Hameed Chennan was the Salesman that assisted me in the purchase of my 2013 VW Jetta. His extensive knowledge of each of the cars that I was interested in and the professional manner and calm demeanor in which he conducted himself was terrific. I recently got my first car from Don Valley North Toyota (a 2014 Rav4 LE) and it was such a great experience! I dealt with the Product Advisor Anand Vyas and Financial Services Manager Vicci Lee and both were excellent!

I didn t feel like I was being sold a car with Anand, it felt like someone was just talking to me about my options without any pressure. He was honest, accommodating and focused on finding me something to fit my needs and budget. I m quite picky and was torn between cars and asked him about a million questions which he answered patiently. He went the extra mile to make sure I was absolutely comfortable with my decision.

Vicci was fantastic to deal with. She took the time to understand my financial and personal situation and worked with me to get terms and rates and add-ons that worked best with those. She took the time to explain everything and made sure that I understood all of the options that would work well with my situation. Again, I didn t feel like I was being sold unnecessary things.

Overall, I had an easy experience and I know I ll want to deal with them again for any future car needs!

Ok, I was about to write a long detailed review about this dealer, however that would help them to correct and improve upon their services, however the problem associated with this company is far deeper than customer services. As a consumer, please do not spend any money at this dealer, don t buy car, service your car, or even stop by this place. The intention at this place is not provide any meaningful services, this is beyond simply a few bad employee, just avoid it, they do not word for you deserved benefit as a customer. I love toyota has always been a loyal fun of toyota and will continue to be one, but this dealer will take advantage of you at every step, will not respect you as a paying customer at all.

After visiting many dealerships I've got to say the customer experience that I encountered during my visit and Don Valley North Toyota was outstanding thanks to Adrianne Phin. She was by far the most friendly, engaging, enthusiastic and confident employee that I've met in this industry and really educated me on what was available to me while the sales teams were extremely busy. You can tell that she truly cares about the customers. Adrianne is definitely an asset to this dealership and there's no doubt that she will have continued success as she continues to be amazing with her customers.

I came in to the dealership just to look at their cars without the intention on purchasing a vehicle. I luckily got introduced to Arman Mazaheri. He found out all my needs and landed me on a vehicle which suited my needs and budget. If anyone is looking to purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle I would highly recommend Arman.

Before I went to the dealer, I did some homework through AutoTrader and couple Toyota dealers website to have a big picture of different models, market prices, and dealers inventory. Don Valley North Toyota was my first stop only because it is the largest and it is close to my home. I only went there twice, first time with my wife with no appointment to check the cars we were interested. Luckily we met Sam Francella, he is a nice guy, knowledgeable, patient, brought us to the parking lot to check different cars we might be interested, whatever questions we asked, we got the answers from him. Two days later, I went to see him with my friend to negotiate the price, I didn t feel that he was on the other side of the negotiation table, no push to accept his manager s offer but encouraged us to fight back to make a deal. We finally made a deal. I don t know if actually I made a great deal or not, the most important to me is my own feeling; Sam made me feel that it was a good deal; and when I showed my car to my friends and told them the money I paid for it, they all said good deal man (^_^ maybe they just be nice since I already bought the car ^_^).
Anyway, a happy experience; knowledgeable, patient, you can reach him whenever you need, even after the car be delivered, which make Sam a good salesman.

Booked oil change for 3pm. Arrived at 2:50pm. Car did not move to bay until 4:10pm (after i asked if there was a delay). Got out at 4:25pm. They did not seem that busy. I think they just forgot about my car.

Shopping for a car here is a horrible experience. Wanted to see a CH-R, so walked in the showroom. I had to provide my name and number to talk to someone ( which means a bunch of unwelcome calls). Sales guy takes about 5 minutes, gets my name wrong despite providing the information and turns out there is only 1 car to see and it is out for a test drive.

Good service comes with very expensive cost... It took me over 2600$ to change my break system (caliper parts+ rotor +pads)...

as written on my bill, the technician took 6 hours to fix my caliper parts which costs me over 800 labor fee....over 1k include parts...I think it is almost equals to the cost of changing a new caliper...

I should have get the whole break system changed at many place at less than 1,500$, which will not use manufacturer parts but similar quality.

Overall, if you have a new car, go fix at dealer. If it is a old car, try other automotive stores.

