Great experience dealing with Mason Nazari at Don Valley North Toyota who helped us a lot to purchase our new car.

What a dealership and staff...Simon and Steven are the two you have to go and see..being a very long customer of Toyota we always dealt with Newmarket Toyota..we purchased over 5 cars from that dealership until this new purchase came along. My mom wanted to trade in her 2012 Rav 4 and I decided to get my wife the same car. Newmarket Toyota decided to play games knowing I am in the car business too...so we took our business to DVNT. First of all what a place! You get lost its that big! Delivery being done in the basement nice and clean! Car fully gassed. Brand new from the factory just landed a couple of days ago. What else can you ask for. Simon was so nice and organized. My mom must have said thank you to him over 20 times. Steven thanks for all your help. I will definitely come in and see you guys.

I had been doing some searches online for a new car and came across the Corolla iM. I happened to be in the area one day and decided to drop in with no appointment. I was able to speak with Sam F. and he was very helpful and answered all my questions regarding the car. I came in on a Wednesday and the following Saturday I was able to drive off in my new Corolla iM. It was a pleasure dealing with Sam!

We recently bought our car 2 weeks ago and the experience that we had with the staff in Don Valley Toyota is superb and excellent. Special mention of course, to my product adviser, Pejman Akbari who went above and beyond for his service. i can say that he is really dedicated and has passion at his work because even at his off hours, he is still providing his assistance with us. I have had bad experiences with Don Valley North Toyota.

I bought a new RAV4 at the beginning of 2014. However, a few days later, I found the roof rubber had fallen off after the car wash at gas station.

i took it back to the dealer; they checked it out and assured me that the issue had been fixed. But, the rubber came off again in car wash.

i went back to the dealer again and talked to the service manager this time; he said they would fix the issue for me for sure. As a matter of fact, the problem did not go away; the rubber still comes off.

I had to go back the third time. They said they would replace the rubber and the issue would be fixed. Guess what? the rubber still came off when i did car wash.

I don't know why this has happened. I had a RAV4 of 2009 and a Siena as well as other cars in different brands. No one has had this kind of problem. The service manager in Don Valley North Toyota suggested that i shouldn't go to high power car wash. Really? why other cars being washed there don't have this issue?

I am so disappointed at their service. should I request for a replacement of the car?

Initially thought they did a good service. Later realised that is not the case. My car started having problems after going to a service to them. So actually shifted my service to another location.

I signed a lease at Don Valley North Toyota almost 3 weeks ago. I kept asking for the delivery date and they never gave it to me until I contacted them again yesterday; they said they don't have it anywhere in Canada, and I have to pick something else. When were they going to tell me this if I didn't follow up?? My other lease is ending in 2 weeks (which they know). They are not willing to give me a loaner or lease me the demo unit of the upgraded version of the same model for the same cost saying they will now lose money, but I don't believe they should worry about loss of profit when they basically sold me a car that doesn't exist, which is a FRAUD. They are about to lose much more than a few thousand dollars now; trust, reputation, and numerous future sales.

I went to this place for a regular maintenance in the early morning on Tuesday (2days ago). I got the car back around noon and drove to work. When I finished my work and wanted to drive home at 5:30pm, I found my car got flat tire. Yesterday I sent my tire to a store to get it repaired. The shocking news was, my tire didn t get a needle or anything, but the tire valve stem was damaged obviously on purpose by somebody. My car was parked in secured underground parking during the time. Therefore I can t find any other reason than the service people from Don Valley North made the damage. This pace always charge higher price for the same kind of service, but I keep going there since 2010, hope that higher price for higher quality. But sadly, I can t trust it any more. Deeply frustrated and shocked.

Sent an email inquiring about a vehicle listed, no one ever responded. A month later, I get an auto-email asking if they can help me further! You didn't help me the first time! Customer service is clearly not their number one priority.

Mom got really excited about the safety features on Corolla, with Kian detail and patience introdution, she was sold on the Corolla.
Then we went to his office to make the bills of sale, just 2 times Kian went to his Manager, we got a great price.

