I haven't had the privilege of staying at this loc...

I haven't had the privilege of staying at this location yet. I had plans on staying here with my family but due to and unforseen family emergency I had to cancel the day of checking in. I had the pleasure of talking with Renwe in there call center who was very understanding and canceled my reservation with no penalty. I wanted to make sure I posted a review and commended her for her sympathy and understanding. I look forward to finally being able to stay at this location in the future!
