When I purchased my Camry there, they charged for rust proofing that I clearly declined. Luckily I went through my bill closely after purchased.
When I returned for service I asked if there is a recall fix for my car. I was made to feel stupid for asking my a very rude clerk at service.
Never coming back for service and never buying another car there again.
