Bought a used car from Marcos and had a great experience, would definitely recommend dealing with him!

BUDGET ... BUDGET ... is the name of my game when it comes to looking for a reliable used car. And luckily I found it with the help of a very ACCOMODATING and a very Gentleman in the name of Mr. Sam Francella. I came to the store, lay down to him my cards right away n told him that this is my budget and immediately n luckily, he found a very nice, good looking car, reliable n in my budget. The nice thing about Sam is that he won 't pressure you, yup there's no pressure and right information will be available for you when you ask him. Another thing, I have an issue with my Rav4 2002 on how to dispose it, and Sam did some magic n voila, Rav4 is gone. That's above n beyond for me, way to go Sam. Sam attitude for me is you feel relax but a big slice of professionalism is at the top of that. That's how he work. I think when you as ask help from him, he will make it a point to deliver it, and he delivers. Bottom line I got a good deal on a used Toyota Corolla 2012, of course within my budget. To all folks out there looking for a great deal, Mr. Sam Francella is the Man. My experienced in buying used car on DVNT, what can I say, it's really really great . Great service and staff here! We purchased a vehicle from here in October 2016 and the entire service from walking in the door and walking out with keys in hand was fantastic. The staff are friendly, knowledge and know how to treat a customer. The prices are also up to par with market standards and their quality of used vehicles is great. We will definitely be coming back here for service, and for when we need a new (or used) car, Don Valley North will be our first stop! The dealership grounds are also superb and won't mind spending an hour or so while my vehicle is getting serviced. A++

I went in two weeks ago on a Saturday afternoon to buy a vehicle and I bought it in less than 15 minutes, but the greatest part was the two staff ever in the business that made it so easy and great to deal with Hameed Chennan and Jaison Coghlan thanks to these 2 greatest people.

I drive Toyota and so far I found it best place to get your vehicle service done. They go by appointment so please do book it before you visit. Staff is very friendly,accommodating and welcoming.

I would like to thank Ted Jafarzadeh - Sales person at Don Valley North Toyota, who helped me to make a right decision on purchasing a Toyota Corolla. As I was looking to purchase a used Corolla or lease, he provided me very concise and useful technical information on Toyota. By his explanation on leasing a brand new car or buy a second hand care I came to the conclusion that I can save some money by leasing a car without any down payment.
Eventually, by his endorsement, I decided to lease a brand new car, which is worthwhile. Ted's extraordinary customer service is an indicator of Toyota professionalism. Thank you Ted.

My wife and I were at a party a few weekends ago and I was talking cars with some of the people attending. I did mention that my Sienna was having a noise problem coming from the rear. One person mentioned that I should go to see Marlon Lopez at Don Valley North Toyota and he will take care of me. Well, even though it is further away than my usual dealer, I went to see him and Marlon really took care of my problem. He was really friendly, professional and had a great sense of humour. He turned it over to Billy Tse who had it taken for a test drive and in no time they diagnosed the problem. Marlon reassured me that it would be covered under my actual warranty and had the parts ordered right away, but even though it was backordered, he found a way to get it quicker than expected. On top of it, I had a crack in my windshield and Marlon knew a good person who could take care of it the same day of my scheduled repair. The windshield repair was done very professionally, for a very good price and you couldn t even tell that anything had happened. Just to make it even better, Marlon did something very nice (that he didn t have to do) by having the interior of my van vacuumed. I am in my late 50 s and I have dealt with a lot of different car dealerships and I have never had the service that I got at Don Valley North Toyota. I will certainly continue to go and see Marlon for any other service to my vehicle. If you are tired of the run around and are looking for excellent service for your Toyota, I would certainly recommend that you go to Don Valley North Toyota and Marlon and his amazing team will take care of you.

Not recommended. Last 5yrs serviced at the dealership not met my expectations at all.
It was my first time purchased from Toyota with bad experiences. I will never recommend to relatives to this dealership.

-Platinum Plus membership useless and garbage.

Made purchasing a new car for the first time quick and easy. Was well informed about every detail and answered the many questions I had. They did a good job in the show room, keeping people separated in a safe distance.

