I wish it was possible to give zero stars. This company is awful, I should have looked into them before placing an order. It seems like I have the same complaints and issues as others on here. I emailed them after not hearing anything about a delay or even order being shipped out and told them I would just like my money refunded. They finally responded that they were trying to process he refund but the order was on the truck and sent out before they could complete the refund. That was well over 1.5 months ago. I have sent multiple emails asking to refund my money. The few times they have actually responded they just say it's been shipped and now it's my problem to go to the post office and talk to them. They refuse to do anything to rectify the issue. I have never dealt with a business this terrible that does not take care of their customers whatsoever. I am starting to believe the previous reviews saying this is just a scam. Maybe it is, maybe it isn't, but when multiple people have the same complaints then something fishy is definitely going on. Someone needs to investigate this 'business' asap.

I would give 1/2 star it they had one. they canceled my order and said that I have to manually reapply the order after a week of waiting.
fortunately, I used paypal which it goes to credit card and I didn't have to pay them or have to wait for a refund.

So I was first on board with all of these other negative reviews. BUT, after many emails and pestering this company, my items finally arrived 2 1/2 weeks later In fantastic condition. I ordered breakable items which were packaged wonderfully and were safe and sound upon arrival. I received an email explaining that this is a very small company which has been impacted by COVID specifically in their fulfillment department. Smart on the companies part to finally send out the email because I was beginning to think that this was a total scam. The owners name is Michael and I m sure most have you have received this same email. I can t attach it to this post otherwise I would. Now that places are starting to reopen, we have to give these companies a chance to get back into their grove. We aren t dealing with Amazon Prime and 2 day shipping every time we order something online. I hope this helps settle some nerves...

This is a scam. I had to cancel my credit card after I got no response from this place ten days after made a purchase

They will take your money, never respond to your calls or emails, and maybe send your order in weeks or months or never. I can't say whether it's gross incompetence or outright fraudulence but, either way, take your business elsewhere!

Worst online shopping experience ever! Product I ordered over a month ago to use in my local shop was never shipped. Received one email stating delays due to Covid a week after placing the order, and then they went ghost. Have gotten absolutely no response to emails and phone calls since then. I would love for them to just cancel my order and issue a refund, but I can't reach them. I have already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of PA, so I'm hoping that will allow me to recoup the $86 I spent. FYI, the actual business name for Kitch'n is Michael's Closet and they have numerous bad reviews under both names. Wish I had checked the reviews before making my order. I certainly will next time!

Never shipped me my item. Then when i canceled the order after more then a month they have not refunded me my money

0 STARS - DO NOT ORDER! I placed an order in April, which I have not yet received, and cannot get a hold of them despite multiple attempts through various means - email, phone, etc. My credit card bill had already been paid and I now can't receive a stop payment or credit. Don't order from here!

Placed an order, never received the item- it was never sent. When I reached out many times, all communication was ignored.

Terrible place. After two months of waiting for my item to even ship, sent them a polite email asking for a status update on my order. Next day, without any apology, comment or explanation, received an order cancellation email.

Usually I don't write negative reviews, I'm making an exception today to help people who rely on reviews for their online shopping like me. I placed and order on 20th April, try contact them on 29th asking the status. I got a generic email saying they recived my email (phone goes to VM, no call back received). After reading negative online reviews on 30th April I emailed for refund, I received no response. On May 2nd I got email saying my order was shipped. Until May 12th it showed only as label created without actually making to USPS to be shipped. I filed a claim against them via PayPal on 14th May(after trying one more time to contact them via PayPal). I finally got my package, that is why they are getting one star from me. No one should have to go through this type of follow up after paying full price. One thing I learned is with merchants like this is disputing your money, as they don't leave a choice for customer to work with them.

I would not recommend this company. I placed an order several weeks ago and have not yet received it. I sent an email, a text and left a voice mail message and have yet to hear back from anyone.

You receive a generic email with an order number; no confirmation; no tracking to follow. I tried calling for two weeks and emailing for two weeks to no avail. STAY AWAY!

Truly frustrating. Dear Google - please remove this store from Google shopping options. Zero communication, zero customer service, zero delivery of items ordered.

