Eleven years almost to the day that I bought my Camry from Jason Coughlan, I found that Jason was still at DVN. As he was now Assistant Sales Manager, he put me into the hands of Sam Francella to look after my needs. I told Sam the amount I wanted to spend, and as we were going out to look at a couple of cars, we were told of a Corolla that had just come in and that it wouldn't last. We went to inspect it and found it was parked right next to my rental. I was pleasantly surprised with it (although it wasn't my 03) Sam did everything possible to negotiate the best price for me and being a widow I felt very confident in all that Sam did for me. For Sam, it was not a great big sale, but he certainly did all possible to make it a great purchase for me. I would highly recommend Sam to anyone I know wanting to purchase a Toyota or a used car on your lot. Thanks Sam for your patience.
