I was referred to Don Valley North Toyota as I knew a few people who work/worked there. I met Arman and he was amazingly professional. He did his best to get the car within my asking budget. I signed the deal on the spot as I couldn't resist. I love my new 4Runner and I will definitely be referring my friends and family to him. From one business man to another, I will totally support Arman!

Oil change takes 2 hours and parts department has horrible customer service.

We just got our car from this location and we could not be any happier! The person who helped us, Jun Choi, was the best car sales man our family has ever met. We got a great deal on our car and he was very honest with us. We trust him and would 100% recommend this dealership and Jun over all the others!

DVNT offers friendly and amazing service. Mona Najafianrazavi is an excellent sales representative who went out of her way to answer my questions and address any concerns. She is very approachable and knowledgeable. If there was something she didn't know she made sure to find out. She and sales manager Steven Farra made the process of buying my 2021 Venture Edition 4Runner smooth and stress free. 23 and I left Don Valley North Toyota by 5.00 pm!!!
at 3.40 pm they called me and asked: one of your front light bulb is out of order, do you want we change it? I said no, cause I didn't want to lose my other appointment. then they told me: okay your car will be ready shortly. but I received my car by 5.00 pm and lost my other appointment because I refused their bulb change offer

My family purchased a Sienna xle from Tony Zhang at Don Valley North Toyota dealership. The experience was awesome. We shopped around almost all other toyota dealerships close to us like Richmondhill and Markville etc and to be honest their sales advisers been super arrogance and unprofessional since the 2015 Sienna is really popular and low on stock level atm. Luckly we have Tony who tried really hard escalate and negotiate to higher management to ensure we were getting the best possible deal. Thank you Tony your the best!

Arman and Ruby were very patient in trying to get me the best deal possible and explaining every detail of my contract. This was my first new car purchase and I was very nervous. I left with my new Rav 4 feeling confident I made the right choice.

i had an amazing experience getting my first car at Toyota North Don Valley. Door to door - from entering the dealership to leaving it, folks there were super helpful. George listened to what i wanted and what i could afford and set me up with a great lease. Kenny was personable and walked me through the last steps to finalize the details. will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Poor service through their sales department. Leased a car from this location and consistently had poor service from all of the sales representatives. They were never prepared for a meetong and would try to keep you on the phone or at site even if you tried to leave. The service department was good.

Just purchased a highlander from Don Valley Toyota. Got the best service from Bowen Tong.

I was having wheel locking issue with my Toyota Sienna 2012 from the first year. My tire locks in winter especially after car wash. I take this to different Toyota dealer but they could not fix the problem. End result was my tire gone and my break (pad and router) left only 45% (much faster due to the issue). I speak with Marlin Lopez (Don Valley North Toyota), he was very good and professional, he present case to Toyota Canada on my behalf. Though case is still in process but Marlin Lopez and his Assistant Sergio Drilon was more than help full they did excellent job by satisfying my need especially when I was close to leave Toyota and deciding another make and model.
At the end I would like to say Don Valley should proud on these people (Like Marlin Lopez) who has customer service skills as well as professional abilities to deal with customer like myself and provide satisfaction within their limits.

I had a great time with Usman from this dealership. He was very patient and understanding during our search and he was lovely to work with. I would recommend this dealership/Usman to anyone looking!

Terrible set of people, I called them 10 times today.
And I am not able to catch hold of service advisor.
Unfortunately I brought my car battery from this showroom (the battery is gone bad and still under warranty). I wish I had chosen some other location.

Recently came last week to buy a car for my sister, and I have to say - I'm impressed with the service here!

Our product advisor, Anand Vyas, was extremely friendly and supportive for the family's financial situation and gave us a great deal on our RAV4! He answered all of our questions diligently and in a timely manner. Anand has a charismatic spirit that we didn't see in past salespeople that we interacted with in the past. The man knows his way around cars and we're so glad he was there to help us out, treated us like family! We will be doing business with him in the future!

Our Financial Services Manager Vicci Lee was just as awesome, if not more so! She is a wonderful individual who worked with us about all the warranties and protections and advised us with her expertise about which would suit us best! She was patient and kind with us and worked to provide us with the best possible service ever! Highly recommend her for anyone going to this dealership and I will be dealing with her when I buy my next car!

