NEVER go there for a trade... I came there in order to trade my vehicle a 2014 model whos 2 others dealerships were giving me $10 000 for... DVN Toyota wanted to give me $ 5000 for it after their appraisal.. the reason they made up is that the vehicle had 2 previous accidents claims before I owned it.. Other dealerships looked at the same history and were giving me $ 10 000. Seem like they have good price on used vehicle but they trully making their money fooling people with their trade... NEVER go there to trade a vehicle.. they made me waste 4 hours of my precious time...

Anand was the best sales rep I could've asked for. I was in the market for something fast and economical. As I am a very picky person, I couldn't find anything that just clicked for me. But Anand was there bringing out more options than imaginable. They get many trade ins, and Anand was just bringing me as many options as possible. He went above and beyond to find me my perfect car and I couldn't have asked for a better sales person. He made everything easier.
Also to note, the whole Don Valley North Toyota team, in general, are the most welcoming and friendly people. They really make you feel comfortable and at home when you come to the dealership

We really appreciated Tony's laid back yet confident personality. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and trustworthy, without the "car salesman" approach. We did not feel bullied or forced into buying anything that we did not want to. From start to finish, Tony really made the process for us very easy and straightforward. Great place, great salesperson, I strongly recommend Tony Cao, the amazing representative, I really appreciate his whole heartedly after-sale service. It's totally out of my expectation: well, we bought a 2015 Toyota Venzer from Tony one month ago, then I got my car scratched and dented a bit when I tried to get into garage, my husband told me it might cost a thousand if we try to deal with a body shop. Needless to say I was distressed, after several days discussion on what we should do, I tried to call Tony and find a suitable colour, he immediately responded and let me come right in, and deal with the problem right away. He honestly told me the damage is not as serious as looked like, after his professional treatment, the scratches almost gone, dented part fixed as well and we also got a free carwash. Wow, isn't it great!

Very poor experience at their cafeteria. Rude interaction between counter staff and their management or owner. Not the first time i have been there, if its the owner, he speaks rudely to his staff. It was awkward and not inviting at all. He appears short tempered and arrogant, quite contrary to the overall experience from dvnt, hope this improves. I feel sorry for the toyota staff working there. I wont be returning. Its sad and sick to see in this day and age and in canada that businesses and people are still treated like this.

Steven is the MOST amazing car salesman you will ever meet. PLEASE go talk to him if you are in the market for a used car. He is the most down to earth sales person you will ever meet, he understood that buying a car is not a 1 day decision, he gives you all the facts and let you make the right decision. He also worked as an auto detailer before and he gives you AMAZING advice. We were looking to purchase our first ever vehicle and to be honest we had no idea what to look for, all the salesman we encountered were super pushy, tells you facts that were untrue but meeting Steven was like a breath of fresh air. He explained everything! He even let us know that a clean car fax does not mean it had not been in an accident. He taught us how to look for paint differences and weird gaps that would suggest it had been into an accident. He honestly gave us so much knowledge we don t know how to thank him. Unfortunately In the end, we did not buy a car from him as they didn t have the car criteria we were looking for and we needed a car in 2 weeks to start a new job but if I ever need a car again, he would be the person I would call!

