Big Toyota dealership with the Lexus dealership nearby. Staff and service is generally good. Showroom is large and lots of staff on hand to part you with your money. Technical and service department is fairly quick, but obviously, you'll probably save some money going to a trusted independent repair shop then paying their dealership repair prices. Large lot out front, but it's oddly often quite full (people like to hang around car dealerships?). On my last visit, saw an employee with his mask around his chin while with clients.