Mike Lin helped me for over 4 hours to buy a new 2017 4Runner. While we didn't come to a common understanding and a sale, Mike approached the negotiation process with steadfastness, politeness, and a genuine spirit. Give him a chance if you buy a new Toyota. I bought my Corolla from this location today. Outstanding and interesting experience. Sales person Pejman made this deal super comfortable with his extremely patient and respectful attitude. Worse ever experience I had while looking for a used vehicle.
I found a vehicle on Autotrader.ca I wanted to buy. I booked an appointment @Don Valley North Toyota with a sales person (his name Hameed Chennan). The vehicle availability and a confirmation e-mail has been sent to me with 'Appointment Boarding Pass'!. The day before I've received a 'friendly reminder' about booked appointment at 11 am and that the vehicle I'm interested in is available. The night before Mr. Chennan left me a voice message as well reminding me about the appointment.
When I have arrived to the dealership at 11 am (sharp) Mr. Chennan showed up at 11:25 am just to pass me on a young sales person. That would be OK; however, the sales person informed me that the vehicle is sold and not available any more. Then they attempted to sell me something else trying to convince me that Sienna SE (Sport Edition) has more features than the Limited version!!
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL service!

This was by far my best experience at a Toyota dealership. Amin really values his customers and makes sure everything is done on time.

Hope this mail finds you in good health. I just wanted to describe my amazing service I ve experienced at Don Valley North Toyota on 12/16/2013 which is unforgettable for my life. Please read it all, it s my humble request.

Short story as it happened on 12/16/2013 I work for TD in the IBM building just beside Don valley and as a regular man came to work, parked my car in the parking lot sounds normal and so far so good. I finish work early, looks terrific all my mind knows is heading home early n beating traffic but there start s MY STORY, to my horror I see a complete flat front tire at 2.10 PM and all my thinking went for a toss. Inquired with a couple of guys what to do, they advised me call CAA or tow truck blah blah ..but I went with my gut feeling as am a big believer in Lord Almighty who is sitting in heaven above guiding you with His wisdom. With a lot of pressure I drove out of the IBM building on to Victoria Park, there I see DON VALLEY NORTH TOYOTA. Then without waiting a single moment drove straight into the garage without giving them a clue as to why I was there, I parked inside the garage. I head straight to Customer service where I can see these wonderful guys who make my day memorable for life DAN, JACKIE, MARK. All three empathized with my situation and they without waiting any moment put me onto a mechanic (even though the traffic in the showroom was crazy) to see how it looks like. To be honest I drive a MAZDA MPV a rival car, don t have any connection with Toyota asking for help. But to my surprise the mechanic within no time checked, remove the THE BIG PIN WHICH GOT INTO MY CARD and fixed it. And to be honest it costed me less than what a regular mechanic charges - $25, can t go wrong there at all. And to my surprise I in and out of the showroom in less than an hour which is terrific, fantastic and out of this world experience.

I liked the way Dan, Jackie who helped me through this entire episode in a polite, helpful, friendly way. Felt like getting help from family, you have one of the best customer service guys working very hard up there. Way to go, THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP.

Also need to mention about Marlon Lopez Guest Service Manager who was so kind in taking his valuable time to talk to me about the whole episode even though he was buys with clients walking in and out of his cabin. Hats off to him too who valued my feedback.

I purchased a used 2017 Rav4 Platinum on Friday from Don Valley North Toyota. Prior to this I visited four other Toyota dealerships in the GTA... Pickering Toyota, Whitby Toyota, Vandermere Toyota and Stouffville Toyota, looking at used Rav4s and Highlander Ltds. Although these other dealerships were good, they just did not compare with Don Valley North Toyota in a variety of ways. The Rav4 Platinum I bought at DVN was immaculate...spotlessly cleaned and detailed ...unlike most of the other vehicles I went to look over at the other four dealerships. Customer service was also very impressive...friendly, no pressure, salesperson had complete knowledge of the product, was organized and thorough making for an amazing purchasing experience. And...I got an amazing price on my Rav4! The dealership itself is also most impressive. It is simply HUGE! Why, the used vehicle area alone is larger than most other dealerships as a whole. The new vehicle showroom is massive, with almost every model of Toyota vehicle on display...trucks, suvs and sedans. If you are looking for a Toyota, whether it be new or used, I strongly recommend you go to DVN first! Ask for Marco! ...and tell him Mitch sent you!

