Review on Service department-I always ment to do this review, it has taken awhile but I feel worth it. It is in 3s

He was very warm, and attentive. I brought my are in for an oil change, and new there was a recall. The recall would take to long that day, as he told me it would be a minimum of 3 to 5 hours. As I have 6 kids and need to do the school pick up I just couldn't do it, so he arranged a time and day that would allow it to be done at a convenience to me and my Family. I really appreciated that.

Very friendly and hard working. I had some problems with my car's turn indicators sticking and the flat screen monitor broke for the DVD player. Plus the lighter that we use as a charger upfront didnt work.
Well it took 3 weeks to get the part for the turn indicator, the monitor took 2 weeks to verify that was what didnt work (it was under warranty and Honda wanted to make sure that was the broken part so they had to test everything... I get it and warranty covered rent a car) by the time I got the car back i was relieved. But the lighter was never replaced, the blinker still gets stuck and the flat screen button you have to push to open it doesnt open.
None of this is Joanna's fault, she was a brightside to always having to wait. I did report all this information to someone in the service department, but never heardback.

Unfortunately I had to take my car back again for recalls, and a repair to our windshield.
My husband took my car, but didnt meet him.
I did text after 3 hours just to know if anything had been done. He said he had no information.
When I call Eliseo, 6 hours later, he said there was no information to give me.
I asked, "will they repair the recalls in all this time?" That of course the recalls are their 1st priority. He said they should and that will at least be done by the end of the day, and hopefully he will let me know about my other concerns later once he gets informed.
I understand car repair work takes long, I am not asking for every repair to be done instantly. But getting quoted after 7 hours seems reasonable.
Then I can take action about making appointments to get the car back there, and a ride to pick up the car and such. I am reasonable person. I have 6 children that need someone to watch them while I am trying to get the car.
Hoping things work out for the best. If not Ocean Honda is just off Whittier BLVD over Colima. And I will have to make a change.
