I had an appointment for the Service Department on...

I had an appointment for the Service Department on Thursday, November 26, 11:45 am.
Although I arrived 10-15 minutes earlier and after I managed to talk to the advisor (Andrew?) waiting another 15 minutes in line, I was told the waiting time is 1.5 hours for tire rotation.
I would have a few words about his colleague on the left, who, although I asked him at one point to help me, flatly refused.
Also the receptionist, in a very professional way, guided me to the advisor: that guy. That's all she could say.
At 1 pm my car was still in the parking lot and I went to the advisor telling him that I can't wait beyond 1:30 because I have to go to work.
Nothing happened until 1:20 pm when I asked for the car key and left.
Shame on you. You use Covid 19 to cover your incompetence, laziness and inefficiency.
