DoubleTree Suites looked Nice going in, but there were a number of dirty spots in the room in corners and around table legs. The bed was comfortable in the linens were white and very clean. The towels with Snow White but stiff as wood. Ben at the desk are very nice and pleasant.

Stayed during peak season. Was a great experience all around. Awesome service loved the rooms. Great customer service in the entire hotel. The pool was great. Will definitely stay again.

The faucet in the bathroom is broken otherwise it is nice. Staff are nice, cookies taste decent. Pool is just okay. I'd stay here again though. I don't visit this area for the hotel, it's just a bed for me. The disney perks make it nice.

Very nice room, and appears to be clean so far at first glance. Very friendly front desk, and restaurant staff... The young man that's a bellman was outstanding!!!

The staff is friendly and accommodating. The facilities are lovely and the bed is very comfortable. My only issues were with the television reception (one local network - the only one I wanted to watch) wouldn't come in, and the in-room keurig coffee maker didn't work. After reporting these issues, they were both corrected.

The room is great; however, the water faucets are set to way too hot off a temperature. We were told the other side of the hotel did not have hot water, so they needed to turn the heater up. We notified staff twice and it still has not been fixed. We told my daughter to use hand sanitizer, but being five, she forgot and burned herself.

I attended a seminar at the Double Tree Suites. The meeting room was very spacious and totally accommodated all attendees. Refreshments, audio visual equipment, WiFi, tables, and seating were made available. The room was kept at a comfortable temperature level. There was plenty of parking available to the attendees. The hotel is close to many good restaurants and Disney's Lake Buena Vista. Overall, it was a successful event. I would recommend this venue to anyone wishing to hold a seminar or similar event.

Very friendly people. The only hiccup was no TV available for a while as there is a local outage. Wish there was a little more water pressure and shower also. Overall the people are friendly and it seems extremely clean.

I've stayed at plenty DoubleTree hotels and they have always been great. The Orlando location holds the same standards for excellence. I have always been impressed with the quality of the hotels and the amazing staff. They are very friendly and accomodating. Whether or not it's my first time at a location or a location that I've spent years using they always make you feel like your at home.

nice hotel. Clean. Convenient location really close to the attractions and shopping and Highway. When I stayed none of the amenities were fully explained even when trying to ask multiple employees. So I was charged for things I didn't know I could use or how to use.

Good price, amazing location, close to everything and great customer service.

The staff was great. The check in staff was very knowledgeable. The Disney store inside was also very knowledgeable. Prices were the same in the Disney store as in the park. Breakfast custom omlets were great and fast. Elevators were fast. Parking was $25 a night and in a semi secured area.

Its amazing. The hotel seems small but is great. Room/hotel service was great!

Took forever to check in due to their system not finding reservations for multiple families. Also gave use a room with only one queen bed for a family of 4 with a reservation for a room with 2 queen beds. Not the first time we have had issues with this hotel.

Booked through Costco and got free parking at the hotel. Hotel has arrangement with Disney for magic hours just like Disney resort.

Very clean. Hotel staff is very knowledgeable about all area attractions. No need to rent a car, shuttle to all attractions. Can rent car if wanting to go to the beach at hotel.

Rooms are large and spacious. Could do with a refurbishment- or maybe a deep clean. Have been staying here since last time they had a refurbishment and just doesn t have that new/clean smell/feel anymore. Parking fee is steep! But the resort fee is less than others in the area- and waived when booking with points. We are Hilton Diamond members. Love the Disney perks but could never get to link with my Disney Experience app. Breakfast is good and a great deal for diamond members. This was the first time we used the pool and the kids loved it. We ve stayed here probably 8-10 times in the last 7 years or so and will continue to stay. The size of the rooms so that the kids can spread out and play is such a benefit.
The in room refrigerator doesn t have a freezer but the front desk staff was able to freeze our ice packs for medical items to take into the parks. The beds seemed extremely small for queen size beds and I really felt like they were double beds. Also we were switched to the amenities delivered to room rate with our points. There is NO way I would have paid extra for what we were given had I been booking as a normal stay. Also the items were very nutty and as my child is tree nut and peanut allergic it was doubly disappointing (they were unaware of his allergy). Cute photo area in the lobby.

