When I purchased my Camry there, they charged for rust proofing that I clearly declined. Luckily I went through my bill closely after purchased.
When I returned for service I asked if there is a recall fix for my car. I was made to feel stupid for asking my a very rude clerk at service.
Never coming back for service and never buying another car there again.

Informative, and willing to offer assistance in areas that did not include what a normal car salesman would be capable of. Sam Nouakil had helped me purchase a used car that was not an toyota. I was able to purchase a mitsubishi lancer with good room to negotiate a price that would work for both parties. He was very honest and sincere in wanting the best for me. I appreciated all the help and ease of contact.

The associate I dealt with was Ethan Ye. The first communication I had with Ethan was that he promised a short and sweet purchasing experience. He delivered! Ethan was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. If you are in the market for a new vehicle I would strongly suggest seeing Ethan Ye, you won't regret it! Justin was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. We didn't feel pressured into purchasing and was able to work out a fair deal for us. He was also able to get the car ready for pickup at a earlier time to accommodate my schedule which was much appreciated. I had been looking for a reliable, low milage, and a.c. working car for a couple months with no luck. I had a few shadey dealership try and sell me cars that had hidden problems. I was giving up hope when my aunte told me about the professional experience she had at Don Valley North Toyota. She said their customer service was great, the team worked great together to get her car ready for her and she felt comfortable and unpressured during the entire experience. She recommended in particular a dealer representative named Sam who works there.
I set up an appointment with this Sam representative and I was very pleased by the service and the vehicle he was able to set me up with, I honestly never even thought of asking for..like heated seats and sunroofs ...etc. Sam showed me the perfect car for me that not only was in my budget! But also was exactly the right style , milage and everything was set up and ready for me to drive off the car lot exactly on the day we discussed, no issues what so ever. I was so thankful for his help and the help of his colleague (vixy) I would and will be recommending this dealership to my family and friends. Thanks again:)

I booked an appointment for a simple emission test at 12. When I arrived it took me about 20min to get a service rep. Turns out there is only one person who can do emission test and he is on lunch break. I m not sure why this dealership schedule me in for 12 when the guy is on break, and why is there only one person who can perform emission test, on this huge dealership? Very disappointed on my first visit here. I don't think I would bring my car in for more complicated work, when it can not even get a handle on their scheduling system.

Eleven years almost to the day that I bought my Camry from Jason Coughlan, I found that Jason was still at DVN. As he was now Assistant Sales Manager, he put me into the hands of Sam Francella to look after my needs. I told Sam the amount I wanted to spend, and as we were going out to look at a couple of cars, we were told of a Corolla that had just come in and that it wouldn't last. We went to inspect it and found it was parked right next to my rental. I was pleasantly surprised with it (although it wasn't my 03) Sam did everything possible to negotiate the best price for me and being a widow I felt very confident in all that Sam did for me. For Sam, it was not a great big sale, but he certainly did all possible to make it a great purchase for me. Sales person (Jalal) is very friendly, has excellent information and asked what my priorities are and advised me the car which I bought. He even asked me if everything is okay with the car or not, after I got the car home. A technician or mechanic came and looked at the engine, assured me that I didn't have the problem I feared and explained why I thought it was a problem, showed me a minor problem of no immediate concern and assured me that there was a lot of life left in the car which I feared was at the end of its life. No charge.

i had a very bad experience here as sales staff and Manager are incompetent as they do not know the actual sale price of a vehicle, i locked a price after negotiation for lease and everything is finalized with sales man and when it comes to finance , finance manager told me there is a mistake in the calculation.

Bought a Highlander on my first day of car shopping. Usually takes me weeks to look for a vehicle, but I got a deal on that day that I can't refuse.
The salesperson Justin Ng served me during the time. Very nice and humble young man, wasn't pushy or anything. Well explained the vehicle to me, took me out for two rounds of test drive to know the vehicle better.
Spent over 5 hours and finally got a great deal for me from his manager.
Got a Tim card from Justin personally as a gift as well.
Very pleasant experience after all.

I purchased and picked up a brand new 2019 Rav4 from Don Valley North Toyota earlier this week. I got everything I wanted and I love my new SUV! I had visited a few different dealerships prior, including other Toyota dealerships and this was by far the best experience! Would like to specifically commend Behzad S. who did a phenomenal job explaining the vehicle, it's features, and even the whole Toyota facility, including the service area. He is an expert, honest and so easy to work with. And that's why I purchased the vehicle from him.

I dealt with Shuza Rizvi, it never felt like I am buying a car from a Salesman. It was like I am out there with a friend and looking for a car and he is helping me by advising based on his deep knowledge about industry. The worst branch of Toyota in Canada, please do not visit them, because I have experience with them, especially the women who work in the Finance Division. her name is Joan. She always tries to pose a problem in the customers' file. She also tries to be negatively affected to your bank credit. she also asks for some things wich is not need to be in the file and she is not respectable at all, so if you guys want to keep your credit clean and good, please do not visit them and do not deal with them because you will regret.

Horrible Customer service when I booked a test drive!!! Waited 15 min past the appointment time and no one came to even tell us that the product advisor was busy. Eventually, we just left and no one even asked us why we were leaving. I then went to Downtown Toyota and purchased a Toyota Corolla from them. (HAHAHA) Excellent customer service there!!!
