This was my first time buying a car without the help of my parents and i wad super nervous. After researching online i decided to go with a Toyota. When i got there i wasn't sure what i wanted. The sales person shaun listened to what i was looking for and showed me 3 models he thought would be good for me. After telling him my daily drive to work he pointed me to a hybrid. He explained why it would be good for my lifestyle and we took it for a drive. I was sold. Could not have been any happier with the whole experience.

I met Kyle S. On the coldest day in December, he was very professional! I waited over 3 weeks to check deals...he made sure to meet my expectations and exceeded. I had another dealership lie to me & lost my business. I had another previous customer said Kyle was very professional and said he is a nice salesman true, but he knew Manager lied to me about credit check & said nothing. Whatever you need he will what he can to make sure you get what you are looking for!!! Sadly, I have to say Kyle had the Manager came out when I said I didn't want them to check deals they had...Manager lied & said it would NOT affect my credit....it immediatley dropped my score...so because they checked first with the original creditor increased my interest.

Now my check engine light is on 12/27/18!! I also am waiting on a call for a 2nd key I didn't receive at purchase.

Our total experience with Don Jacobs Toyota from start to finish was excellent! Mariah greeted us when we walked in the door. She was kind, attentive and not pushy at all. We went for a test drive, came back sat down, talked and worked out a deal. I've been researching vehicles for 3 months and we knew what we were looking for. We had interactions with Peter and Patrick that went great too. I will recommend Don Jacobs Toyota to everyone. Thanks for a great buy!

I would leave a half a star if possible. The service here sucked. My wife really liked a car we found here. Because the sales team knew she liked the car they would not work with us at all. They would not wiggle on the price, they attempted to give me $100 only for my trade in and they would not even clean / detail the vehicle before we picked it up. We found McDonald's wrappers and the windows and seats were dirty. They only financing they offered was through them. They forgot to have us fill out all the loan paperwork and was harassing me to hurry up and get it filled out and returned to them. I will never return to this dealership again.

I was a loyal customer at Don Jacobs Toyota but today I feel taken advantage of. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. That's all I needed but yet they talked me into getting an alighnment which my husband and another machanic said I really didn't need done yet due to a mumber of factors. They had my trust but not so much any more. Unhappy with expenaive bill.

We had a wonderful experience leasing our beautiful new RAV4 from Heidy. She was very friendly and helped to get the deal done quickly. I'm excited for the free oil changes and awesome service plan. My 3 year old son loves that the windows go all the way down in the backseat and he has almost more leg room than in our old Jeep Grand Cherokee. I like the weather proof floor mats and speed limit notification on the dash, and am getting used to the lane assistance:) My husband and I appreciated the precautions all sales people were taking which included wearing a mask.

I purchased a 2018 Toyota Rav4 from Don Jacobs Toyota for my wife. From the test drive, having my mechanic go over the vehicle top to bottom, to the final purchase it was a true delight. Edwin Hernandez was my sales person. Edwin is a true pro with a cool sense of humor. Walter Davis handled the financial aspect of closing the deal. Walter I can say is the coolest financial person I have ever dealt with in purchasing an automobile. If you are looking to buy a vehicle, please work with these 2 gentleman. Your experience will be a true pleasure.

Great experience. Sales manager was willing to negotiate a price that was fair and was non-pushy. Very little hassle and all the staff was friendly and professional. Final transaction was seamless and the quickest I've ever had at a dealership, and this was on the last day of the month. Pat (Business Manager) is an awesome guy, and Kris (Sales) was outstanding.

Everyone at Don Jacobs is always very helpful and explains to me exactly what my options are. I hate to say this, but as a woman, sometimes going to car maintenance places can be really nerve racking. I've never felt like I was being pushed into anything, or "fast talked" into something that I didn't understand. On top of that, the work that I've had done has always been top notch and very reasonably priced.

I'm moving in September and trying to figure out how many maintenance things I can squeeze in before then, since I'm dreading having to find somewhere new!

Service is prompt, explanations are complete, personnel are courteous and honest. I would recommend Don Jacobs to others.

I don't recommend their services and repair shop, I sent a 2016 Toyota Prius, Runs and drive excellent, just a message on dash saying visit dealer, and I did so, they charged me 135$ for diagnostic, and their result is the AC Compressor is bad, and let start changing it, and it cost 2580.00$ to change it, so I didn't believe cause the AC is working excellent, so I took it to a small garage mechanic, he plug his small machine and told me just to change the small motor for the Grille shutter, I bought it and change this small motor, and the message on dash disappear, I went back to the Toyota dealer and spoke the the manager services, he did not give me my money back for their wrong diagnostic.