Loser...i called so many times to find out about my sienna 2015 leased car, what is covered under warranty when i took this leased. They re keep transferring my call to different person but none of then knew, what to reply. Superb job

Nice staffs, provide shuttle bus but maintenance fee expensive!

Yesterday, I had a 9:30 a.m. appointment for maintenance. I was told by the service advisor that it would only take 3 hours to finish the service and he'd give me a call when it was done. 3 hours had passed but no call received from him, so I called Toyota to check the status. The advisor told me he would check again and would call me back. So I waited for an hour and again did not receive a call. It was already 5:00 p.m. so I decided to go to DVN Toyota to check on my car in person. I approached the service advisor and he told me to wait for another 30 mins to an hour as they were still working on my vehicle. I was so upset and so DISAPPOINTED!!! Seriously?? 8-1/2 hours to do the maintenance??? Please note my SUV is only 1-year old and no major repair needed to be done!!!

Recently (Aug/2019) I purchased a second hand vehicle from DVN and the experience was very comfortable as my Product Advisor, Usmaan S. (Uzzi) was very considerate of my time and was responsive to me. He was very patient and did not rush us despite us taking over three days back to back at DVN late night (once past 10pm) time with him to finally decide on the vehicle that fit our needs.

I would always recommend anyone I know to check out DVN if they are looking to buy new or second hand vehicles.

I've been a customer of DVN since 2007 and never had even any minor complains with their service.

Bad customer service!!!! I went to this dealership to check out the 2017 Toyota 86 sports car around August, and hoping to test drive one. I didn't make any appointment, just walk-in and there is a 86 in the show room. One Chinese Sales Associate approached me, and I said I would like to check out the 86, and test drive, if possible, and he gave me a weird look, doubting do I know how to drive manual or not. (2 of my current sports cars are manual). I told him I know how to drive manual at the spot. Was planning to trade-in one of my current sports cars for a new 86. At the end, I didn't want to test drive, just browse the car and left, as the experience wasn't pleasant at all. 1 star!

Most definitely not returning to this dealership due to the lack of professionalism of the staff members. We came in to inquire about the RAV4 as we were interested in purchasing an SUV. The salesman was very friendly when he showed us around and answered our questions. We appreciate his help and time, but the vehicle did not meet our expectations (note that this has nothing to do with the price). Before we even had a chance to inform him, he got to the part where he said he needed to get an approval from the manager, and the paperwork were going to be ready in a few minutes - for us to sign. I was taken aback, so I told him right away that we will need some time to think about it. He started to give us attitude (literally transitioning from a very friendly and professional individual into a rude and arrogant one). He was quiet persistent, we figured that there were no use to reason with him, so we simply walked away.

I like the place, however it is a little expensive but it worth. Easy access and so comfortable

Stopped in here to see a used Prius V we found online. This dealership is enormous! Feels like an airport! Talked to a salesman named Anand, and he was great. Really knew the vehicles, was easy to talk to and joined us on the test drive. We really liked the car, and he worked with us to help get it to a price within our budget. He was able to answer lots of questions for us, and consulted with his manager on a couple of things as well. He stayed an hour after closing time to seal the deal, as we live out of town and can't make it back tomorrow. We ended up making a deposit, and look forward to picking up our new wheels in a couple of days! Really great experience here, would recommend DVN and Anand Vyas any time!

My recent Toyota RAV4 SE purchase at DVNT was a great experience. My product advisor Navid Norouzi was professional, helpful, and highly knowledgeable. He answered all our questions with care and demonstrated the cars we test drove with him very well. Additionally, he had great knowledge of the finances involved with leasing/financing a car which helped us decide what option suits our needs best. Would highly recommend Navid and DVNT for going above and beyond to care for their customers.

Maintenance waaaaaaaaaaaaaay to expensive! For an oil change , brake cleaned and cabin air filter replacement? 219 labor and 75 parts on a maintenance that doesn't require high skilled work? Do you know how much a mechanic will charge for same "inspections" and work? Let me state that is exaggerated and, even if I don't question TOYOTA quality of build or service, I wander if I'll continue with service at authorized dealer!