Placed order for "in stock" items three weeks ago. After no movement on the order for over a week, I contacted the company by text, phone, and email. No response. About a week ago, I received an email that my order was being "picked and packed." Now, a week later, still no tracking info and still no direct response from the company. Stay far, far away.

The one time I dont read reviews. Don't waste your money here.

I have placed 2 orders almost 3 weeks ago and haven't received anything. They reply to emails only and promise to look into it, but that's about it. I agree with everyone who posted reviews here - DO NOT ORDER, IT'S A SCAM!!!

Do not order from this business, it is likely that it is a scam. I placed an order in June, which I have not yet received, and cannot get a hold of them despite multiple attempts through various means. According to other similar reviews on BBB, this has been happening to many people, including people who have been charged for their order and never received it. Hopefully this review will save at least one person from falling into the trap of their business.

this is the worst online shopping experience that i have ever had. i placed my order two weeks ago and have yet to receive it. they have a phone number and an email that i have contacted multiple times and never received an answer from. their phone leads directly to a voice mailbox. this company robbed me. i will never recommend to buy from here, look somewhere else!

I placed an order a couple weeks ago, there has been no update, I sent a message to the text number and haven't received a response. I tried calling the number and the call did not go through. Also placed a message in the contact us portion of the website. I will update this if I do get a response back, or if they fill my order.

Order placed 5/21 and never received. No further communication. Never charged. Bizarre experience. Received an email from someone saying they are the owner and attributing delays to having a skeletal crew due to virus, but still, no item and no follow up.

I placed an order MAY 12, 2020 and still waiting for it. All my emails have been ignored! Called Customer service and no response. I am totally fed up with this company, if they are actually a company????

Ordered items, didn t get anything in response for several weeks until I emailed them asking what was going on. They said they were looking into it, after a couple more weeks I emailed and said if my order hasn t shipped yet I want to cancel it and get a refund. Well a couple weeks later they did actually send an email updating me that they canceled my order, but no refund!

Ordered something May 5 as a gift. It is now May 28. I tried to cancel on the 19th by texting them at the only contact number provided on the website, no response. Still no response and the item has not been delivered. I've left more messages on the website, and more texts. Still no response.

This company is absolutely horrible. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

After buying the item on the website I got a notification from PayPal of suspicious activity regarding my card. I looked up reviews on the website I purchased from and many people had problems and never received their item. I then called the customer service line of that website more than 10 times and it kept going to voice mail. I sent an email regarding my item not being delivered and there was no reply. It has now been almost a month since purchase and not response nor product.

Terrible!!!! Placed an order over 2 weeks ago. Never received a tracking number. I have called this company and left several messages with no response along with several emails. I hope to at least get my money back but I think I got took. BEWARE!

I call them but customer service number doesn't even ring. It goes straight to voice mail. I believe this is a scam. I have called, left messages, left a review, filled out a form with customer service ON THEIR website....nothing. I just want my order canceled at this point. I ordered a pan several months ago and never received it.

Horrible!! If I could, I would give zero stars. Ordered something 2 weeks ago and no response! No update, no order confirmation when their shipping page promises shipment within a week. There's no way of contacting them to cancel the order as well, I've been trying to contact them for the past 2 days and silence. At this point I've ordered what I wanted somewhere else and just want a refund. Please spend your money elsewhere instead of this appearing scam!

Great online presence. I have known this business for a long time, never a problem. I'm not sure why the trolls came out, but they're just trolls. Rest assured, Kitch'n is in it to win it!!!

ZERO STARS!!! Total SCAM. Wife tried to purchase an item, no response from the place other than an obscure email of order confirmation, with absolutely no business contact info on it. Item was intended to be a gift, but that date has long passed, order now 3 months overdue, and still no response from Kitch'n. Site login refuses to allow the password to enter. Contacting my credit card company now to refuse any payment to this company!!!

I have NOT received the items that I ordered. The money was withdrawn from my account. I cannot contact anyone by phone, no one will return emails, this appears to be a fraud/scam business. The next contact will be made to my attorneys and maybe they will have better luck with contacting this company. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY...RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!! I was forced to give them 1 star otherwise it wouldn't allow me to post this comment...i would have given them a big fatty 0 stars !!!!

I placed an order in late November for Christmas and it only partially arrived. Expecting the last part of it today (12/30/2020)only one of two items were in the box with no communications.