I purchased a used car here and it was a great experience. I test drove the car and it was exactly as it was photographed. I like this because at least it was what I expected from the photos. Sam the "Greek" sales person assisted me throughout the process. Best car buying experience I have had in awhile. Sam was very knowledgeable about the car and I'm driving it with no problems. Nice dealership, nice staff. Some of the less experienced sales people are noticeably pushy.. i was happy to purchase a vehicle here until i noticed an oil leak after a few days. Turns out the oil filter wasn't secure and i had lost almost 3L of oil since leaving the dealership.. a very serious issue and I was ignored entirely when trying to contact them. Luckily I noticed!..I will not recommend Don Valley North Toyota. Be careful!

First I tried to bring my car to service to fix my speaker, they told me I am out of warranty and asked me to go home unless I pay for it. I went home and checked, I purchased extended warranty and it should be covered with no cost. I spoke to the sales Simon and asked why service department did that to me. His response "too bad, it happens...I am sorry to hear about your experience ..that's how service department works ..." What kind of response is this? Ive been driving the car with no sound for over a month now. Is this reasonable?!?!

Not to say their financial agent screwed up my ownership change last year. I already hate and feel very uncomfortable coming to this dealership.

We spoke with Simon two weeks ago and verbally agree to come back Today to return the car. now im here and SIMON said we did not confirm the date to return car and I should make an appointment. So the time we spent in the dealership was useless. Why didn't he tell us we have to make appointment two weeks ago? Why didn't he call us to confirm the date and time to do the return procedure? I do not work in this industry and I do not know the procedure.

I then asked for manager to speak to but the rude Indian reception just gave me bad attitude and said no manager in the office...are you kidding me?

I have waited an hour already, no managers willing to come talk to me because I want to file a complaint but instead they just want to keep wasting my time.

This is totally ridiculous and I am still in the dealership waiting .

I had a great experience purchasing my first vehicle at DVN Toyota. All the staff members that I dealt with, particularly Ethan, Jeffrey, and Jason were extremely helpful and accommodating during these COVID times. Customer service is second to none and would definitely recommend.

Working by heart is the best description for DVNT's Thomas Chan, Kenny Wang and Michael Chan. Thomas and Kenny, very knowledgeable with patience, looked after all my needs and concerns closely. They worked out my Toyota Tundra buying dream in very professional way. Michael has outstanding workmanship. He treated my new Tundra well against rust for all weather. I am greatly satisfied with all they did for me. There is no reason why I would not highly recommend such fantastic DVNT team members to everybody. ^_^

When i called Don Valley North Toyota snd asked for an Arabic speaking agent Iwas directed to Jeanete Maalouf, I knew right away she was Lebanese :-)

I told my employer that I wanted to get a RAV4 and without any hesitation, he told me to go and see this gentleman named Sam Francella at Don Valley North Toyota. Not knowing how to start a conversation when buying a car, I asked my employer to go with me. We went straight to Sam and that was where it all began. My employer left me there and I have to tell you, Sam took me on a journey of buying a RAV4 that I will never forget. His honestly was amazing. I ended up leaving Don Valley North Toyota that same day with a deal in my hand, all negotiation and legal documents were signed. I believe Sam treated me like a son. On the day the RAV4 was ready, Sam went out of his way to pick me up from my home in northwest Brampton (an hour and fifteen minutes drive) and drove me all the way to DNT in Markham to get my RAV4. Now that s service. This was my first experience at DNT and it was exceptionally wonderful and one I will never forget. With Sam being my sales adviser, I believe it s unspeakable of the service and the patience Sam provided to me. I will definitely recommend DNT and Sam to all my co-workers, family, and friends. I have never been charged over $10 for changing 1 singular headlight. Originally I was quoted $23 by the express service. Express service is severely slow as I had come during the down time. Then had to wait for over 5 minutes in order to pick up my car and pay. Literally just watched the person called Jason go into the staff area instead of cashing me out after they were called to cash me out. #overpriced #terriblecustomerservice #unprofessional

My husband and I bought a brand new 2019 4runner last Friday . Love our new truck but most of all I want to thank our salesman Mr. Hammad he went over and above in helping us getting the vehicle we love , he was prompt on calling back on time , he would listening to what we wanted not looking for just another sale. If you looking for a good salesman ask for Mr. Hammad very nice and polite young man he is all ears meaning he listen to what you want and get you in the car you love.

