Hello! I had an awesome experience at Don Valley North Toyota today in the service dept. Mark Lopez exceeded my expectations. He was kind and patient and went the extra mile. I am so appreciative. I actually commute from quite aways to come to this specific dealership. The drivers were so pleasant and prompt for the shuttle service as were the staff at the front desk. Thanks again to the whole team.
