After looking around in couple of dealerships, I ended up at Don valley north Toyota to check out a vehicle which I saw online. By the time I visited there, the car was sold but then one of the representatives, Shuja was really kind to offer me other options they had on the computer and then took me around their parking lot to show what was available and test drive whatever car I asked for. End of the day I ended up getting a nice sporty ride with more than enough bells and whistles I was looking for, with added free benefits.

This is my Toyota dealer for years. Just came from there, went to trade my Toyota Corolla S. 2016 to a newer model , my Toyota is leased until February 2020 and it's paid in full. The first sales representative ( Lady ) she just greeted my and in less than one minute she excuse me to talk to her cousin in the phone and totally ignored me forever. I was going around in the showroom looking for cars she didn't even acknowledge me again , by the way she was still talking on the phone. Find another salesperson, he introduces himself but forget his name, spend sometimes talking to him about trading my car with a newer model, when I asked him to give me some information about how much I will be paying monthly for the new car , he just simply told me that he has an appointment and has to leave work now.
Really I was very disappointed by this Don Valley North Toyota Dealer.
I did went to the ( maybe) assistant Manager and talked to him about my issue with them.

Really bad impressions for Toyota in Canada.

Came in today for a quick appointment to change a tire. Service advisor Jason informed me that it might take longer than usual due to the workload. Happy to know this. Updates are very important and helpful. Nevertheless my car was done in less than 1 hour. I was back on the road in no time. Excellent service in Don Valley North Toyota as usual !

I bought a used car from DVN a couple of weeks ago. Up until the point of delivery, all went well. On d (delivery) day, there were some misrepresentations and the deal began to go sour. I initially felt boxed in, helpless.

After some tense days I was personally contacted by John Huynh, the Used Car Department Manager at DVN. After speaking with John, I knew that he was all about fixing my feelings. He spoke with great professionalism, politeness and sincerity.

If you buy a car from Matt cassagnol please please check the car bring a machanic or someone that knows about cars. He sales you a car with accident but clean carproof he doesn't disclose anything he is a scam.

Vert bad shopping experience ,Jason Chen tried many times to sell me extra warranty and insurance, but did not buy it after communication. When I asked him to explain the details of the loan and payments , Jason was also very unhappy and rude. Then he was treated rudely by Jason, who said that you are a refugee in Canada and Canada can deport you at any time. I don't know why he said that, he represents the Canadian government is still the Toyota dealership, but hope you don't go to the car dealership.

I was in the market for a used RAV4 when I found an ad on Don Valley North Toyota's website. Right away I made an appointment to come see the vehicle and to test drive it. I felt very comfortable talking to Sam and he listened to all the concerns and provided me the best price. His name is Sam Francella and he is very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely recommend him and DVTN to everyone.

Will not return. Should have read all these reviews before coming. Also had rude customer service by most staff. In particular, a Mr. Lopez. Stop talking down to your customers is the best advise anyone can give you.

Great service and selection of used cars. Purchased a used car from them recently. They contacted me a number of times afterward to ask how things were going and if I had any concerns. Much better than most dealerships who don't want to hear from you once you've purchased a vehicle. I had a small issue which I mentioned to Jason the sales manager and he asked me to come in so they can fix it right away. Purchased the car from Todd Fernandes, sales rep, who did a great job throughout the whole search process. Kept me updated with new inventory and no pressure on the sale. Overall a great experience and will definitely buy my next Toyota from them.

1. Duration for making appointment for recall service via walk in is 5Mins.
2. Time for recall service is 1.5 instead of 2.5-3H that was being told by reception.

Bad:
1. Called 3 times to Toyota for making appointment due to Recall service is needed and failed with following actions:
A) They asked my number and said to call me back in an hour, but never did. It has happened twice.
B) Customer Service directed the line to somewhere that no one pick up phone.
Overall, I am satisfied with the service, because it has been done successfully. In addition, I am also looking forward to your better customer service in future and also, if possible, updating the length of car fixing time to reception center might help us in making our own schedule.

