one.I have never felt so comfortable in a hotel as I did here on my recent visit for my daughter's 8th birthday celebration.From the Front Desk staff to the cafeteria crew (waiters, waitresses and even the Chefs) even the ladies from the gift shop, everyone here is on the same great frequency, great atmosphere!. Hospitality is something that characterized the Hilton Hotels,that is way we make it our top choice,but this one in particular for me is way over that standard. The hotel was always clean and smell so good despite the time of the day that you return. No matter how busy the staff members are within their daily routine your request will be always a priority to them.Days before getting there, while I was trying to arrange a surprise for my daughter by decorating our room, which it was a very decent and spacious mini suite, the person who took care of me over the phone, took care of every single detail, from helping me find local bakerys which could deliver a Unicorn theme cake for that day, to set special instructions to have the decorations that I brought hidden for my daughter's little surprise.They were awesome!!!.Different staff members from the Front Desk were keeping me posted during the day about the updates and progress via text messages.Besides the fact that I have totally loved what they did, I was completely mesmerized because their great job and the cute details they did for my daughter exceeded ALL my expectations!!!. She couldn't be more happier and we couldn't be more grateful.My heart melted when I read the beautiful Happy Birthday note decorated with Princesses that every girl from the Front Desk staff signed and dedicated specially for her.The Hotel is in a short walkable distance to Disney Springs, once you reach the connectors that goes over the street you will land exactly by the corner where the BidiBobbidi Boutique is at.Also is near to the Disney Water Parks which is a great advantage.The buses transportation within the area is very reliable and even the staff from the Valet will inform you about where to go regardless is posted. I am giving only five because the system rates only by this standards but they truly deserved a 10 !!!!.I know there is plenty of choices within the area but the management here is great and I can assure that they have made great choices while they picked their staff!!!

I haven't had the privilege of staying at this location yet. I had plans on staying here with my family but due to and unforseen family emergency I had to cancel the day of checking in. I had the pleasure of talking with Renwe in there call center who was very understanding and canceled my reservation with no penalty. I wanted to make sure I posted a review and commended her for her sympathy and understanding. I look forward to finally being able to stay at this location in the future!

Nice enough hotel for the money we paid. I do feel they could be a better value by not charging for Parking. Another nit-pick is they charge Hilton honors gold members to upgrade their breakfast to one that includes hot items. As a Hilton Honors Gold member this is normally included.

I travel and stay at hotels a lot. This has to be the most attentive, happy/friendly, and caring staff in the whole United States. Period. I was able to communicate with the staff via text message. The Disney perks were amazing. Having a rental car center inside the hotel was awesome and it had the option to drop the car at the airport for no extra charge. Breakfast was decent (it is free for Hilton Gold and Diamond Members). Under a mile walk to Disney Springs if you do not want to wait for the free hotel shuttle. Shuttles run every 30 minutes to all the popular points of interest. Suite room was clean, spacious, and quite. I am coming back again!

After talking to the hotel, we we're able to early check in which gave us an entire extra day of Disney World. The rooms were very clean and room service is always available upon request. Great place to stay if your planning a vacation to Disney World.

I would skip this hotel for one of the many hotels in the Disney Springs area. Signed up for a room upgrade to include a kurig and snacks. After checking in and unpacking I was told my room was not one that included the kurig or the special snack tray. Having stayed at this hotel in the past and only returning because of a free night, I can't for the life of me understand why a small single server kurig and this special snack tray could be delivered to my room. I was told I would need to change rooms which is not something I wanted to do after unpacking. This forced us to purchase subpar coffee from the lobby. After the first night both room keys stopped working. After spending several hours at a theme park all you want to do is rexal in your room and not have to deal with key reprogramming. There was also an issue with the air conditioning thermostat which caused the ac to not shut off. Normally this would not be an issue except this was a night that was in the low 40s. Skip this Doubletree

Using the app to check-in was very helpful, called to see if I could get early check-in and they got me an equivalent room on the Hilton Honors floor, which had a great view of Orlando. The return bus from the park was overly crowded, but that was to be expected.

Nice rooms, water pressure in showers is not good. If you stay here, do yourself a favor and budget for a Lyft to and from the parks. The average is $20 per ride to the various parks for my family. This hotel is the 4th stop on the way back each night. It s 11:30 and I m sitting on the Miers shuttle now. Some of the stops don t even have shelter or benches!
If I stayed here again I wouldn t bother with the terrible shuttle service. The pool is nice, the coffee is great, the beds are comfortable. I hope they see this and dump the shuttle service.