I usually don't write reviews but I had a fantastic experience with Anthony Silva, he knew exactly what i wanted in a car, and when one came up he called me up and told me that it was available. He was polite, candid and very helpful, more importantly when he was not able to help me initially he was able to refer me to other dealers and suggested the best method for buying a new Toyota. He came up with sound alternatives and I found him to be the one salesmen that actually catered to my needs and supplemented my 20 years driving with Toyota with a pleasant and helpful sales experience. Let us see if Toyota's 2016 new car lives up to its predecessors.
When I was shopping around for my Camry hybrid, I went to three different dealerships and Elley Endo at Don Valley North Toyota provided me with the best customer experience. On the test drive, Elley let me take the car on the highway which is important to me because, afterwards, I was able to see that it was as capable on the highway as a regular car. Also, Elley did not treat me like I was an inexperienced driver, right out of driving school. I contrast my experience with Elley to a previous one at another dealership in which we just drove around the block for five minutes and the salesperson kept giving me "approval" to turn right at a stop sign or light after he did his own traffic check from the passenger seat. After my test drive with Elley, I had a very long conversation with her about the car such that the showroom was already closed when I left. She also had to stay late during the evening I came to pick up my car. I think getting a new vehicle is always stressful but dealing with someone who is very friendly and personable like Elley makes the experience easier.
I know it's still early days but I am very satisfied with my Camry Hybrid LE and with my experience at DVN Toyota so far. I will see if I have a similar experience when I take my car in for service.
This is the fifth Toyota car that I leased from Don Valley North Toyota. Though my interactions with sales and service people from this company have always been most satisfactory in the past, I must say that dealing with Ms Fiona Leung, the salesperson for my new car has been the best interaction I have had at this company. This person is most pleasant, respectful, honest, efficient and competent. I highly recommend her to anybody who goes to DVN Toyota. I have absolutely no reservation about her.

My Sales Consultant, Kian Salimi, went above and beyond to help me choose the right vehicle to suit my driving needs. Kian gave me a thorough overview of each car that I was interested in, and carefully considered my criteria in the car (features, safety, budget, etc.). He also walked me through each car prior to testing the vehicles, and made me and my relative who accompanied me feel that we were truly valued guests. He delivered a premium experience throughout our meeting together and treated us with the utmost respect. After a short time, we both knew that we would come to a deal and there was no doubt in my mind that I wanted to give my business to Kian.

Toyota sale plunged by 19 % this December 2019 due to lack of intensives on their models and very conservative credit policy, I had better experience when I bought my house than buying a Toyota,It looks like they don't need your business at all. The Don Valley North Toyota, is really big dealership, and maybe that's the route cause I didn't have a good experience there, usually in dealerships you meet a senior manager or the owner in person and they offer you a better deal,it never happened here, I dealt with a Rep called James, who was friendly but limited authority, the turn around times take a while , and up with disqualification, do wired as I got a Lexus couple of days ago for my wife, anyway, getting in touch with them is not easy and you can never teach them through phone, for next car I'll never come back here and prefer a smaller and more friendly dealership.
We bought our last car, a Toyota Camry 2014 in this location and we loved that car so much. However, whatever triggered us to trade that car to a new 2017 Camry, we did it.
This one that we picked up on August 17 seemed more compact and more comfortable. We love Toyota brands and we enjoy working with the Salespeople both times. They are polite and authentic.

I experienced unnecessary delay in picking up my car. The Assistant Service Manager who attended me told me that my car will be ready at 10 am today. I finally picked up my car around 12 noon. I was promised I will be called at my home number when it is ready. I did not receive a call . At 11.10 am I called the service desk and the lady was not able to help me and i requested to transfer my call to Assistant Manager who attended me. I was greeted by his voicemail. I left a message to call me. I did not receive a call back from him. Finally service center rep called me
to advise driver is coming to pick me up.
I had an appointment for the Service Department on Thursday, November 26, 11:45 am.
Although I arrived 10-15 minutes earlier and after I managed to talk to the advisor (Andrew?) waiting another 15 minutes in line, I was told the waiting time is 1.5 hours for tire rotation.
I would have a few words about his colleague on the left, who, although I asked him at one point to help me, flatly refused.
Also the receptionist, in a very professional way, guided me to the advisor: that guy. That's all she could say.
At 1 pm my car was still in the parking lot and I went to the advisor telling him that I can't wait beyond 1:30 because I have to go to work.
Nothing happened until 1:20 pm when I asked for the car key and left.
Shame on you. You use Covid 19 to cover your incompetence, laziness and inefficiency.

