I stayed at this hotel this past week. The hotel was clean and the staff was pleasant. Housekeeping only comes in the room to clean if you request it the day before. They still have warm cookies and will give you 2 bottles of water a day if you ask for them and that is apart of your $23 resort fee. The hotel cafe is closed which I do not understand and if you want breakfast it is $4 per bag (muffin, granola bar, fruit, juice) which I also do not understand. The hotel does have a small marketplace store but it is closed on the weekend. The hotel does have shuttle service to the parks but you have to make a reservation and they only offer 2 pick up times in the morning and 2 return trips at park closing time. And wait, you have to pay to park at the hotel. My question to the hotel, why are you charging a $23 resort fee, $22 to park, and $4 for a to go breakfast? I had a reservation for next month but canceled it because the hotel did not honor the nightly rate (or deal) I was promised when I made the reservation for this stay.
