Incredibly friendly employees, fair prices, and speedy service!

I'm coming back to edit my review and add to it after my second experience at Don Jacobs (to me, a second experience is sometimes even more-valid than the first). To add to my first review...

Everyone at Don Jacobs is always very helpful and explains to me exactly what my options are. I hate to say this, but as a woman, sometimes going to car maintenance places can be really nerve racking. I've never felt like I was being pushed into anything, or "fast talked" into something that I didn't understand. On top of that, the work that I've had done has always been top notch and very reasonably priced.

I'm moving in September and trying to figure out how many maintenance things I can squeeze in before then, since I'm dreading having to find somewhere new!
