I absolutely love Diamond Honda. I have purchased 2 Honda Accords so far and this dealership is amazing and super clean! They go above and beyond for customer service and satisfaction. Jae Lee is knowledgable Not pushy and trustworthy . He is so patient answering all my questions. Won t go anywhere else ever! This dealer is so bad. Don't trust them. My Honda CRV 2016, the out of battery I only use it less than 3 years. only 30 thousands mileges. They promised me refund me of my new battery fee. But over one month, I haven't received any check. When I called they always have reasons. I am not going to buy any car and repair from this company. They have already lost reputation.No more. so bad.

He was very warm, and attentive. I brought my are in for an oil change, and new there was a recall. The recall would take to long that day, as he told me it would be a minimum of 3 to 5 hours. As I have 6 kids and need to do the school pick up I just couldn't do it, so he arranged a time and day that would allow it to be done at a convenience to me and my Family. I really appreciated that.

Very friendly and hard working. I had some problems with my car's turn indicators sticking and the flat screen monitor broke for the DVD player. Plus the lighter that we use as a charger upfront didnt work.
Well it took 3 weeks to get the part for the turn indicator, the monitor took 2 weeks to verify that was what didnt work (it was under warranty and Honda wanted to make sure that was the broken part so they had to test everything... I get it and warranty covered rent a car) by the time I got the car back i was relieved. But the lighter was never replaced, the blinker still gets stuck and the flat screen button you have to push to open it doesnt open.
None of this is Joanna's fault, she was a brightside to always having to wait. I did report all this information to someone in the service department, but never heardback.

Unfortunately I had to take my car back again for recalls, and a repair to our windshield.
My husband took my car, but didnt meet him.
I did text after 3 hours just to know if anything had been done. He said he had no information.
When I call Eliseo, 6 hours later, he said there was no information to give me.
I asked, "will they repair the recalls in all this time?" That of course the recalls are their 1st priority. He said they should and that will at least be done by the end of the day, and hopefully he will let me know about my other concerns later once he gets informed.
I understand car repair work takes long, I am not asking for every repair to be done instantly. But getting quoted after 7 hours seems reasonable.
Then I can take action about making appointments to get the car back there, and a ride to pick up the car and such. I am reasonable person. I have 6 children that need someone to watch them while I am trying to get the car.
Hoping things work out for the best. If not Ocean Honda is just off Whittier BLVD over Colima. And I will have to make a change.

Really bad service!! It was my first visit here and surely my last won't be back here again. The dealer is open on sundays but everything else was apparently close and they couldn't help you so why are you open on sundays? Useless..their only respond was come back Monday and umm umm umm umm...
Sales person was nice, very typical experience. However, all of their cars seem to have expensive and unnecessary accessories tacked on left and right to help their margins. My final experience with the sales manager was very unsettling as I was literally surprised at how rude he was. If that's how they really feel about their customer's than I'm taking my business elsewhere. No need to hide behind a facade just to make the sale.

The dealer claim the car comes with worth of $1295.00 adds on which only worth approximately $600 on their own website. I won't agree the sales price if I knew this fact. I felt I had been mislead by the dealer. Even the adds on the promised to me was only installed half. I found out later and had to go back to the dealer three time to get the parts installed. I also caught the dealer also charge me 1% more on sales tax before I signed the purchase contractor. they told me that they applied the tax on wrong city. I was also charged $100 more then our agree purchase which I didn't catch on time therefore I had to go back twice to fix this error. They told me they made an arithmetic mistake on this. I would pay more than $400 more if i didn't caught the mistake. Plus the misleading adds on accessories' price, I felt I can't believe they didn't do this on purpose. They wasted me lots of time to fix all the issues. I wish I drove farther to other dealers. I wish I could gave then 0 star
We are 5 times Honda buyers and we wouldn't go anywhere else but Diamond Honda. We just leased a CRV from Jimmy Tang and he helped made a deal that worked for our family.

If you ever think to buy a new car from this specific dealership, be prepared to buy a high price vehicle with the cheapest parts. For example, I bought a brand new 2018 Honda Civic EX hatchback, and after fourteen thousand miles only the battery just died.
Today, I had to leave my $28000 car in the driveway and take an Uber(Chevrolet Cruiz with more than 100,000 miles never had problem with the battery) to go to work without even taking a shower. I called this dealership for help expecting them to respect and help their customers as they claim, but they were not helpful at all , and they told me to do all the work that needs to be done in order for me to drive my extremely overpriced car with cheap defected part that can be dangerous such as the battery.
Matt Martinez the service manager was acting as it is something normal and discussed my situation with unprofessional manner and in a sarcastic way telling me that :''Yeah, the battery life for a brand new Civic could be a year." I asked every technician I know if this was true, and non of them agreed.
Thank you for your inconvenient car and service, whether if it is Honda in general or this dealership, you are damaging your reputation just to make some extra dollars in profit.