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Don Vally North Toyota and it was my first experience with them. I met Mr Behzad Shomalzade. I traded my old vehicle with brad new one. He helped me a lot to make a informed proper decision which served the best my interest. Everything was so smooth and quick. Also Behzad did his best effort to get the most discount for me in order to be able to mach it with my budget. Although it was a new car in the market and so many people ordered that in advance. They tried the best to deliver the car to me as fast as possible. In general I can say I am so satisfied with my experience with them and I strongly recommend the company and Mr Behzad Shomalzade to all my friends and family. I took a brand new 2018 Prius on Lease few weeks back. Initially, I had no plan to buyback the vehicle at the end of the lease period, so, decided to buy the optional 'Wear Pass' costing $750. After a week, influenced by friends, I changed my mind to buyback the car and wanted to cancel the Wear Pass. Rubie from Finance confirmed that Toyota has agreed to cancel the Wear Pass, but, someone sitting in Sales refused to cancel the Wear Pass since I did some negotiation on the MSRP. It's unbelievable that this dealership is hoodwinking their customers, forcing us to buy the Wear Pass... what is their intention? to fleece the customers??? I am a returning customer to Toyota feel that I made a mistake in dealing with this dealership I am in touch my lawyer as well as with Toyota for the way I am treated by DVNT.. I will never go back to these idiots again.. neither would recommend them!!

I am totally disappointed in service department don valley North Toyota I bought 2018 Toyota Highlander from don valley North Toyota and always do service from there but I don t know what type of service they do I recently did service 1 month ago and after that I faced Engine light on sign popping up so I came back to the dealer and they are again charging me inspection fee then what s the point of coming back every 8000 km for the service they inspect and assure us the car is ok then few days after any problem occurs u have to pay inspection fee again and again and the staff told me u have to pay inspection. Every time u come that s means the service they provided after u leave the service anything machanical problem happen U have to pay for the inspection again. Then y we come here for the better service paying double the money from outside garage. very bad service very rude staff.

One star does not do my experience at Don Valley North justice, Google will not allow zero stars. Brought my 2015 4-Runner in for service today. I had requested an oil change, fob battery change and replacement of a rear rotor and brake pad. I received a call shortly there after that a complete break, tire, battery, etc., etc. check had been completed and that the quote for the work was $6,400...I don't know if any of you have ever received a routine maintenance quote of that magnitude but I nearly fell off my chair. Many of the recommendations didn't add up, I was skeptical to say the least. I asked the service member what they would do if they were given a repair bill like that, he said that he'd probably buy a new car! Can you imagine, being advised to scrap a 5 year old vehicle with 125K on it because the repair quote was astronomical? I told the service agent not to perform any work on my car and that I'd be there to pick it up shortly. When I arrived, I was astounded that I had a $370 bill!! In my shock, I refused to pay that much for an oil change. Only later did they tell me that a $254 brake inspection charge was included. Since the oil and fob battery change had already been completed I agreed to pay the $116 but would not pay for the remainder of their attempted robbery. I was immediately told that they would keep my car until it was paid, the manager returned to his office with my keys, leaving me completely bewildered. Is this even possible for a dealership to do this Canada. Well I later got my answer from Toyota HQ which was NO, they cannot keep your possession. The manager changed his tune in a hurry when I told him of the gigantic faux pas he had made. We came to an agreement for me to pay $116 for the work done, but not before I was told that I may get pulled over on my way home because of my faulty brakes. I have never experienced or have heard of service like this before. I realize that this review will not sway people from servicing their vehicles at Don Valley North but please, do not get pushed around by these deplorable people and definitely do not let them confiscate your vehicles...it's illegal in this country.

Demerits for poor new car purchase experience -- inexperienced staff, long waits, incorrect information, no new vehicle walk thru, no post-purchase follow-up. Also, only posting here as I didn't even receive an acknowledgement of a written note to the GM, providing feedback on how to help their new/inexperienced staff create a better experience for buyers.

There are probably more attentive Toyota dealers in the GTA who would be pleased to have your business, who have the same product and can offer similar pricing.

I've purchased many cars and dealt with lots of salesmen over the years. While many salesmen tend to be pushy, Anand was the complete opposite. He was informative and kind. Anand genuinely wanted to help me find the right Toyota for me. He even patiently went over all vehicles, trims, finance/lease options available. Purchasing a vehicle can be very stressful, that is why it is important to get help from professional salesmen like Anand!

Behzad was great to work with and really went above and beyond to secure my desired car and ensure top quality. He also kept me well informed along the way about timing and next steps. Big Toyota dealership with the Lexus dealership nearby. Staff and service is generally good. Showroom is large and lots of staff on hand to part you with your money. Technical and service department is fairly quick, but obviously, you'll probably save some money going to a trusted independent repair shop then paying their dealership repair prices. Large lot out front, but it's oddly often quite full (people like to hang around car dealerships?). On my last visit, saw an employee with his mask around his chin while with clients.