1st day ac was broken but they fixed it it took only 20min refrigerator was frozen didnt work they had to switch it out with a new one they have quick services pool was beautiful gym was nice clean and hotel was very clean as well the food was good expensive but worth it I gave it a 3 star because of the first day other then that it was a great experience

Not clean! My room smelled like death and the AC sounded like a helicopter was landing the entire time it ran. The bathtub had hair in it (not mine). May be fine for a vacation, but not for a business trip. Sad.

Convenient to Disney Springs, if a bit far for small kids to walk. Good size rooms and suites are excellent value. Pool and gym on the small side but fine if you plan to stay for other attractions. Nice shuttle service to Disney as well. Service in general was good, responsive and friendly.

I worked here and there are so unsanitary the blankets that are left on the bed they are barely ever washed. You know when we come to your room to clean we are told to use the save freaking rag to wash and clean your mirrows and everything I quit today becuz this is the worst hotel I have ever been too.

Meh, booked a king bed room. When I arrived they told me they did not any left as they were fully booked. I guess reservation has a different meaning at this place. Was comped $20 parking and breakfast. Nicer than motel 8.

Loved the proximity to the parks. Room was very clean and spacious. This is the second time I have stayed here and both times have been great. The only thing that prevented me from giving this a 5 star rating is the fact that you have to pay $23.00 per day for overnight parking.

I absolutely loved my stay here at the double tree. The suites are a great size and the location is wonderful! It's within walking distance of Disney Springs. There was always someone at the concierge desk to help with any questions and even the doormen were personable in all their actions. There were a few setbacks that kept my review from being a perfect 5 stars... the main one: a rude desk agent around 11:30 pm on 9.1.2018. She found it more important to cast judgement and rudely answer questions to which hadn't been asked. Had it not been for everyone else on staff that were great... this rating would have been lower. It only takes 1 bad apple... the second reason is because there was a hair floating in the water reservoir of our keurig. Yuck! Other than these 2 things, this location was perfect. I had the best staycation ever! The room was clean, beds were made daily and towels were replaced daily as well. Carlos in the front desk was the absolute best and made my stay even more amazing! They text you and you can text them if there is a problem or question. He was really on top of everything and made sure we got everything we needed. Especially since my mom is disabled and needs a wheelchair, he made sure they installed the shower chair in the tub upon arrival. Best customer service ever! I would totally come back and stay at this location.

It is in a great location. Good for elites who want to rooms. Low starts because it really needs updated. Bathrooms need fixed up and elevators lights are burned out. Little details like that need addressed.

A standard Doubletree hotel with some Disney touches. If you are light sleeper, ask for a room away from the highway side. Could hear traffic outside during the night.
If planning to go to the Disney parks, beware that the shuttle buses run every 30 minutes. All the buses we took were running late, some by as much as 20 minutes. Also, they don't take the most direct route, but go to different hotels. If you can, drive to the parks. It will save you a lot of time.

Not bad and they got shuttles to the parks but they tricked us into going to a timeshare for Hilton grand vacations club and we ended up buying the biggest mistake of our lives!
Paid for something that we never stayed in because it was always full!
Don't fall for the free breakfast scheme! By the way, the breakfast is just some cold sandwiches prepackaged while they explain the 90 minute time share!

Very nice hotel. Clean, good amenities, great location right down the road from Disney Springs. Even got cookies when we checked in! We we're given a room next to the elevator, however. It was SO noisy until 2 in the morning we could not sleep. And this was after spending all day at Disney. Won't make that mistake again.

I have to admit that my negative experience may have been unique, but I wouldn t take the risk and stay here again. I rented a suite for my family and, upon first use of the toilet, found that the toilet didn t flush. We were going out to eat, so I called the front desk and requested that they have the toilet fixed while we were gone. When we arrived back at the room (it was close to midnight), the toilet still did not work. I called the front desk again. The repair person came and plunged the toilet. I explained that I didn t need it plunged but needed an actual flushing toilet. He told me there was nothing to do as the water levels are low in that hotel. After arguing a bit, he agreed to actually replace the mechinism in the tank that fills the tank with water. The toilet then worked.

I suppose you get what you pay for. I would suggest that anyone who can afford a few more dollars a night pay for a place that is newer and, quite frankly, takes the concept of a flushing toilet seriously.

Friendly, efficient, accommodating, helpful. Always a pleasure to stay here. Staff feels like old friends.

