Tony Cao was simply the best. I have not purchased a car in over 15 years and in addition, all my previous purchases are new vehicles. Tony made it very comfortable in educating me, walking alongside me to explain the industry and overall, I felt at ease as I caught up with the current trend. I ended up purchasing a 2015 Highlander. The other comment was the post sale interaction I had with Tony. After 2 week after the purchase, I noticed a minor item missing on the vehicle .... I called Tony up and without hesitation, he ordered the item, called me in and the installation was complete AND he threw in a car wash to boot. I cannot comment on the overall dealership yet as my exposure has been only on the Sales Rep but if Tony represents the quality and professionalism of the entire dealership, then we have found a winner. Thankful for having stumbled into this place and meeting up with Tony himself. Ask for Tony when you are looking for your next vehicle.
