Had an appointment with Christine today. Very unprofessional. I have been to Don Valley multiple times before. Always had pleasant experience. We brought our car few months ago, through Mona. She was so amazing that we fixed the deal on the same day. Expected same experience today. But, This lady(Christin) really needs some thorough training on customer service. I do not recommend this lady Big thumbs down....