I just bought a Toyota Matrix from that dealership.

I have to say it was love at first sight with the place - I was blown away by the quality of the infrastructures and how big they are. They even have complimentary coffee for visitors!

I had gone there to service my car but ended up buying a car, because the organization and the quality of service were simply stunning from top to bottom!

But the icing of of the cake was meeting the sales reps, namely, Ms Lina Ai (Product Advisor) who gave me one of the most complete customer experiences in my lifetime.

I was referred to her when I requested info on a vehicle purchase.

She was kind, friendly, respectful and patient to a tee and made me feel very comfortable. Always smiling and so sweet!!!!

She was more than ready to discuss my vehicle preferences and was very respectful of my budget constraints. I was also truly amazed by the way she carried herself when we went for test drives. She ended up finding me a truly amazing car.

I have to say I am very happy I had someone like her to help me. She is absolutely amazing.

I stopped going here a few years ago even though it's 5 minutes from work... every time I go there's a scratch on the car and one time my license plates were falling off after service and they tell me it was like that before the car came in absolutely ridiculous!
Car's in the parking lot is parked so close to save room it's ridiculous trying to get out of your car. Just a VERY bad experience overall.

Recently I purchased a van from Don Valley North Toyota, the customer service that we received from Sam Francella was amazing. We live in Oakville and it was worth the drive. I would definitely go back again in the future when I purchase another vehicle. Thank you Sam!

Awesome service (desperate they are pricy). I dropped off my car early morning, get a free coffee, free shuttle to subway (or free token). After I get off work late and travelled back to the store, a smiley reception helped me get my car. I also love how sparkly my car becomes with the free car wash. The wash is better than Petro's car wash. I will definely come back!

Didn't end up buying but I liked the salesman. He was knowledgeable, friendly and seemed honest and upfront. They also have a nice car selection.

Be ware!! We received terrible service from Peter Ng. Who was very forceful and rude in his communication. When I asked for a slight discount, he turns it around by saying "oh you want the vehicle for free?". He is very good at making a mockery out of customers and should be avoided at all costs. I'm not saying people should stay away from Don Valley North Toyota but at the very least they should be aware of him.

Oct 23: I called them for a week straight left VM for at least 6 different agents to return my lease not a single call back. I just left my name and number and didnt tell them what's it regarding and got calls back right away (only focused on sales). when I did return my lease I had 2 payments left and I paid it off in full and was told I wouldnt be charged from the credit toyota. I was charged 3 days ago from credit union and tried to reach Arman which never got back to me (left 2 messages) credit toyota told me don valley said not to do the stop payment a few days before they charged me (why!?!?!) You already took my money and now I got to wait 2 weeks to be refunded the amount the credit toyota double charged me for. It looks like a nice place and friendly sounding people but when you need help they are useless. Normally I dont leave reviews but it's the worst experience I've ever had. Do NOT go to this dealership they will take your money and leave you high and dry when you need help.

I have yet to hear from Vanessa Wang and it's almost been a month. Still crappy online service and fake promises. Nothing has been done either and I shouldn't be the one needing to follow up on these things. Fair warning, they have a friendly outward appearance and sound like they want to help, but after they got your business they are done with you.

I purchased a used vehicle here and had a couple issues come up shortly after. I have to tell you I was beyond impressed with Steven Truong the used vehicles assistant manager! Steven went above and beyond in getting all my issues dealt with quickly and professionally and he is a very personable and caring individual who made me feel like my issues were important and resolving them mattered to him. Thank you Steven! The sales team was quick to respond to my inquiry and did a good job. The service department is efficient and well run and the dealership it self is impressive.

Very modern and clean facility with a large number of new and used vehicles for purchase. Every employee we met with was friendly and helpful, not the typical pushy car salesman. I was happy with the service and had all my questions answered, in the end drove away with a new car.