Hotel facility was great. Shuttle service to Disney parks was slow and pick up times mysterious

here on business/vacation. as a business hotel, very nice with spacious rooms. no valet parking, but the parking lot is very close. i could do without the bar right next to the elevators. don't mind the alcohol, don't like running the gauntlet walking to/from the elevator. restaurant is barely adequate (one very busy waiter at dinner), though better for breakfast.

Rented a car and it was not ready on time. They gave us a discount to make up for it, which was acceptable.

If you want a truly VIP experience this is the place to go. The super friendly and helpful staff are genuinely eager to help you with whatever you may need. This is by far the greatest hotel experience I've had in all of Florida. When I come back it will be to this Doubletree.

Good non-disney hotel location, sheets a little dirty, good service, self service parking fee is an extra 22 bucks. Would do again if no disney resort hotels are available

Good location. Good breakfast, but only cold food for diamonds, but waffles are okay. Bed sheets kind of stiff. AC must be motion activated, since despite being set on high, it turns off allowing adjacent noise to be heard. Parking cost kind of stiff, matches disney, LOL. Rooms are nice sized and furniture is nice. Great location.

Do not stay here. AC didnt work properly, TV channels didnt work, and worst of all... shuttle service to disney was Terrible! Advertised as every 30 minutes at the park and the hotel. Consistently 15-30min late at the hotel, missed stops completely at the park, refused service due to being full at the hotel (it stops at 4 others before this hotel), and 60+ min on the bus to get to / from the parks because they cheaped out and stop at multiple parks... Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.... Management was dismissive and disinterested when problems where brought up.

It's a beautiful resort, close to Disney Springs. There's busing to all theme parks and great customer service. Nice pool with a hot tub and spa.

Cannot rate rooms. Was only there to pick up a rental car, and purchased a drink from the on-site store. I did ask reception where to go. All staff were pleasant and friendly. Location was good, and facilities looked nice. My only issue with with the lady at the rental pickup, as she was late and I was in a hurry, which is why my pickup was booked for when I needed it.

Large, clean, comfortable room with good store located in the lobby - both disney products and essentials including snacks. Shuttles to Disney parks are every 30 minutes, or uber drives are very affordable.

Not as comfortable an experience as I'm used to regarding coffee, parking, breakfast, towels, coffee. Nice pool. Good enough location. Helpful staff.

We were less than pleased with our stay. The room was advertised as a King size room with patio, but in reality it was a make-shift conference room next to an exit with some chairs outside of the door. The furniture was dingy and uncomfortable, light bulbs were mismatched, no fans in either bathroom, the noise from other rooms and the hallway was really loud, and the A/C was broken (we didn't back to our room until after 11pm because we had been at Disney so we just tried to stick it out). We ended up checking out a day early. We asked to move rooms upon check in, and were told the whole hotel was sold out, even though the couple next to us at the desk was switching rooms.

Great Breakfast and service at breakfest. The rooms were nice and clean. Plus the pool area was really nice and it had a deep end. The pool even had a bar.

Overall good experience. The bathrooms could use some cleaning and tlc. As a Hilton Honors gold member we received complimentary breakfast which included juice and coffee, fruit, cereal, baked goods, and even Mickey waffles! Pool is great to cool off after a day at the parks. Short walk to Disney Springs or you can ride the bus. Love the free bus to the parks and it was always on time! Great value for your money as this is an all suites hotel. This was our second stay and would stay again.

We always stay here when we come to Orlando,FL..not only because is more affordable to stay here than an inside disney resort but also because the staff is always friendly, rooms are always what we ask for, its never crowded...breakfast is good and staff in the restaurant are always friendly...shuttles to the parks and Disney springs,close to restaurants and shopping ..and free cookies ..yes free cookies lol when ever we want..my kids really like that...I definitely recommend

I would really like to thank DoubleTree Suites for allowing me to park my vehicle after the alternator went out on it to stay on there property until I was able to get it towed. I really appreciate your staff as well! And to the mystery person who put the bag over my window so that it wouldn't rain inside my vehicle. I really really thank you and appreciate you as well! Great service, rooms are big and spacious but a bit old. Water wasn't very hot.

Ok place employees are not very friendly and breakfast comes in a bag and cost you $4.00 a bag

Good hotel, be careful of the add on fees, you have to pay to self park, eat breakfast there and get the internet. But they do give you a warm cookie when you check in.

We stay here often when we travel to Disney World. This hotel has amazing staff, great beds and is relatively quiet in the midst of Disney Springs.