These guys were nicer to us than any other dealers!! They advocate for you until the end. If you can, please request to work with Darrin, Nick and Walter. Their cleaning team needs some practice and the interior of the building seems very outdated, but other than that, no major complaints. You will not be wasting your time with the Don Jacobs Toyota team

Do not waste your time and money here! Owned car less than 16 hours and already towed and in shop! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Dishonest, unethical and rude...Consumers worst NIGHTMARE!!!
Drove car home, about 7 Miles.
Next morning not even owning car for more than 16 hours, car would not start.
Had car towed to dealer. Was given a rental, called and told a cell in battery was to blame. Went to pick car up, battery light came back on. They kept the car and gave rental back.
Told it was alternator this time and they were willing to cover some of it. The car that they said was thoroughly checked by a mechanic and car they were going to let me take which ironically they missed the problem on...
I put all the money I had into a down payment on the car, and missed work this week due to the inconvenience and they expect me to pay for this?!
Never again.
Additionally car was overpriced. Sales men were dishonest and rude and unethical! didn t thank me for business, car was on empty when I drove it off lot). Again don t waste your time or money

I purchased a new-to-me car with the help of Sir Victor Bryant, and it was the best car buying experience I have had. Previous salespeople seemed to not care about my individual satisfaction or understanding of the process, but not Sir Victor Bryant! Throughout the experience, Sir Victor made sure I understood what was going on, and what everything meant for me as the buyer of the car. He went above and beyond what a typical salesperson would do making sure I was happy with my purchase. Thank you Sir Victor for an excellent car buying experience!!!

Bought a new Camry from this dealership and it had 21 miles on it, brand new right? well it was when i signed off for it. Then after the finance section i go back out to my new car to look it over and 2 scratches about 2in long appeared on the driver's side rear door. might not go back to this dealership anytime soon.

Things couldn't have gone smoother. Dropped the car off and was driven home. Car was completed earlier than promised at the agreed upon price. Was picked up quickly and easily made a late afternoon appointment. The windshield wipers recommended definitely worked better than my old wipers as I found out the next day when it snowed. I was also pleased to see my they had time to wash my car which I forgot to ask about when I arrived.

Unprofessional, disrespectful sales woman with no people skills. If you re buying a car from someone you expect them to do at least the bare minimum. Accused me of taking keys to a car when she was the one who left them out on the desk we were sitting at so obviously I d assume they were mine. Sorry to break it to you I am not interested in stealing a 2007 used car. I also don t expect to only be given one key to my car and left with a completely empty gas tank. She had the worst professional skills I ve seen in a long time. You expect to be harassed at a car dealership but not after you ve already bought a car from them. ONLY giving two stars because everyone else was professional and respectful.

I needed a brake light bulb checked for proper installation ( on my part) because it wasn't working. Don Jacobs normally charges $125.00 to do a diagnosis. I said that was too much & asked if it was found the brake light bulb was improperly installed & that was the only problem could that charge be less? I made an appointment for a $20.00 check on the bulb itself. After waiting an hour, I was told the bulb I installed was the wrong size, the bulb size I needed was left on my front seat. Don Jacobs only had one brake light bulb left in stock--for $13.45( I thought I needed 2) so I decided to go to Adance Auto Parts to purchase a pack of two bulbs. I paid Don Jacobs $23.37 for their expertise. Advance Auto Parts informed me the bulb left on my car seat was for a signal light! The sales associate there put all the light bulbs --that I had provided-- in the right sockets and everything works. So I went back to Don Jacobs to request a refund for the misdiagnosed/ misinformation. The manager at Don Jacobs yelled at all the employees involved and was angry with ME for expecting an hour of their time for less than $125.00! I bought 2 cars from Toyota --1 from Don Jacobs and 1 from Andrews. I won't be going back to Don Jacobs.

Decided to check out the inventory at Don Jacobs Toyota. We were in the market for a new Highlander. We wanted to see if they had the XSE model that Toyota introduced this fall. They had the exact model we wanted even our color choice. Matt was our sales person. He was very friendly and not pushy which we like. It was a great experience from the salesman to the finance department. We had some questions on the Highlander and Mariah helped us. They all work as a team. Highly recommended!!!

