Best customer service in a dealership i've ever had!
I had been looking for a reliable, low milage, and a.c. working car for a couple months with no luck. I had a few shadey dealership try and sell me cars that had hidden problems. I was giving up hope when my aunte told me about the professional experience she had at Don Valley North Toyota. She said their customer service was great, the team worked great together to get her car ready for her and she felt comfortable and unpressured during the entire experience. She recommended in particular a dealer representative named Sam who works there.
I set up an appointment with this Sam representative and I was very pleased by the service and the vehicle he was able to set me up with, I honestly never even thought of asking for..like heated seats and sunroofs ...etc. Sam showed me the perfect car for me that not only was in my budget! But also was exactly the right style , milage and everything was set up and ready for me to drive off the car lot exactly on the day we discussed, no issues what so ever. I was so thankful for his help and the help of his colleague (vixy) I would and will be recommending this dealership to my family and friends. Thanks again:)
