When you get your car serviced at any dealership, expect to spend half your day here! Bring a book, bring a laptop, bring a tablet, bring anything that will keep you from ripping your hair out...seriously folks!
The prices are obviously more expensive than a regular body shop, but you get quality Honda service and parts here.
The guys working here at the service area seems pretty cool. I have been here a couple of times and I don't have anything to complain about besides the wait. Tip: You get 10% if you check in on Yelp or even if you just ask since you're coming to their service instead of another.
They also provide shuttle service (to and back) till midday for free, up to 12 miles. It's always nice to tip the driver, but not required.
Water is provided, but be prepared to just wait, wait, and wait. I'm still waiting!!!
PS. Alan helped me today and he was super professional and nice...if you need a Mandarin speaker, he can help you without a translator.
The oil change service is good. It was $60, I did a walk-in and the whole process only took 40 minutes. They go into detail with you about the state your car. Then, you can decide what you want to do with their suggestions. Overall, good experience.
My experience here today was awful!! Very disappointing. The way they run their shuttle service was bad!!! They need to hire more courtesy shuttle drivers!!!!
My fiance and I were looking for the new Honda Fit EV to take advantage of the lease program with unlimited mileage. We'd been calling dealerships all over Southern California and everyone was sold out. When we called Diamond Honda, Jr. Saldua helped us and said that there was one still on the truck. He kept us posted and informed that the car was for sale and that as soon as it was off the truck, he gave us a call to come down and lease the car. We really appreciated his follow-through and service throughout the sale!
I just bought my brother's 2008 Accord and needed to get some repair service done. I am SO glad I found Diamond Honda! I could not believe what a great job they did in making sure the car's maintenance was up to date and they cleaned my car so sparkly! I will definitely be going back! Had a 7:00 am appointment, got right in not much waiting. Tony Lam was my service rep, very polite and knowledgeable. Got everything that my car needed, plus got to use my coupons that were mailed to me, which really helps.
My wife checked in at 10:am just for an oil change. She received the keys back after the job was done at 2:30pm. 4.5 hours later....the rating is up to you. 4.5 hours waiting for an oil change....IT'S RIDICULOUS!!!! 4 and a half hours!!!! Don't deserve a specially the service advisor Kristina Haas for allowing the situation to take place. 4.5 hours ....
Finally got my new car in diamond Honda with the best sale Dennis, had the best service ever and the best price. They are definitely patient to answer all the question you have about your new car, and they have a lot service to make sure your satisfaction after you purchased. Starting to love Honda.

Silvia was amazing. she went above and beyond to get my car serviced and back to me before the promised service time and took care of the warranty issues . she even took the liberty of calling me after the service to keep me up to date on when i can take my car back in for the warranty repairs.
If I have a choice, I wouldn't come here. It is the closest one to where I live. People here have some attitude problem. Otherwise, it got the job done.
As a walk in during these hard times I expected at least an extended wait. Instead they were quick, efficient, and even provided me with an unexpected free shuttle to pick my vehicle back up. They've been great for years and they're not losing the touch.

Did an online request went in the next day and spoke with the senior sales consultant Jimmy Tang and a few signatures later I came out with a new ride. This is a review of Diamond Honda and, specifically, our sales rep Luis Hernandez. He was extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable about our vehicle. Car shopping is about as much fun as a colonoscopy, but Luis made the experience much more bearable. I highly recommend him!
The service people are great compared to those in the sales department. Elmo was a very nice and professional person. But I wish they call me after my car was done instead of I calling them!
One of the floor managers (Dennis) is not a professional person at all. When I bought my car he offered me to refill my car fuel tank twice and also a discount of about 20-40% on any item I purchase from their store. These two offers were given to me because I asked for a discount. He said I can t give you discount but will give these two offers I mentioned above. After couple of months I went to get the fuel, he said he never promised anything like that to anyone. After back and forth discussion he said I ll refill it for you and you never ask for it again!! I paid more than $35k for my car, so why would I come and ask for a $100 worths of fuel!! He need to learn how to talk to people! I have been advised not to do any business with this place but unfortunately I did not hear those advices!!