I was car shopping with my daughter over the weekend, we had three models in mind and one of them was a Rav 4 so we stopped in Don Jacob's for a test drive and Shaun Sutter our salesman was more than happy to help us. I explained to him that we want to drive the truck before we talk money not knowing which model my daughter would like to drive for the foreseeable future! He was more than happy to help and gave us his number after the test drive without pressure to buy as I was telling him we had one more test drive yet. We didn't even drive the Honda down the street because as soon as we walked in the door we were cornered to buy! So back to D J Toyota we went and Shaun Sutter ran the numbers and gave us all kinds of help with options to buy or lease and helped us with every question we had graciously. Needless to say my daughter loves her new Rav 4 and I am really happy with the service and experience I had there and I will be back to get a vehicle in the near future for myself.

Treated like a king! The entire staff is friendly, and always smiling. Makes a great impression just walking in the door! Like to give a shout-out to the manager Mike Hogan, and my salesman Adam. It s no wonder they sell hundreds of Toyota s a month! You can tell it s a well run organization!

Be very wary if you purchase a car from them. During the entire process I was quoted an interest rate of .9% for my certified pre-owned and it was a huge sales tactic to get me to buy a car from them. When I went to purchase the car however they told me .9% was not something they ever offered on used cars and they made a mistake when they quoted me on it. So naturally after they had my down payment, and had run my credit I was all but stuck.

When I wrote my initial review I was not happy. I must say, Don Jacobs Toyota rectified the entire situation. They even picked my car up and dropped it off for service. Additionally, they called me through the entire process to keep me informed on what was happening with my vehicle and told me approximately when they should have it back to me. When I received my vehicle, I was given paperwork on exactly what was done and they also made a follow up call. Don Jacobs proved to me they truly do value their customers and want us to keep coming back. Also, I am very happy that I purchased my vehicle from them and will continue to come back for future vehicle purchases.

one star is over rated for this facility! Sad to say that my experience at this dealership wasn't pleasant and I wouldn't have given this review but due to their manager calling me with excuses of why the bolts broke on my tundra skid plates instead of finding a solution, telling me that anti-seize on these bolts doesn't prevent them from breaking!... really!..those weren't the only problems I had at this facility during my visit...after I had mention to Not check my air in the tires,all of a sudden my tps valve was loose the next day, my windshield was cracked down the middle and my headlight all of a sudden was not functioning... geez, I just wanted an oil change and to top it off, they just handed me my keys,pointed in the direction of where my truck was and where to pay....it dont take 1.5 hours to change oil either...
they gave me a call, offered to fix my broken bolts at my expense though...Don Jacob's won't ever see me again, I'd rather go to Wilde Toyota...

Wasted 2hrs of my time driving to this dealership for a SCHEDULED appointment. When I got there every sales person seemed clueless why I was there. It took 10 minutes to find my appointment in their system and the salesmen I was appointed to see wasn't even there, so here I am being assisted by someone else. Turns out the car I made an appointment to see was already sold 24hrs prior to my arrival. This got me extremely upset. I just made an appointment 4hrs prior to my arrival, how can they not know a vehicle was not already sold the day before? Then I get the "oh, how about this vehicle instead?" Is this their sales tactic, to get you to come down their store to sell you another vehicle? I've seen this way too many time. And while I was there I witnessed another upset customer talking to a manager about his sales agreement. This made me walk away as the salesman was trying to talk to his manager about my situation. I drove off as the manager and the salesman walked out to find me. Will definitely never shop here again, plenty of other Toyota dealerships. First impression is a lasting impression.

I usually work with another dealership but wanted a Toyota so
I stopped by looking for a used vehicle for my son.This being the first time my son was buying a vehicle I let him talk with the salesperson. Luckily he ended up working with Bernard. He took the time to make sure my son got the vehicle that fit his needs and most importantly his budget. The whole process from the sales side to the finance side was a great experience. After the delivery one of the owners Steve Jacobs came out and shook our hands and let us know if we need anything we can give him a call, this was a great touch on an already great service.

If there was the ability to do a negative star rating then this store would rate very well. I visited this store for the first time with my mom who has leased a Toyota consecutively for the past 3 cars. She wanted to continue with a Toyota lease because of the quality of the vehicles and service the service department provides. However the car buying experience begs to differ the quality of service for Toyota s standard. The last car purchase at Andrew Toyota was so bad she decided to go to the Don Jacobs.

