Thomas Chan is a very helpful and supportive person. He is willing to go the extra mile to ask for what you want. As a client, he is the best representative you'll have! He responds quickly- either via text or work phone. He even came in on a non-work day to help me out. I highly recommend asking for him especially if you speak cantonese. If you happen to come across Peter, the finances manager as well, know that you're in excellent hands! He is amiable, humourous, and the nicest guy I've met. He made this my best car purchasing experience ever! When he realized something was wrong, he called me up right away... this guy works hard.