My purchase of a new 2018 car at DVN Toyota did not go well so my suggestion is that if car price is important, stay from this dealership and avoid the rude, dishonest, inattentive, pushy sales people. From my discussion with the car sales GM, the car dealership has a lot higher operating expenses, and as such, will need to rely on selling cars in higher quantities or ripping off a few customers through unethical means such as dishonesty, and unsavy car sales tactic.
The dealership is very big and looks nice, but with the retail location, large staff, comes a lot of overhead and operating costs, meaning they won't have the ability to offer customers a good price if that's important to them.

As for my own car purchase, between the trade-in and new-car sales price, I estimated i pay at least $1500 more than I should had for a entry-level compact car. In the future, I suggest people use unhaggle or look for other dealerships who have the ability to offer customers a better deal.

UPDATE: Brittany, Sorry I've already reached out to your product advisor, new cars sales manager, and general sales manager. To put it politely, DVN toyota charges a lot more for the same product compared to other dealerships , along with an incredible amount of pushiness for upselling other products. People are better off staying away from your dealership.

Also your people is pushing their customers to shill for their dealership. It's kinda ridiculous telling me to just put all 10s in the customer survey....serious.

Here I strongly recommend their top sales Tony, he is both professional and easy to communicate. Once I specified my requirement, he helped me nail down the perfect one and pushed no other items to make me pay more. When you know nothing about car, it's always lucky to have a salesperson like him!

I was very impressed by the service from the parts department. We had placed an order for a car battery but it was on back order. Michelle, from the parts department, had worked diligently to place the order and get it to us at the earliest. She went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied with the timeline, and provided updates regularly. This kind of service is hard to come by!

Great service for a long distance purchaser! I recently bought an SUV over email and phone exchange and felt I needed to say thanks with a review. Our sales representative, Jamie Li, was prompt, helpful and knowledgeable. Don Valley North Toyota was able to close the deal and have it shipped to our door within 2 days, exactly as promised. I had to trust Jamie and the DV team as I was unable to see the SUV in person and they delivered! I would definitely recommend working with this honest and efficient team.

Fun place to negotiate a price, and I got a better prices here than other Toyota dealerships in GTA (for Prius 2013, RAV 4 2016, and Vensa 2014). However, rarely some one comes to say hello to me to ask me if I need help, I think because I'm a younger guy or it might be because they are more relaxed due to high sales volume.

Very poor experience. I went to speak to a salesperson there as I wanted to trade in my Dodge Neon for a Toyota RAV4, but they insisted that I look into a Matrix. Initially, they only offered $100 for my Dodge Neon which was in 100% mint condition! They were pressuring me to atleast go on a drive in the Matrix as they promised they would give me a very good deal on it. Giving in, I said okay fine, went on a drive around and guess what, the car shut off on the test drive as soon as I turned on the A/C. The sales person named Iqbal sitting beside me said that it may have happened due to lack of fuel. It was a downhill so we were able to roll the car on Victoria Park back into their parking lot. After the test drive, the real pressure began. The sales person even brought his manager to pressure me in buying this car for $18,000 and said, if you set the deal today, we will offer $900 for your neon. I was shocked! They were willing to offer $900 for my neon which actually worked and ran fine vs. theirs that shut off dead. After getting pressured unnecessarily, I just walked out. Sounded like a sketchy pushy deal where they just wanted to push that car on me just because I was acting nice. We never once talked about the RAV4 for which I actually went there for. After coming home and doing a quick search on autotrader and kijiji, that year's matrix with similar mileage was going for about $8000. Beware!

I leased a Toyota Corolla LE, 2018 from DVNT yesterday (Aug 17, 2018). Our sales representative was Arman Mazaheri. We found him very knowledgeable about the car and services provided. He was patient in responding to our many questions. He was most helpful in explaining the features of the car. He was very courteous and friendly. We were very satisfied with Arman's services. We will rate his services as 5 star.

I came to Don Valley North Toyota for a lease. The service was fantastic and I appreciate that Lu (salesperson) was very helpful and accommodating with working with me to get a fair deal on the lease and on my trade-in. Steven (used car sales manager) was very kind in explaining to me why my trade-in was not worth what another Toyota dealer's website was claiming without being condescending or insulting my trade-in. Overall, I would recommend this dealership to others.