Recently I stayed with my husband and son for over a week in this hotel. We were living the day before of our checkout, planning to use the room until last minute as our fight was at night. So I left some stuff in the room to be taken before leave (gifts and changing clothes). Surprisingly, coming back to the room in the afternoon to take a shower and change before leaving to the airport, I realized that none of the things I left in the room was there. Called and went to front desk, got the attendant and housekeeping supervisor very apologetic, but things were not found and we had to leave without a solution. Spent now over a week of communication with the hotel and finally the outcome presented was: I am sorry, but nothing was found and we don t have proofs that you really left things in the room. So to show good faith, I can offer you two 1 night Be My Guest certificates to be used on any Hilton Property, or 50k Hilton Points in your account that can also be used on Amazon . That doesn t cover even a portion of the items stolen, besides the time consumed through so many emails and phone calls between us and several hotel staff, reporting to the police. It s absolutely frustrating not only for being stolen, but now also for the impression that my report could even be made up as I don t have proofs of having left things in the room. So, should I have called a witness to show what I was leaving in the room? And should I keep receipts of everything that I bring to the hotel? At this point, more than the value, my concern is the trust and the complete lack of customer service, things that I believed Hilton would be on top. I had reported to Hilton Honors and am still waiting for their return.

This hotel is ok. We won t be coming back though. The beds and pillows are hard as a rock. We had to go to the store and get our own pillows. If you re relying on buses to get you to and from the parks, be prepared to wait a while. It took 45 minutes after Epcot closed for the first bus to show up. And when it did, there were already a ton of people on the bus and we couldn t all get on. Do yourself a favor and pay a little extra to stay at an actual Disney property.

Loved our stay at this hotel. I moved from the Hilton down the road after business trip and my family met me at doubletree. Upgrade! Great rooms, great service. Cute touches for disney trip like cards on my pillow each day. Good facilities, playground in back, good breakfast buffet (kids eat free)and I had great service at the restaurant. Little store with everything you need. Budget rental car inside and easy transportation to the parks. Thank you!

Toilets running all night not and steve and Tyler are horrible managers I would give no stars!! Don't pay eztra for free drinks and snacks the machines don't work at all and don't sleep on the left side if you like to hear buses all night I don't recommended this hotel and on a Friday and Saturday nights takes just 30 min from Disney Springs bad location

Staff is very attentive and pleasant, very much adds to the resort atmosphere. Rooms are clean and updated with plenty of plugs and USB ports for charging. Fast wifi and comfy pillows. Free shuttles to the parks, and Disney springs is easily walkable(<1mi). Continental breakfast has a lot of options and is open till 11 for you late risers:)

Located off Lake Buena Vista. Good sized suites with comfortable beds/linens. Clean. Ran into cleaning crew in hallway. Very kind and offered help for anything we might need. Nice to be given warm cookies upon arrival. Nice front desk staff. Only slightly negatives: towels hard rather than soft and toilet paper very thin

Excellent clean well furnished spacious suites, at a great price. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the amenities. Only downside is downtown Disney traffic nearby while it's under construction.

Great rooms. Lots of space. Totally walk-able to Disney Springs. Buses could use a better schedule.

Rooms are clean and the location is convenient. Bussing to area Disney parks is convenient if a bit slow. The rooms could use an update and almost all of the outlets in the room are too old and loose for anything to stay plugged in. Overall the staff is friendly as well.

My wife and I have always LOVED staying at DoubleTree Hotels until now.
Rooms were nice. But the morning staff acted as if we were an interruption of their work rather than the reason they are there. Indifferent at best. Rude at worst.
NO COFFEE BEFORE 6AM. They have a coffee machine, but it is locked until 6:30.
Funny how the front desk person was drinking coffee while we guests had no access to it. So much for pleasing early risers.
Almost $200 per night + no warning it was $15 a day for parking + no coffee + staff with bad attitudes = we will not stay here in June like thought we would.
I use my $$$ to let them know what is acceptable and will spend it elsewhere in the future.

Clean, comfortable, helpful and friendly. Good transport connections everything you could hope for in one tidy package.

I thought the price for this room was great for a suite but now I wish I would have paid more for a higher quality hotel or less and stay on-property at a Disney value resort. The lobby is highly fragranced - wonder what they're hiding? - and our room was constantly musty. The HVAC unit did not really seem to be working, though it was a comfortable temperature as long as we turned it off, which probably made the room even more musty. The mini fridge was surprisingly spacious but the sink was absurdly small with a faucet so close to the back that it was impossible not spill water everywhere. The shower faucet did not work well - you either got no water pressure or a constant dribble from the lower faucet, contributing to the poor drainage. There was about an inch of standing water at the end of every shower, gross! The furniture was serviceable but looking pretty shabby, including the sofa that smelled like vomit. There were splatters on the shelves in the bathroom and drips on the floor that were skipped by housekeeping. When we passed in the hallway, housekeeping was very friendly. The rest of the staff was polite but not extremely helpful compared to the rest of the Disney experience. Lastly, the walk to Disney Springs is just barely doable with a little one as it's about as far as you can get. Not the Hilton Honors standard we expect.

Hotel could not have a much better location is in the middle of everything access to parks and shops. the staff is very friendly and facilities are great and in well kept

Horrible breakfast service with bait and switch practices. They do not have prices posted and wait staff does not convey pricing. Breakfast is not free only for gold members. Thats fine but $20 for an omelet bar and powder eggs is not worth it. Waiter ask for room number and kept observing our table like if we were going to dash. I was under the impression that you get the room number to charge. Again not worth Waffle House is literally down the road and you will get more for your money.

