The rooms were clean but lighting is a bit dull in the rooms. The location is great and near all major attractions.

Good experience with usual warm cookie upon check in. I received a great corner room in southeast corner with a view of the ice skating rink. Hotel is in a great central location in downtown Toronto. Friendly and welcoming staff at check in. TV is annoying with channel surfing impossible due to poor design of guide system. Hotel restaurant was understaffed at lunch and service took a little longer than it should have.

Very clean and efficient stay. Plenty of room in the room even with the king sized bed. They gym was unique and had more amenities than most places I've stayed. Staff is beyond pleasant and helpful with every question.

Amazing property! We only stayed two nights however the rooms were large (space for bags) and updated. The bedding was super comfortable and cozy. Staff were polite and friendly - check in cookie is amazinggg

This was a great hotel! Location was perfect for visiting clients in the downtown area (this hotel is about 25-30 mins from airport, so a little bit of a ride but worth it if you don't want to be on the outskirts of civilization) and then doing a little sightseeing (coming from NYC so walking the 30 mins from Graffiti Alley back to hotel was fine). Check-in was fast and reception staff were great (hooray for cookies!). The view from the room of the CN tower was cool (I was on the 9th floor). The bed was super comfortable and the AC unit in the room was very responsive. Shower was hot, everything was clean. There is plenty of seating in lobby area and there is an attached bar/restaurant (I did eat there on my arrival and it was fine). I have absolutely zero complaints about the hotel and will totally plan to stay here again on my next trip to Toronto.

Didn't do much but sleep there- quick service, so that's good. Honestly Its such a nice place I nearly missed my bus

High quality food with exceptional service. We went for my aunt's and uncle's birthday and we all had a good time. We ordered the course meal set and everything came at a good pace. Peaceful environment, a good place to eat and have a chat on special occasions.

Kept ordering coffee every morning...it never showed up. Upgrade got cancelled for no reason, and we got put on the floor on the day that they were installing wires...neighbor was having a raucous party and security never came up to ask them quiet down.

We had a room on a high floor with a good view. They greeted us with warm cookies and the staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Mngt. at this hotel has opted to not provide Fox News Network! cnn and msnbc are provided though, even though their ratings are lower than spongebob square pants. Now I remember why I switched to Marriott.

It was absolutely amazing, rooms clean, great location, beds are comfy, Worth the money for the location. Right in the heart of the city. Not far from the Eaton Centre and other amenities. The deposit was a bit steep.

Had an absolutely horrible experience with DoubleTree in Toronto.

Called the hotel directly to add a name to the reservation (my brother) as it was a honeymoon gift from me.The hotel agent said everything was good and no issues would occur ( as I would not be there during check in). When my brother was attempting to check-in with his newly wed wife, the hotel staff claimed they did not see the note and refused to let him unless I added his name. The duty manager insisted I call the same general hotel line # which I called previously and request myself not to be re-directed to their call center. After I called the number for the second time whilst my brother was waiting, the call center agent said he could not assist and ended up transferring me to the same manager, who finally ended up adding the name after 30 minutes. Samantha was very rude and cut me off whilst I was trying to explain the situation to her. She made no attempt to accommodate the couple and took no accountability saying the call center (which is a representative of Doubletree) provided incorrect information. Essentially, I had to waste substantial amount of time to check-in the guests when I previously had called to avoid the issue in the first place.

Convenient in the heart of downtown. Very clean and nice social area. The dimsum restaurant is very nice.

Nice location and the view would be awesome if you booked the room towards city hall direction.
Room was clean and quiet normally.(But once I was booked next to the elevator room or equipment room, that was a bit of noisy. You definitely want to avoid that)
Room service was great. Called dinner one time, tasted not bad. You could sit on your beds, and the food cart can fit in between. Eat while watching the tv was such an enjoyable experience. The food was a bit overpriced but worth it.
The gym and pool are downstairs. The space is big enough so I didn t had any hard time finding a spot.
Downstairs to the basement connects multiple locations like city hall and shopping mall.

Great experience right from the start. I especially love the warm cookies they give you when you arrive! The check-in and check-out experience was flawless. This is the second time I've stayed there in the last couple years both times have been very good.

I stayed here recently, overnight to downtown Toronto. I like the fact they gave us some nice tasty cookies and the rooms are decent size. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly and across the street can be noisy with the University of Toronto dormitories. Good location for the price

Nice hotel!! On arrival we were kindly received. The room were modern and clean. Our room was very quiet and the beds were very good. The hotel is in the center and a 5-minute walk from a large shopping center. Personally I think the price is on the high side but you do get service in return.

Very nice clean rooms. Tried to charge me each morning for breakfast even though I'm Diamond. Also, have me different prices and tried to negotiate price. Maybe the Canadian customs are different with Hilton properties versus the rest of the world.

With the holiday season upon us, our group celebrated at the restaurant here. Reservations are highly recommended and they will accomodaten your request. They will also allow for set menu's if you have a nig enough group and have preset meals for all to choose from. Service is efficient and food was acceptable. The drinks can get pricey as those are not included

Privacy post on the door not respected.

Staff steal your jewelry from your secure room safe!! My experience included the security staff removing my jewelry from the secure safe in my room. I had checked out minutes before and forgotten to empty the safe. They did not attempt to contact me to let me know. When I returned 5 days later to retrieve my jewelry, I was presented with my bag and 4 items were missing. A gold ring, two gold necklaces and a gold Michael Kors watch. Apparently they do not let you know if they find anything in the safe in your room after you leave. I guess they hope if you don't come back they can keep it.

Spell of gabage was present every time you walked outside which was unpleasant. Parking was overpriced although the front desk was helpful with an alternative suggestion. People were constantly smoking outside of hotel. Should be a smoke free zone. Air conditioner was loud therefore hard to get a good night's sleep. One day Housekeeping forgot towels and washcloths as well as we were out all day and our room had not been cleaned and it was 4 pm. Luckily we found a afternoon shift house keeper to assist us. Room was extremely small for price.
