Horrible Customer service when I booked a test drive!!! Waited 15 min past the appointment time and no one came to even tell us that the product advisor was busy. Eventually, we just left and no one even asked us why we were leaving. I then went to Downtown Toyota and purchased a Toyota Corolla from them. (HAHAHA) Excellent customer service there!!!
