We booked in Saturday at noon, found out that we had mistakenly my husband had reserved a night on his credit card. I had also reserved the same night on my credit card. We asked if they would consider refunding us for the one room. They declined, we then asked if we could possibly use this reservation on another night. We had no family to give it too. As, it was getting late in the day the lady at the desk said , "She would speak to the manager,". As of this morning they would NOT GIVE US ANOTHER NIGHT for this PAID ROOM. I'm just surmising that they RENTED the room. I never got a KEY just PAID. I would have DONATED the room to the hospital for a person in need. It is a SHAME that this hotel DIDN'T make the MORAL decision and do RIGHT. So, you have LOST my business forever. I support companies that make JUSTLY decisions. Actually, since I paid for the room and you refused to assist me with this I could have KEPT the key in my pocket for the night. SHAME on YOU!
I realize it was my fault that started this ball rolling, but YOU actually made our special evening upsetting. ALSO, you should have OFFERED us a better room since we paid twice for one room. YOU DIDN'T, we got a closet room. SMALL. Disappointed to say the least. Please respond with your reasoning other than currency decision. Linda
