This is our second vehicle with Don Valley North Toyota. We are very happy and pleased with the service from everyone that we dealt with from our sales associate Justin to our financing person Anwar. Justin was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. We didn't feel pressured into purchasing and was able to work out a fair deal for us. He was also able to get the car ready for pickup at a earlier time to accommodate my schedule which was much appreciated. Anwar was very friendly and explained everything that we needed to know with the financing and also didn't feel pressured into purchasing unnecessary options.