We are very happy we ended up with a new Toyota, and very happy we chose this dealership. Great purchasing experience with ARMAN at Don Valley North Toyota. A friend referred me and he did not disappoint. Very smooth and efficient without the shady tactics you'd typically find in this industry. I pre-ordered a vehicle and periodic updates were provided up until pickup day. On pickup everything was explained thoroughly, he helped me setup the remote connect service and even installed the cargo liner. Bottom line is next time I'm looking for a car, Arman will be the first person I call.

Behzad was great to work with and really went above and beyond to secure my desired car and ensure top quality. He also kept me well informed along the way about timing and next steps. Customer service reps are great. Shuttle service needs huge improvement. Should replace the lady handling shuttle service with someone who has dispatch experience.

We had met with Tony Cao in Used Vehicle department, Tony is very helpful and also professional with all our questions, and finally we made the deal with Tony. Tony had guided us through for the car purchase, he is patient and also passion to his work! Highly recommended to others for the car purchase in Don Valley, the best car sales I ever met!

I just want to share my experience:

I have a 2009 Toyota Corolla and for a few days my car RPM is going up and down, so I towed my car to Don Valley North Toyota (Mississauga to Markham) and they told me the diagnostic will take approx. 120 dollars. So, I said go ahead and then they told me the problem is Throttle but it still did not work so they said it may be ECU problem and it still did not work. Almost 5 days later and they cannot find out the problem and I told them I cannot afford UBER or towing the car, but they told me they tried their best to fix it. Anyways they don t know what the problem is.

On Saturday, I went there and talked about my car and they told me they will call me around 7:00am but I didn t receive a call. So, I called at 9:30am and left a voice message and called the Tow truck to bring it back to Mississauga. Now, they were holding my car to pay the money for time they spent on my car, which they did not fix the problem (They are practicing in my car). I said if you don t know then why you are wasting my time and anyways they still charged me $375.11 without fixing my car.

I have to admit Shuja listened to exactly what we are looking for and put us in a perfect car that was a way better car then we thought we could afford.

Terrible dealership!!!! Be careful and never left the deposit at this dealership!!!!
I left a deposit at this dealership a month ago and the next day they called me and said I need to bring a co-signer because my credit is not approved by Toyota. I went to dealership and I explained don't have anybody who co-sign for me and asked to refund my deposit back.
Steve Farra (sales manager and Jaisen Joseph business manager) tried to convinced me to find a co-signer and when I assured them that I don't have any co-signer , they said, Ok we will approve the deal without co-signer and I have to wait . I followed up for a month and went to dealership few times to get my deposit back but they said, It is in process and I have to wait . After a month I went there and asked Steve to refund my deposit back .Guess what?? Steve become so rude and told me that I am a flake and waste his time and Jaisen Joseph Joint him and said I waste his time too !!!!
I asked them, I want to talk to General manger or Owner , right after they took me to their Lexus store and prepare the cheq and refund my deposit after a month!!!
The staff at that dealership are so unprofessional and rude, But they are claim they are No.1 in Canada and so on and so for....... yes! they are no .Crook Sales staff and sales operation.
I WANT TO REACH MY VOICE TO OWNER OF THAT COMPANY , TORO MIHAYARA AND VP. OF OPERATION, AMIN TEJANI AND GENERAL MANGER OF THAT STORE ,CHRLES GRANT : DO NOT LET YOUR STAFF TRAET THE PEOPLE LIKE THIS AND IF YOU DO , THEN DO NOT CLAIM YOU ARE NO.1 IN CANADA. Resounding initiative was demonstrated by technical person at DVN Toyota in replacing one of the lights for rear licence plate. It was done without my asking and free of charge!

Too much price for oil change service. They are charging unnecessarily. They told we have to change cabin air filter its brand new car only have 16000 km. There is no need to change it. Usually cabin air filters change at 45000 km. NEVER GO BACK THERE

Nice show room, looks trendy and modern. However sales representative lacked proper knowledge about their hybrid options and he has the attitude of negligence and not paying attention to my questions. Toyota should pay more attention to customer service. Tesla is there disrupting the way car dinosaurs doing the business as usual.

As usual, it was a great pleasure getting the service from Shan Manojkumar. He's always been great & accommodating. All we have to tell him is what we need and he'll work around our needs. This is my third experience in the last 2 years and strongly recommend him for anyone.
