Great place. Great service from reception to room service. Rooms are very clean and tidy.
Everyone was very attentive and accommodating. They helped make my son's wedding day very special and run very smoothly.
I was provided with a quiet and clean room as expected. Good overall service. Waiting time at the elevators was too long in the morning, possibly due to maintenance work.
Wished rooms had garbage bags, I feel bad putting garbage in bins.
Nice hotel. I was out off by the smell of grease outside though.
Good location, room and staff. Internet a little slow.
Nice hotel, slowest elevator and front desk service was slow and not very helpful when asked for info.
Was just dropping someone off, but they said it was great
Professional event in a conference room, can't say much about anything else
I did not stay in the hotel, but went there to make a reservation for the in-house Chinese resraurant, who at that moment already was closed. A helpful front-desk lady made therefore the diner reservation by internet for me even if I was not a guest of the hotel. Friendly and efficient. A plus for this hotel. Next time in Toronto I will stay here.
Went to lai wan hee restaurant in hotel to attend Christmas party. Food was great and so was service.
The beds were very comfortable and the staff was friendly!
DoubleTree in downtown Toronto is a very nice 26 stories high end hotel. It has everything in the hotel, and plenty of amenities around the hotel. It is right in the heart of downtown Toronto, and within walking distance to many downtown attractions.
Very expensive and the service is not at the appointment (towels missing, claimed and never provided)
Very central location with quick access to malls, transit, restaurants and entertainment.
Great location, clean, excellent service. They didn't answer an email question I had though and I couldn't get through to their location by phone.
Great hotel for the business travelers. On site restaurants are good.
Excellent. Hotel with spectacular location. Close to several points of interest in the city. You can do all the sights of the city by walking. Staff top and very helpful. We arrived before check in time, but were quietly placed in the room.
Clean and quiet room. It could have a little better lighting and the air conditioning is a bit quieter, nothing to bother but .... Well spectacular.
Great room. Excellent food. Reasonable price. Fabulous location.
Central location, room like the others..experience service, 6 stars for the service.
The Hilton DoubleTree has very helpful and kind staff, an attached parking structure, internal restaurants, a nice bar, and all the amenities you could need. I've stayed there a handful of times for business and they always take care of me. The rooms are comfortable and have a great view of downtown Toronto. Staying there provides hundreds of nearby restaurants and local entertainment. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a comfortable place to stay in Toronto.
This is the place that you can relax and enjoy with your family and friends. Amazing! All the staffs are very good.
It was kinda O.K. the parking garage was confusing
I come here but everytime I'm in Toronto. It's close to everything and has great service.
The DoubleTree has a great downtown location not far away from City Hall. Queen's Park isn't far and neither are a lot of very decent restaurants. Island Airport is 15 to 30 minutes away, depending on traffic but if you're going to Pearson be generous with planning your time because traffic is unpredictable.
Nice hotel. Attended for a half day seminar. Very clean.
Very comfortable bed. Delicious cookies. Nice view of the city. Perfect location. Overall very pleasant experience
Sweating inside the hotel.... Totally unacceptable.
Clean hotel, small rooms, very warm at night even with the heat off
Mold growing in shower, very unhelpful front desk staff, off shore center couldn't find our reservations, or the hotel itself, claimed there was no hotel at address of our paperwork. Google Maps found hotel and local phone number, so we didn't have to talk to off shore number listed on our paperwork.
This is a great hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms were very nice, and had comfortable beds. It is in a great location; we were able to walk almost everywhere we went. Would definitely stay here again!
Attended a conference here. The facility tiself was quite nice but the food at lunch was amazing! That certainly is not always the case at large conferences. I was pleasantly surprised.
Nice room, polite staff. Chocolate covered strawberries were delicious. Parking garage is small and difficult to maneuver in.
Front desk staff are excellent but experience was okay. I think Marriott hotels are better than Hilton( personal opinion)
Very nice hotel and clean. Would definitely stay there again.
Great service, room was small but clean, room service was fast and dependable, as expected for the price, great pool.
Clean ..beds were very comfy...great area ...for the price ppl pay.. they should have a continental breakfast js
Great location, clean, etc. One weird complaint: there is no place to put anything in shower except for the floor. Strange.