The rooms are spacious. The location is great. We have really enjoyed our stay.

Nice hotel, great location. Suites are spacious, well decorated and very clean.

Room was nice but hotel was way understaffed. We paid for valet parking but every time we need to retrieve or leave the car we had to have someone at the front desk find someone to handle the car. We called the front desk multiple times and no one ever answered. Also maid service was weird, they left 5 bars of soap one day but no wash cloths. We hadn't even used hotel soap Some days we got our waters and others nothing. We have stayed here a few times but the most recent was disappointing. Hire a few more people and get the place functional again.

Staff is very friendly and rooms very clean. Very quiet and cozy place to stay. I would recommend this for anyone or family.

Diamond level members, received no welcome. Checked in, no direction on parking or shuttles, left to our own devices. Dirty drab and ugly compared to disney resorts and ....well buildings in general. Very dissatisfied, will be switching to a new hotel chain for all my travels and highly reccomend staying in Disney resorts while at Disney. Lesson learned.

They give you cookies when you come in, and are very welcoming and kind. I love doubletrees.

Room was good. Maids were hit and miss. No free wifi which is bizarre and nowhere to get coffee during the day.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, The location is excellent and within walking distance of Disney Springs, The rooms are all suites and very well maintained, The staff is also very professional, Disney Extra Magic Hours is a plus.

I stayed at this hotel this past week. The hotel was clean and the staff was pleasant. Housekeeping only comes in the room to clean if you request it the day before. They still have warm cookies and will give you 2 bottles of water a day if you ask for them and that is apart of your $23 resort fee. The hotel cafe is closed which I do not understand and if you want breakfast it is $4 per bag (muffin, granola bar, fruit, juice) which I also do not understand. The hotel does have a small marketplace store but it is closed on the weekend. The hotel does have shuttle service to the parks but you have to make a reservation and they only offer 2 pick up times in the morning and 2 return trips at park closing time. And wait, you have to pay to park at the hotel. My question to the hotel, why are you charging a $23 resort fee, $22 to park, and $4 for a to go breakfast? I had a reservation for next month but canceled it because the hotel did not honor the nightly rate (or deal) I was promised when I made the reservation for this stay.

Great hotel with a lot of things to do and great location.

This hotel was so great!!! If you are going to the Disneyworld parks I strongly recommend this hotel. It's the first time I can say that the pictures actually looked exactly like the actual rooms! It was a really good price and on top of that had WAY more space than you'd get anywhere else. It had two rooms and two TVs. We ate breakfast and dinner in our room every day and there was a nice table we could all sit at and then we could put our 2 kids to bed and shut the door and watch TV in the separate room on the couch. They also texted us before we flew out and told us they were expecting us. Anything I needed I just texted a real person. It was great!! Although we didn't end up eating at the restaurant they were more than willing to make concessions to fix us a meal that would suit our dietary needs/allergies. The housekeeping was also super nice and friendly. I just can't say enough good things about the hotel!

We had a great experience They give you warm cookies upon arrival and the manager Jerry was very accommadations too. Petra Soto was extremely helpful and very pleasant and saved up money...All in all great time....

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with my husband and son. Found a number of issues mainly creditability and honesty of staff.

1 Lady in grocery store smoked vape during opening hours and was extremely rude to my 8 year old son.
2 My son's sweat top was stolen from reception area. I asked for the video cameras to be checked, no response or reply from the lost and found manager
3 I forgot my Apple MacBook in the room called hotel 4 times left messages, eventually got hold of the lost and found manager, to arrange for the Mac to be shipped and upon receipt of my Apple Mac it has significant damage to the front left hand corner where it was obviously dropped. Upon speaking to the hotel reception, leaving my number and email, I've have had no reply to date, via email.

In general extremely poor service from the Director of house keeping, Manager of Lost and Found, and Reception!!

Would not recommend this hotel due to above. I have spent the last 3 days of my holiday chasing this situation and also being told that I will not receive calls back as I am calling from an international number!!

Is it your policy not to call international numbers in a circumstance of goods lost/stolen from your hotel?
Do you think it is acceptable that your customers have to chase your employees to get answers?
Is this how you train your staff to give 'good customer service'?

This was the worst hotel stay at downtown disney, the hotel room had roaches on the counters and in the fridge. When we bought it to managements attention we were offered a down graded room and said thats all the had and refused to call the other properties down the road.

We will never be staying at this property again.

Best hotel, very courteous staff, hurricane Matthew was going to make landfall in FL during our stay. Hotel management and Staff made sure that all guests had access to food and water and all current updates on storm and kids were entertained throughout the day.

this place denied me a room because they overbooked and hotel was not ready when we got there.

My stay at this place has ruined my entire perception of Hilton. Our reservations were cancelled for a different hotel in the area because Hilton cancelled. It has been over a month and they still haven't issued a refund.
As we came into the room, it wasn't clean. There were ants. Front desk staff was hardly present. Room cleaning was not cleaning. No vacuum, no changing sheets, no picking up towels, just a refill of supplies. Let corporate know and received no reply.