We started of with a great salesman He did a great job with introduction of the car she that she wanted and had a great test drive. My mom was very excited about the car and wanted to discuss numbers for a lease purchase. This is where the horrible (will be reporting to the BBB about their practices) started.

During negotiations we were introduced to the female sales manager (that has been there for 10 yrs) and was told that her Toyota financed vehicle 2015 sienna van with 7200 miles was worth fair trade value of 19500 based only from Kelly blue book value (and my mom was given 21000 for the trade at another dealership which was average KBB value) and we were told buy the lady sales manager that her Toyota financial lease payoff that was printed off was 23800 for payoff and the TRUE ACTUAL payoff was actually 21940. Surprisingly, it appeared that they were trying to get a profit off the payoff on the loan by telling her that her payoff was actually higher than what it was and giving her a low ball number for her trade which was in good condition with very low miles, and wanted to keep her at the same payment for a vehicle that was cheaper than her current vehicle. Sounds like price gouging to me and taking advantage of a Senior citizen that was loyal to the Toyota brand.

Having a family member in the automotive business for over many years, working with my mom even noticed that this was beyond bad business and disrespectful to their profession.

Be very knowledgeable about your vehicle before going in, know the true numbers before you go in, ask a lot of questions, take someone who knows the business inside and out, beware of the snakes and DO NOT shop here unless you choose to get worked over and robbed out of your money.

I brought my Camry in to have my door lock fixed. I spent over $700 dollars fixing the door lock when the service team told me I also needed new brake pads. They wrote down on my receipt and checkout slip that the brake pads were at 3 mm. However, I decided to forego the brake pads because I was short on time. Today I decided to stop into Meineke to have the brake pads done. 10 minutes after the Meinecke mechanic took the car, he came back and said that he had good news. I don't need brake pads. My current brake pads were still at 7 mm and that Don Jacobs must of been lying or trying to make a sale or something but I was good for a while still. He then took me out and showed me the brake pads and their measurement. I was happy that Meinecke employed honest mechanics and ran an ethical business however I'm mad that Don Jacobs doesn't. Now it makes me wonder if I really needed a new door lock or did they just charge me $700 and maybe just reset the computer or key fob or something like that. I even wonder if the door lock should of been covered under my bumper to bumper warranty. The service rep told me it wasn't but I really wonder. And the fact that the service department made up a story that I "needed" new brakes and that they were at 3 mm makes me furious.

Do yourself a favor. Go elsewhere.

Read to end to appreciate just how awful they are! Purchased a used vehicle from here with 38000mi (which I am happy with.... *6-week UPDATE* which at 39000mi ended up having intermittent electrical system issues so there is no radio and no HVAC with no known cause). The process to purchase said car was frustrating beyond reasonable car shopping frustrations. After walking in, with the intention of purchasing the car I researched online, being preapproved for a loan through my credit union and having cash in hand, I was ready to trade in my late model BMW with 89k miles on it, in good condition. They lowball offered me $1000 for it, citing some wear on the interior door panels and a fading lcd screen. $1000!!! The tires alone were worth that. I asked to speak to the person appraising, but I was told by the salesperson, Mariah, to write my opinion of the value on a paper, sign it, and she d bring him the paper. Mariah kept interrupting our sale by helping other customers who just were walking in, while at least 5 other sales reps were wandering around or on their computers. She left me alone and confused, unsure of where I stood or aware of negotiations. I felt disregarded. It took me more than 5 hours to make this purchase, where I was asked no less than 4 times if I d be interested in applying for their Toyota Financial even though I told them I wasn t interested. The sales pressure and tactics are unforgivable. Bought the car weeks ago and keep replaying in my head how I felt taken advantage of. This is the interaction that gives car salespeople a bad rep.

Super friendly people! This is where you want to come to get a vehicle. Never in my life have I experienced such a laidback dealership. I'll never go anywhere else! Thanks to Shaun Sutter I got more than I ever imagined for my trade and now am the proud owner of a 16 Highlander. You guys ROCK!!

We recently took out Toyota Sienna and in our keys there is a secret key that comes out once you push a button. And during our visit the worker that attended us took our key without us noticing and he waited for a couple of weeks and ended up stealing from our car and stole a lot of our valuable stuff like cards , money and other things. I do not recommed it.