We drove almost 50 miles to Diamond Honda just to test drive a car and ended up buying it. The service was very fast that as soon as we arrived, we were able to check out the car and test drive it right away. Omar helped us throughout this process. He is very helpful, attentive and knowledgeable about the car. He gave us all the facts we need to know about the car and make sure we get the best deal out of it

Elmo provided excellent customer service. They have very professional and courteous staff. I wish the pricing was better because I always have to match other dealer prices on service but that I believe comes from Honda and the inconsistency in pricing among all the dealers. It is always a struggle to find the best price - I wish Diamond Honda would always offer the best price so I don't have to shop around. Excellent service as always though and they communicate well.
Been with thos dealership since 85 for all services and new car purchases., little by little their service department has gotten worst to a point I drove off and prefer driving the extra miles to Buena Park Honda! I'm revising my comments today July 11. Made an appointment for Express service oil change. Arrived 15 minutes before appointment.. guy didn't come till almost 20 minutes after scheduled appointment dragging his feet as if he were steel shoes. Dude said hour and half to do it.. mind you car in front of me was already on the lift.. This individual had the never to ask what I wanted to do.. I was blunt and told him I wanted oil change which should take more than an hour.. Mother efer insisted on his time frame. After having bought over 20 cars from there will stop and take my business to Buena Park Honda as they get the job done with in 30 minutes. Took that dealer 2 hours for software update where diamond wanted all day.. left message of on GMs mail box advising of occurance and would no longer do business with his dealership..
Terrible experience! I have appointment on July 20, 2020 at 7 AM, Confirmation code X103ZK8ELV I am there at 7AM but did not get our car check until 7:30 due to our assign advisor Gabriel Salinas was late! even car behind us has check in before I do. no other customer service was welling to help! after we waited to 7:30 we explained the problem was just 2017 CR-V recall for gear shift knob replacement. It is a 5 mins job. he said we need to wait until 9 AM and he will give us a call when the car is done. I was there waiting until 8:50 AM I couldn't waited anymore so I went back in store and found out he already have our car and paper ready... He just never bother to call us or step out to let us know. I can totally understand people are late or sometime careless but no other team member there want to help out customer that is not assign to them. Total wasted of time! what is the point for appointment if you can help them in time?

A01 service for my 2019 Clarity was requested $102.97(change oil) + Tire rotation ($12x.xx)+check something,Total plus tax I should pay $27x.xx! Is that serious? Calling them to estimate before you go to Diamond Honda for service,don't waste your value time.Other Honda Dealer just charged $79.95+tax for A01 service.Be ware of this dealer. This quote was not over phone call,it was counted for me by Gabriel and I confirmed with him twice in your service office.He told me clarity service is higher than other cars.

Our salesman Jimmy was a relief to work with. We went to Diamond Honda and my husband wasn't set on getting a car right away. But once I test drove the CRV, I was sure it was the one. I was worried we would be there forever, but honestly it wasn't a bad wait. Jimmy even had the car freshly washed as we were processed in financing. Love our car, and pretty pleased with Diamond Honda, and Jimmy's service.

Horrible dealership. Came here on Sunday to look at a car. Went to inspect the inside and outside of it but our sales guy Dennis told us that the keys were locked up in the service box and we couldn't test drive it. He spoke to his manager Jeffery and he said they haven't even had a pdi(pre determine inspection) done yet. If this was the case then why was the car posted on their website for sale. We were serious about it and didn't want to buy it yet until we test drive it first. Jeffery said once they get the pdi done and they can call us to come down and make a offer. The following day comes and Dennis called us that we can make a offer but still can't test drive it yet until the pdi is done. That is fine so I told him just let me know once the pdi is done and we can come down and make a serious offer. 1 hour later Jeffery have us a call and told us that it was sold. How the fudge is that possible without getting a pdi done?! 20 mins later another sales guy name Joe told us that the buyers' check bounced and it's still up for sale. So at this point they are playing games.... I told Joe the same thing what I told Dennis. Once the pdi is done and we can test drive it we can make a serious offer and buy the car. He said he would get the pdi done in 2 days. 2 days later and I haven't heard anything from them. I call the dealership back and they said the car was sold already. So in the end, I wasted my time and got lied to. Never again will I buy or do business from this dealership. If you like playing games and wasting time then this dealership is for you. If I could give 0 stars then I would.

They really do know what excellent customer service is unlike other Honda dealerships. I really enjoyed the honesty from our advisor Joanne. I also was really impressed how fast and efficient they are with servicing your vehicle. They only took about 40 mins or maybe less for an oil change and inspection to make sure everything was running good, unlike the other dealership I used to get service at would take about 1 and 40 mins for the same service and that s with an appointment. Love this place really recommend getting your service done here. They are very friendly people.

Had a great experience with sales people, & even finance up to the point of where we encountered a problem & it was not resolved in a timely manner.
Went in with the intent to buy on the spot left deeply annoyed. Ended up willingly paying more elsewhere to avoid buying from here. The finance manager tried to play mind games would not give straight answers and tried to psych us out by literally staring at us from across the desk while wearing a fake smile and saying nothing... was purchasing vehicle with my father my father just walked I followed. I suppose a lot of this would have been tolerable if we weren't made to wait an hour. We checked out several Honda dealerships in the area, and no one gave us as much of a headache as this place. Everyone else gave us the impression that our business was at least valued.
My husband and I found the car that we need here at Diamond Honda. It wasn't easy to find but we got it at a great price and so we took it that same day. We had an appointment to look at the car right around closing time. We were helped out by Jimmy Tang. He was extremely helpful and experienced. He stayed way over closing time and made it an easy and quick process for us. This was the best customer service I've experienced at a dealership. I definitely recommend this location to anyone. You will be happy you did, especially if you are helped by Jimmy

David Cho was very considerate and knowledgeable. He did a great job with helping my wife and me in our new HR-V purchase. When the car with specific configuration was not in stock, he was able to transfer the car from other dealership so that we could get our new car at the same day even the time we walked in was already in the afternoon. Bought a used car from Diamond Honda's best sales man Roland Gutierrez; he was really good at explaining everything, very patient with us when we were looking for a newer car that would fit our budget. He did not try to sell us what he wanted like other sales people do at other dealerships we've been to. My experience here was so far the best experience I've ever had when purchasing a car. I really recommend this specific Honda dealership to everyone that is looking to buy a good affordable used car.