The sales Cailin Chen was very willing to listen to what want and was very helpfu. I can tell she did her best to take care of the interest of the customer. I am very satisfy.

Was dealing with Howie at DVNT. Not only he doubled my appointment, and make me waited for 2+ hours in the show room (the only reason why I waited is because I was serious about the purchase and ready to sign the paper)

The worst past? After 2+ hours of waiting, he did the 'bait and switch' on me and asking me to sign the paper for next year model which hasn't even been announced at the time. No pricing info what so ever and he said if it cost more I will have to pay the differences. On top of that, he lied about availability and inventory, claims no other dealership has the car....

I ended up getting the car I originally asked for at another Toyota dealership (within 30km) few days later!

Didn't end up buying anything here. I was looking at a Camry and was going to trade in my old car. They offered me $300 for the trade in. Gave me all kinds of reasons why my car wasn't worth anything. Went to another dealership and got $3500 for it. So watch out. If you are trading in, go to different places and get quotes from them to make sure you aren't getting ripped off by these guys.

My sales representative Tony Cao was absolutely amazing! We seen an ad for a Volvo at this dealership. The previous owners traded their Volvo for a new Toyota. Tony Cao helped us reach to a negotiation where both parties will be satisfied with. 137000 km 2007 Volvo S40 for $6000 all in is pretty amazing. Definitely recommend Tony Cao if you need to purchase a vehicle, he's very patient and personable.

Amazing customer experience. Both Jeanete and Ed were amazing and they help me find a car with the features and price I liked in no time. If anyone wants a seem less experience I would highly recommend seeing Ed Mikhael or Jeanette very knowledgeable people and will always give you great advice.

Left a review on website and was asked for my phone number and email so that the manager could contact, no response ever since. Poor management and sales team.

James Zhan is very polite, honest, and knowledgeable. He explained every thing patiently to us. In general, Great Service, great atmosphere, and great manager ( Michelle Ho; you are awesome).

Vijay was an excellent salesman. He was very patient and explained everything I needed to know. All my needs were met and the car was ready in perfect condition as promised down to the last detail. As a single woman I had my fears about dealing with a car salesman . Vijay made me very comfortable and I felt he had my interests at heart. Everyone at the dealership was very professional. I would definitely recommend buying a car there and would definitely recommend Vijay as a sales person.

So Thursday morning .. During routine patrol (police officer) I was speaking to a youth worker at a community centre in my area. Not sure how we got onthe topic but she started telling me about her great experience at Don Valley North. So much, that she bought a Rav4 that day. I stated that I was looking for a car.. Either a Camry or an Accord. I also told her that I didn't like sales people because they seem robotic .. Not personable. She told me that I NEEDED to go... So I did on my lunch time.. First of all.. The place is huge!! Bright, lively and very welcoming. Started of my soon to be unforgettable experience with a prank on who would soon be my sales person, Sam Francella. Even though I was comings in for something specific, Sam was able to find me something, that, some how, he knew I'd like. 2015 Camry XSE. When he mentioned the year I was hesitant, but Sam has a way of interacting with you on such a personal level that you start to feel like he's family, a big brother . Looking out for your best interest. Anyway, I told him that I was interested in the vehicle but had to clarified it with my wife. Sam did everything possible to assure me that he would hold the vehicle for me until I had made a decision. At no point did I feel rushed, tricked lied to, taken advantage of, and every OTHER attribute that I unfortunately feel sales people have... From the second I saw the car until I picked it up the the following day, Sam and I were in constant contact As much as I was hesitant about buying a car, after speaking to Sam, I knew I made the right decision. Sam...myself and my family thank you for your diligence professionalism, and dedication to helping me pick the perfect car for my family.. And.. Most importantly.. Thank you for your humanity. .. It significantly changed my view on sales people.. It ALSO ruined the chance of anyone ELSE ever trying to sell me a vehicle!!! Much love Sam . I owe you big time my friend! Until We meet again

I leased a Venza and after paying off the lease and residual value i was sent a second bill a year later.
Either they wanted me to pay twice for the same car or they are extremely incompetent.
Terrible service and every time I go for service they have complimentary playstations and computers that are always out of order. What is the point of having them if they never work.
Staff are rude especially at service desk.
Stay far away!!