Not sure what goes on here but Navid in sales try to sell me a brand new rav4 7 grand above cost. As soon as I walked into Richmond Hill Toyota I got it down by 6 grand. I think they are use to taking advantage of people here.

Purchased a used 2016 4Runner with very low KMS. Hameed raved about the service of Toyota Don Valley. About the benefits of buying used from Toyota. I drove 3 hours out of my way to go to Don Valley Toyota. When we arrived to pick up the truck it had not been cleaned but they gave it to me anyways. I complained about he animal hair and coffee stains. They sent it in and I waited. It came out dirty again. Nail clippings in steering wheel etc. I had no more time to wait. They did such a poor job of touch ups I asked for a paint pen. When I got home I noticed the running board is dented. They said it is not a part of the drive train and mechanics so they will not fix it. He even said he knew it was like that before I purchased it. He didn't show me, How disappointing. I asked if they will do anything as I just got this truck from them... NO... I have waited for a response for a month to write this review. They are putting it off. I have had a Toyota experience for years as I was a sequoia owner for years. I know the Toyota service and you do not get it here. The cleaning job was worse then my kids car cleaning. You are just a number at Don Valley Toyota. I will never go back to someone that admits they knew an issue was there and did not disclose it and then will not do anything about it. This will cost minimum of 400 just for the part.

Upon purchasing three different vehicles from this location in a matter of a month, we experience attitude from the financial advisors. I'm giving two stars because of her. She was rude, not well matter and disrespectful. The simply fact that she was pushing my father to buy packages. He refused them then she giving us attitude. She was looking at her emails ,replying to people, looking around the outside glass to see what's going with others, then she proceeded to ask someone is the someone else waiting . First deal with the customer that you are working first, second don't give us attitude because we didn't want to buy the packages and third there is a thing call having matters. She gave my father faces because he didn't want to buy packages. Then my dad proceeded to sign papers she highlight spots and said "sign". She should have been explaining what are we signing which the other financial advisor I got did. The only paper she explained is of course the one with waive package we didn't want to take. Then she proceeded to take the papers away in violated motion. Then upon leaving my dad after all the rudeness my dad said thank you so much for you help. She didn't said nothing like that's so rude . Anyways our sales rep Fiona was amazing she was so helpful and great can't complain about her, bit definately not going to recommend any one just the simply fact of the financial advisors. We will go to another toyota location for all three of our vehicles services.

Great place to get your car serviced or to purchase a vehicle...

We had a great purchase experience with Arman at Don Valley North Toyota. He listened carefully to what we wanted in a car, went to great lengths to get us the exact model/features of the RAV4 we wanted to test drive, clearly explained all the relevant features and safety items in a way that was very understandable, and patiently answered all our questions. He never pushed anything at us, and was really competent and pleasant to deal with in all aspects of our purchase from the time we met him to the time we picked up the car. Couldn't ask for a better guy to buy a car from - and I've bought quite a few in my time.

Overall a very poor experience at this location. It was our first car buying experience, however we were sure of what we wanted having previously driven a RAV4. From the get go it was clear the salesperson was not listening to what we wanted. We dealt with Behzad Shomalzadeh. He insisted on giving us a presentation on the car's features, which we did not want. He then insisted that we test drive the car, again which we did not want to do given that we had already driven this car as a rental.

When we sat down to talk pricing it went downhill. Behzad asked questions such as "when did you come to Canada" (we are actually born in canada so this question was insulting to say the least), then he proceeded to ask "you've lived in Canada all your life but you never owned a car"?

I will also add that Behzad spoke primarily to my husband and ignored me. Much of the conversation was "Sir, let me show you xyz". I felt this was quite insulting and maybe a little sexist?

He portrayed a lot of negativity and ultimately even though we were able to work out a price that we would have been happy with, we walked away from the deal given this negative experience.

On our way out the sales manager tried to lure us back in. However, after the condescending way we were spoken to by Behzad we would not give this dealership another look.

Fortunately, we were able to get the car we wanted at a different Toyota dealership where the experience was far superior.

It's a great experienced! I wanna thanks to Sam for helping me find vehicle that I really like.l recommend Sam Francella to everyone.

The staff is very friendly and the
washroom is pretty clean.

I purchased Toyota Sienna Van from a salesperson named Maryam from this dealer. She provided very good service to me. I am happy with her work style and the way she dealt with me. I am happy with my purchase. Price was very reasonable. She did not waste my time. I am recommending her.

They promised me to give me the car in 2 weeks , but they made ready in one week sooner than what they promised.

The car is good, but they did not give me the carpet. They said it was not included in the car by mistake and they will give to me later.