Veary nice facilities but bad service. I stayed at this hotel two years ago when my building was on fire/650 Parliament and when we complained about the luck of variety in the food that we were allowed, i was told" if you dont like it, jut go"
I was very impressed with the hotel service and just how welcoming it was . Everything has been very nice and the free cookies are quite the welcomed bonus overall it has been quite the enjoyable stay
Excellent location. Clean rooms and helpful staff. The location of this hotel is excellent and very close to amenities and restaurants.
Very nice room, good location close to downtown Toronto and extremely friendly and professional staff.
Rooms are fine but I the WiFi is temperamental at times
Had to change rooms due to an overwhelming smell, the new room has a faulty bedside lamp
Staff is very polite however
A nice venue spot for ~200 guests. The food selection is great and tastes good
I love my time at the DoubleTree in Toronto. The service was quick and great, the room was super clean, and the cookies were awesome.
Just found out that the bar is closed, no tea or alcohol, 9pm. Check before you book, failing that head over to the Marriott Eaton centre for excellent service at the bar
Best hotel downtown Toronto!!! And OMG those cookies!!!
I came here to inquire about having a wedding banquet here and they were very nice and accomadating about our questions and concerns as well as any adjustments we wanted.
Great noise isolation. Stayed a week and I didn t hear a peep. Bed was super comfy. Service from staff was top notch. Central location, close to everything. Will definitely stay again.
Great location, but a bit noisy from the street, I'm on the 20th floor
Excellent, cute and friendly staff and I can't forget the welcome cookies, delicious !!!
While the hotel in itself is well located and the rooms are decent. The after-service of the hotel is deplorable. It seems an awfully complicated task to even provide an itemized receipt after you check out. In other words their slogan of "we care" is really "we care until you pay and then bugger off". Calling the front desk will only result in being redirected to a department with a voicemail. A shame and really not worth the bother. Marriott which is two streets down is as good a location and they provide service until the end.
Not perfect at all but it's a totally decent place to stay for the price. We paid for breakfast and it was totally worth it, I rarely say that about hotel food. Good bar for an after work drink as well.
Staff is top shelf for this price range. We also apppreciated being to pay for a late checkout as we has an appointment to go to.
The room we were in was on the small side for longer stays but if you're alone or there for only a few nights, you will be happy.
The cleaning auditors need to check surfaces better, the top of the headboard had not been cleaned in ages.
Lots of good ethnic (mostly asian) food options nearby.
Very good service. Complementary cookie and water is amazing, lots of room and even has a kitchen. Only issue is a small stain on the bed
Everything was wonderful in regards to the staff and the rooms.
Any noise in the halls, however, can be heard in the rooms. People talking, doors closing etc. The sounds of the doors closing woke me up several times.
To park underground is steep, $35, and very tight. I registered my license plate when I checked in but when I went to leave there was a note on my car saying I hadn't and that I needed to either pay or contact the desk. So I had to go back up to the desk and have them check that I had registered my car. I had and I was good to go. It was a bit of a pain is all.
For downtown it's not that good actually not that ok . Had to run the hot water for 45 minutes just to get a luke warm shower at 10 o'clock at night
My first time visiting Canada was amazing thanks to the great service at DoubleTree. The rooms were pretty nice.
I always stay there when I go to Toronto. Great location and staff. They have a Starbucks coffee machine at the lobby which is great and along with a small grocery space of smart choices and a microwave.
This hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the subway. The bed was very comfortable and the service was great.
Very nice hotel with good service in a convenient, central location in downtown Toronto. I would definitely stay here again.
I had such a great time staying at this hotel. The room is very clean and nicely decorated. The staff member are very friendly and the location is just perfect. It's in walking distance to a lot hot spots: St James Cathedral, St Lawrence market, CN tower, old city hall, etc. As some people said, the parking is a little tight and not very easy to use, but it's not very hard either. Of cause, trucks and large SUVs are always hard to park in any city.
This is a centrally located hotel in downtown Toronto. The rooms are a bit small but clean and well appointed - certainly in keeping with the standards of the Hilton brand.
Great location, great staff, great rooms. Overall very happy with the hotel.