We could not be happier with our purchase of a 2020 RAV4 Limited assisted by Lu Tian in sales and Logan for financing. Lu went above and beyond to make sure we understood every feature and what we did and did not need for our car. Lu s support, even before we stepped into the showroom, meant we spent less than an hour total buying our car in person. Everything was organized for us remotely and we just came in to dot the i s, cross the t s and checkout the final car. Then the agent said the car will be here end of June now its been delayed 2 times on 3rd now and horrible customer service I haven't been contacted at all. A courtesy call to inform me about the delay would of helped.. I wish I had gone to another dealership. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I would avoid this location if your looking for good customer service. Shame on you don vally toyota thanks for making my first toyota purchase experience horrible

We recently bought at car at Don Valley North Toyota with the help of salesconsultant Tony Cao. Tony is a person with great patience and very generous with time and expertise. My wife and I met Tony about 2 years ago when we started looking for a used vehicle to replace our aging ones. Over time we developed a list of wants including a hybrid with heated seats within our budget. Tony let me test drive many cars over many months. We came across a 2014 Prius from a small dealer that met our checklist but got burned with odometer fraud. As we worked on getting a refund on that purchase, Tony helped us continue to find our dream car. Fortunately, we received a full refund on the Prius, and the same time a great deal on a 2015 Camry hybrid came on sale at Don Valley North. We bought with confidence as Tony provided us with all the service records and calmly guided us through the purchase process. Recently, me and my wife decided to change our car and we went to Thornhill Toyota for got a fair deal. Before we leased our previous CH-R from Markville Toyota and we were not happy with that. We met Mr. Hamed Khalighi who helped us alot to find a great offer. Now we have a XLE rav4 and my wife is so happy. I truly recommend this dearship and special thanks to Hamed. He is real professional car dealer and for sure we will come back to him in the future.

don;t buy from this dealer ship, bad service, overprice service, and the sell you bad cars, bought a car from them after a few months had problems with the tire sensors they told me its not cover under warranty, if i have known about them ahead of time i would have never gone to this delaer ship. over charged on any service you get from them. never buying from this dealership again. i went to other toyota dealer ships and they treat you way better, more honest, and they don;t jip you on service prices.

I had a great experience dealing with Logan APR2018 now ... this is a new review and my previous review no longer applies. The only reason why I m leaving the rating as a 3 is being the service centre is great but this rating applies to the following.

I purchased a vehicle April 2018, unfortunately my vehicle was involved in an accident not at fault where my vehicle was declared a Total Loss in June 2019. So because of the experience I had the year before I thought well why not return to DVNT and purchase a new/used vehicle. Since the person who initially helped me no longer worked there, i went ahead and spoke with another Sales Person in the used vehicle section and he seemed to not be entertained by me - I don t think he thought I was serious when I said I needed a vehicle within the next week or two. I don t think I was being unrealistic with the budget and the car I was looking to purchase next the sales person said if you re worried about the amount just increase the amortization, no that is not something I wanted and did not need you to tell me that s how my payments will be within my budget.. The sales person told me he will connect with me within the next few days to show me some cars and see if something comes in within the vehicle lines I was looking at - there was no follow up and I literally had to shop around on my own purchased a vehicle outside of the Toyota line.
Today that sales person calls me, but sorry we are over a month overdue to purchase a vehicle and I already got a new one within two days of looking. Thanks for that DVNT.

It was my first time at don valley north toyota yesterday. I scheduled an appointment and dropped the car with the service support agent Mr. ANDREW HO at 10.30am. He told me that the car would be done servicing within 2 hours with a complimentary car wash. I went back home and came back to the showroom at 1pm and found that the service was not yet started. I talked with Mr. Andrew and he asked me to wait. After waiting for 1 hour I came back to him at 2pm and he asked me to wait for 20 minutes more. Still the car was not yet touched. I went back home and I got a call at 3.20 pm regarding the completion of the car service. Got delivered the car at 3.40pm. They didn't do the wash properly. For my questioning Mr. Andrew replied that " This is the best car wash that I can ever get in Ontario." He also reminded me that it is a complimentary free car wash and they had done it.

I really recommend this place to every toyota lovers to get a free complimentary car wash and service like I got.

Outstanding experience...my wife bought her dream car. We were treated extremely well. We will definitely come back.