I was referred to Toyota DVP North by my sister-in-law and I met a gentleman by the name of Anand. I have been to a few dealerships before but I have to say for a young guy he really knows his stuff and was different because it didnt seem like he was selling me anything. If he stays in the business he will always have my busniess and will always recommend him. Aside from Anand the entire staff was very pleasant and relaxed no pressure at all. All questions I had were met and excided my expectations. Once again I was extremely happy to purchase my 2015 Toyota Tundra 1794 and encourage all who are in the market for a used or new Toyota to check them out and ask for Anand.

My Toyota 2014 Rav4's entertainment system has stopped working (I heard this is a common issue with may Rav4s) and it was confirmed by a different dealership that needs to be replaced. I called to book an appointment with Don Valley North Toyota and I got an appointment for the next day. I wanted to make sure they have replacement parts ready before going for my appointment, so I called back to confirm whether they have replacement parts. But the people in the dealership try to send me back and forth between service department and parts department. People in the parts department are very rude, one gentleman said I don't even have an appointment scheduled but the Alby from service department had given me an appointment earlier. This dealership looks like a total chaos and there is lack of co-ordination between departments and lack of respect for customers, who eventually pay their salaries. I would stay away from this dealership and not recommend to anyone. If I have negative rating, I would have given it.

The initial sale and service were great, the way they explained the extended warranty and extra protection plan was concise and helpful; that is, of course, just their way of trying to sell you something that will not hold accountable for. I am trying to use the Titan Protection I bought, but that company is practically unreachable... called 4 days and no one has gotten back to me yet. I don't know why Toyota would want to sell this protection to me.
Don't go to this dealership and obviously don't buy any protection plan they offer!

When you take your car to Don Valley North Toyota dealers for service maintenance, the first person you meet a sales person, e.g. Andrew Mudita. His focus is not optimizing your experience with the dealer but to exaggerate repairs and sell you as much parts and labour charges possible to get his commission.
So DON T go to the dealer for service maintenance.
Poor oldaged and innocent people still believe in their unethical business practice. Spend your hard earned money wisely with a local mechanics.

This place is horrible. My older sister is new to Canada, and her English Is not Fluent. She decided to have a Toyota and test drive a 2018 corolla. Sale is so pushing and rude to her.
Terrible service. Techs are too lazy to check the tire pressure on the spare tire. The lame excuse is the trunk is full of stuff making the spare tire inaccessible. However, the a glove box full of lose stuff does not impede them from checking the cabin air filter. I wonder if making an easy $25 for 2 minutes of service has anything to do with it. I would not want them to check the tire pressure anyway because they always over fill the tire pressure by 10 psi.
I just purchased my first car today, a stunning sweet 2014 Toyota Prius C hybrid here and am very happy and pleased to find the most fitting car for me right now. Tony Cao was simply the best. I have not purchased a car in over 15 years and in addition, all my previous purchases are new vehicles. Tony made it very comfortable in educating me, walking alongside me to explain the industry and overall, I felt at ease as I caught up with the current trend. I ended up purchasing a 2015 Highlander. The other comment was the post sale interaction I had with Tony. After 2 week after the purchase, I noticed a minor item missing on the vehicle .... I called Tony up and without hesitation, he ordered the item, called me in and the installation was complete AND he threw in a car wash to boot. I cannot comment on the overall dealership yet as my exposure has been only on the Sales Rep but if Tony represents the quality and professionalism of the entire dealership, then we have found a winner. Terrible service. Apparently an oil filter was needed in order to do an oil change on my Honda. As in I needed to bring it in. The receptionist neglected to mention it when I made the appointment when it was confirmed they service other vehicles. You'd think the mechanics would have certain parts for other branded cars if they indeed do service them. Wasted my time and gas for the trip. I'm not impressed

I bought a 2018 Toyota Camry last year, in 2018. I worked with Steven Farra Asst manager of sales, and he actually took the time to listen to me & tried to help me. It s now an year later, & I can actually say that Steven cares about his customers both before & after the sale. I switched from being a Honda owner for years, because I wanted the safety features the new Toyota had, & I am happy with Don Valley North Toyota!
